Abstract
装配式混凝土结构别墅,发明涉及一种房屋建筑行业的新施工模式,将现场浇注的钢筋混凝土板、梁、柱以预制的形式制造。将养护到期的立柱栽入处理好的地基预留坑(2)中,校准好垂直度、水平放置预制好的横梁牛腿(8)上,和板(5)校准好水平度,将护角边的角铁缝(4)进行焊接固定,形成整体,再对所有结合部水泥浇注固化,再吊装屋面桁架(6),铺设屋面(7)固定整体成形,可节约人工成本70%,大大降低了别墅造价。
Description
本发明涉及一款农村建造工期短、省材料、价廉、物美、质优的农村住宅集中整治的现代方式,属于建筑行业的应用技术领域。
背景技术
农村振兴必然涉及大批占用田地杂乱无序的农民住宅,需要统一规划,集中建住,腾出大片田地,保证粮食的种植面积。而实用、美观、宜居的装配式混凝土别墅,是住宅规划的首选。但别墅建造构件繁多,费时费工,在当今用工工资高涨的情况下,别墅建设成本居高不下,严重制约了美观适用别墅的推广应用。轻钢别墅虽然也有这一优势,但天长日久,钢材锈蚀严重,仍令人担心。因此,装配式混凝土别墅,既保持了省工省料的优势,也弥补了钢材锈蚀的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现状,旨在提供一种省工省料、价廉物美的农村住宅新模式。
本发明的实现方式为:别墅建筑的基本构件是由板、梁、柱组成。分别将板、梁、柱采用工厂化浇注预制的方式制作,并预留板、梁、柱接头边角用角钢护在边角边,待水泥预制件养护到期后运到建房现场,用吊机吊装装配。板、梁、柱构件按设计要求准确定点定位后,对角钢缝进行焊接固定。只需几天时间,就能完成几个月的施工任务。达到省工、省时、省料、保证质量的目的。

具体实施方式
附图,首先用吊机将一楼立柱(1)定位插入地基预留坑中(2)再将横梁(3)定位在立柱牛腿(8)上,将角钢缝连接角钢缝,然后将板(5)水平定位,将角钢缝(9)焊接在横梁上固定。以此类推,将二楼板、梁、柱构件同样定位焊接固定。最后将屋面桁架(6)吊装定位焊接固定。屋面采用树脂瓦(7)装配,墙体为加气砌块。少则三天多则一星期,一栋农村装配式混凝土别墅主体完工,可以交付装修工序了。
Claims (3)
1.装配式混凝土结构别墅,其特征在于将复杂的别墅建筑模式简化为板梁柱标准件的预制组装模式。
2.装配式混凝土结构别墅、其特征在于将板、梁、柱的边角沿用角铁护边沿,预留给板、梁、柱的焊接,形成整体。
3.装配式混凝土结构别墅,其特征在于将建筑行业施工现场所需的砌墙工、扎钢筋工和灰工、水泥浇注工等大小工种全部裁切,用预制件方式代替全部员工达到省工、省时的目的。
