The invention relates to the technical field of textile, in particular to a processing method of full-wool machine-washable worsted concentrated black suede fabric.
Background
The concentrated black suede product meets the new demands of the market and is different from the concentrated black suede product; the concentrated black suede product needs to be fulled, the surface is provided with the bottom velvet, the fabric structure is more compact, the concentrated black smooth product does not need to be fulled, and the woolen surface is smooth and clean and has no bottom velvet. The pile surface product is felted under the action of external force due to the existence of the pile surface, and has size change, and a dry cleaning mode is generally adopted, so that the treatment cost of consumers is increased by the nursing mode, and the easy nursing is a great demand trend of the terminal consumer market.
Machine washing is a main mode of home washing, while suede fabrics have high-grade appearance texture, because the daily machine washing mode is difficult to meet the nursing requirement, the market share and the market requirement of the fabrics are influenced, and therefore, the machine washing machine has important significance in developing suede and machine-washable concentrated black products.
According to market demands, the invention develops the suede and machine washable concentrated black product, a processing path of the suede and machine washable concentrated black product is formed, the color depth of the product processed by the technology can reach the smooth surface, but the product has compact structure, the surface is provided with fluff, the style is different from the smooth surface, the machine washable functional performance is provided, and the fabric is different from nursing.

the concentration of additional liquid chlorine (g/L) =cloth grammage (g/m) ×vehicle speed (m/min) ×60min ≡2000l×0.035.
Furthermore, in the step (7), the wastewater is discharged after being neutralized by caustic soda flakes (50 g/L) and sodium metabisulfite (50 g/L) diluent before being discharged, so that the environmental pollution can be effectively avoided.
Further, in the dyeing and finishing process, the machine washable finishing is implemented in a drying machine washable procedure, and is carried out on drying equipment, and the processing technology is as follows:
adding an anti-felting finishing agent (BAP shrink-proof agent 20-50g/L, USV cross-linking agent 20-50g/L, baking soda 2-4g/L, pH value between 6-8) into a padder, and baking at 160-170 ℃ for 30-60 seconds.
