本发明公开了一种复合树脂义齿瓷块、制备方法及复合树脂义齿,按质量百分比计,复合树脂义齿瓷块包括氨基甲酸酯二甲基丙烯酸酯0.1‑15%,双酚A‑二甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯0.1‑10%,三乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯3‑20%,玻璃粉35‑85%,ZrO20.1‑8%,SiO23‑15%,ZrO2‑SiO2复合粉0.1‑40%,硅藻土2‑17%,过氧化苯甲酰0.01‑3%,N,N二羟乙基对甲苯胺0.01‑3%,2,6二叔丁基对甲苯酚0.01‑3%,氧化铁红0.001‑0.2%,氧化铁黑0.001‑0.2%,氧化铁黄0.001‑0.5%。本发明复合树脂义齿瓷块,以氨基甲酸酯二甲基丙烯酸酯、双酚A‑二甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、三乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯作为树脂基质,复合树脂义齿瓷块脆性低,切削加工性能优异,可精准磨削,加工过程中无需最终烧结,大幅度提升加工效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及义齿材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种复合树脂义齿瓷块、制备方法及复合树脂义齿。
背景技术
义齿就是人们常说的“假牙”,医学上是对上、下颌牙部分或全部牙齿缺失后制作的修复体的总称。义齿分为可摘与固定两种。固定义齿不能由患者自己取戴的,而可摘义齿可以由患者方便地取戴。
义齿的材料多样,例如氧化锆瓷块、玻璃陶瓷。氧化锆瓷块脆性高,切削加工难度高,难以精准磨削。氧化锆瓷块、玻璃陶瓷皆需要最终烧结,工艺复杂,加工效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种复合树脂义齿瓷块、制备方法及复合树脂义齿,脆性低,切削加工性能优异,可精准磨削,无需最终烧结,大幅度提升加工效率。

按比例称取各组分原料后混合均匀得到混合原料,在混合原料中加入无水乙醇并研磨;
烘干混合原料,以除去无水乙醇;
将干燥后的混合原料置于真空环境下排除气泡;
将混合原料灌入模具中,在高温高压的环境下进行固化成型,得到复合树脂义齿瓷块。
可选地,所述混合原料与所述无水乙醇的质量比为(1-2):1。
可选地,所述烘干混合原料的烘干温度为40-70℃,保温时间为24-48h。
本发明还公开了一种复合树脂义齿,采用如上述的复合树脂义齿瓷块制成。
本发明复合树脂义齿瓷块,以氨基甲酸酯二甲基丙烯酸酯、双酚A-二甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、三乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯作为树脂基质,复合树脂义齿瓷块脆性低,切削加工性能优异,可精准磨削,加工过程中无需最终烧结,大幅度提升加工效率。并且,复合树脂义齿瓷块的弹性模量接近天然牙本质,制成义齿之后咬合舒适。

作为本发明的一实施例,公开了一种复合树脂义齿瓷块,按质量百分比计,包括氨基甲酸酯二甲基丙烯酸酯(UDMA)0.1-15%,双酚A-二甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(Bis-GMA)0.1-10%,三乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(TEGDMA)3-20%,玻璃粉35-85%,ZrO2 0.1-8%,SiO23-15%,ZrO2-SiO2复合粉0.1-40%,硅藻土2-17%,过氧化苯甲酰0.01-3%,N,N二羟乙基对甲苯胺0.01-3%,2,6二叔丁基对甲苯酚0.01-3%,氧化铁红0.001-0.2%,氧化铁黑0.001-0.2%,氧化铁黄0.001-0.5%。
本发明复合树脂义齿瓷块,以氨基甲酸酯二甲基丙烯酸酯、双酚A-二甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、三乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯作为树脂基质,复合树脂义齿瓷块脆性低,切削加工性能优异,可精准磨削,加工过程中无需最终烧结,大幅度提升加工效率。并且,复合树脂义齿瓷块的弹性模量接近天然牙本质,制成义齿之后咬合舒适。
具体地,氨基甲酸酯二甲基丙烯酸酯(UDMA),双酚A-二甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(Bis-GMA)作为树脂基质赋予其可塑性,固化特性和强度。三乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(TEGDMA):可稀释单体,降低树脂基质黏度。玻璃粉、ZrO2、SiO2、ZrO2-SiO2复合粉、硅藻土为属于无机填料,增加强度和耐磨性。过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)作为引发剂,对树脂基质起到交联固化作用。N,N二羟乙基对甲苯胺(DHET)作为促进剂,用于激活引发剂。2,6二叔丁基对甲苯酚(BHT)作为阻聚剂,阻止交联固化。氧化铁红、氧化铁黑、氧化铁黄:颜料用于着色,氧化铁红显红色,氧化铁黄显黄色,氧化铁黑显灰色。
具体地,按质量百分比计,复合树脂义齿瓷块包括氨基甲酸酯二甲基丙烯酸酯0.1-5%,双酚A-二甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯0.1-5%,三乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯5-10%,玻璃粉40-60%,ZrO2 0.1-5%,SiO25-10%,ZrO2-SiO2复合粉20-30%,硅藻土5-10%,过氧化苯甲酰0.01-0.5%,N,N二羟乙基对甲苯胺0.01-0.5%,2,6二叔丁基对甲苯酚0.01-0.5%,氧化铁红0.001-0.05%,氧化铁黑0.001-0.05%,氧化铁黄0.001-0.05%。在本方案中,复合树脂义齿瓷块在弯曲强度、弹性模量、维氏硬度和光透过率的综合性能更加优越。
对于各组分的具体配比,在另一实施例中,按质量百分比计,复合树脂义齿瓷块包括氨基甲酸酯二甲基丙烯酸酯0.1-5%,双酚A-二甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯0.1-5%,三乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯5-10%,玻璃粉60-80%,ZrO2 0.1-5%,SiO2 5-10%,ZrO2-SiO2复合粉0.1-5%,硅藻土5-10%,过氧化苯甲酰0.01-0.5%,N,N二羟乙基对甲苯胺0.01-0.5%,2,6二叔丁基对甲苯酚0.01-0.5%,氧化铁红0.001-0.05%,氧化铁黑0.001-0.05%,氧化铁黄0.001-0.05%。
对于各组分的具体配比,在另一实施例中,按质量百分比计,复合树脂义齿瓷块包括氨基甲酸酯二甲基丙烯酸酯5-10%,双酚A-二甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯0.1-5%,三乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯5-10%,玻璃粉30-45%,ZrO2 0.1-5%,SiO2 5-10%,ZrO2-SiO2复合粉20-30%,硅藻土5-10%,过氧化苯甲酰0.01-0.5%,N,N二羟乙基对甲苯胺0.01-0.5%,2,6二叔丁基对甲苯酚0.01-0.5%,氧化铁红0.001-0.05%,氧化铁黑0.001-0.05%,氧化铁黄0.001-0.05%。
具体地,所述SiO2、ZrO2和ZrO2-SiO2复合粉和为纳米级粉体。
具体地,所述玻璃粉为钡玻璃粉。
本发明还公开了一种复合树脂义齿瓷块的制备方法,用于制备如上述的复合树脂义齿瓷块,包括:
S100:按比例称取各组分原料后混合均匀得到混合原料,在混合原料中加入无水乙醇并研磨;
S200:烘干混合原料,以除去无水乙醇;
S300:将干燥后的混合原料置于真空环境下排除气泡;
S400:将混合原料灌入模具中,在高温高压的环境下进行固化成型,得到复合树脂义齿瓷块。
具体地,在步骤S100中,无水乙醇起溶剂作用,混合后的原料可均匀分散在无水乙醇中。所述混合原料与所述无水乙醇的质量比为(1-2):1,研磨时间为8-12h。在步骤S200中,所述烘干混合原料的烘干温度为40-70℃,保温时间为24-48h。在步骤S300中,真空时间为15-30h,反复抽真空至少3次。在步骤S400中,高温温度为150-200℃,高压压力为200-300MPa,保压时间为2-4h。
本发明还公开了一种复合树脂义齿,采用如上述的复合树脂义齿瓷块制成。

按照下表1配方,制成复合树脂义齿瓷块。

将上述表1的实施例1-3制成复合树脂义齿瓷块,测试复合树脂义齿瓷块弯曲强度、弹性模量、维氏硬度和光透过率,测试结果如下表2:

实施例3树脂基质含量最高所以光透过率最高,因无机填料含量较低,物理性能均低于实施例1和实施例2。实施例1的树脂基质含量与实施例2接近,但实施例2中纳米粉体的含量更高,所以实施例2的各项性能更优。

将干燥后的混合原料置于真空环境下排除气泡;
将混合原料灌入模具中,在高温高压的环境下进行固化成型,得到复合树脂义齿瓷块。
8.如权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述混合原料与所述无水乙醇的质量比为(1-2):1。
9.如权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述烘干混合原料的烘干温度为40-70℃,保温时间为24-48h。
10.一种复合树脂义齿,其特征在于,采用如权利要求1至6任一项所述的复合树脂义齿瓷块制成。
