Abstract

Description
本发明涉及保护人体表皮和头发免受波长范围280-320nm(UV-B)和320-400nm(UV-A)紫外线损伤的光稳定性美容防晒组合物。
本发明特别涉及包含二苯甲酰甲烷衍生物作为UV-A防晒剂,3,3-二苯基丙烯酸酯衍生物或亚苄基樟脑衍生物为稳定剂和水溶性对-甲氧基肉桂酸盐衍生物为UV-B防晒剂的美容防晒组合物。
二苯甲酰甲烷衍生物如4-叔-丁基-4′甲氧基-二苯甲酰甲烷(PARSOL1789)能十分显著和有效地吸收高达380nm的UV-A光。然而,当需要吸收宽波长带的UV射线时,没有可以单独使用的UV-A滤光剂。因此,UV-A滤光剂通常必须与UV-B吸收剂合用。最常用的是将4-叔-丁基-4′-甲氧基-二苯甲酰甲烷和2-乙基己基-对-甲氧基肉桂酸盐(PARSOLMCX)合用。美国专利4,387,089描述了这种结合。许多常用制剂包含合用的PARSOL 1789和PARSOLMCX。
由于二苯甲酰甲烷衍生物的光不稳定性,有必要使这些UV-A滤光剂光稳定化。
欧洲专利公开EP-0 514 491 B1中描述了二苯甲酰甲烷衍生物作为UV-A滤光剂和3,3-二苯基丙烯酸酯衍生物为光稳定剂的美容防晒组合物。所述的已知组合物包含至少一个脂相,1-5%重量比的二苯甲酰甲烷衍生物和至少1%重量比的3,3-二苯基丙烯酸酯衍生物。3,3-二苯基丙烯酸酯衍生物与二苯甲酰甲烷衍生物的摩尔比不小于0.8和不大于8。所述的防晒剂组合物可以另外包含水溶性UV-B防晒剂如2-苯基-苯并咪唑-5-磺酸(PARSOL HS),对-苯二亚甲基-3-3′-二樟脑-10,10′-二磺酸(MEXORYL SX)和水溶性UV-A防晒剂如2-羟基-4甲氧基-苯酮-5-磺酸(UNIVUL MS-40)。然而,没有提及肉桂酸衍生物。
欧洲专利公开EP 0 780 119 A1描述了一种光稳定性美容防晒组合物,包含至少一个脂相,0.1-5%重量比的二苯甲酰甲烷衍生物和作为稳定剂的0.5-4.5%重量比的3,3-二苯基丙烯酸酯衍生物。3,3-二苯基丙烯酸酯衍生物与二苯甲酰甲烷衍生物的摩尔比小于0.8。所述的防晒组合物可另外包含作为UV-B滤光剂的聚硅氧烷衍生物、聚丙烯酸酯衍生物或微细金属氧化物。然而,没有提及肉桂酸衍生物。
在美国专利5,605,680号中描述了基于二苯甲酰甲烷衍生物作为UV-A滤光剂和亚苄基樟脑衍生物为光稳定剂的美容防晒组合物。所述组合物包括至少一个脂相,1-3%重量比的4-叔-丁基-4′-甲氧基-二苯甲酰甲烷和至少4.5%重量比的对-甲基亚苄基樟脑。对-甲基亚苄基樟脑和4-叔-丁基-4′-甲氧基-二苯甲酰甲烷的重量比大于或等于3。该专利出版物中没有提到其它的UV-A或UV-B滤光剂。
大量常用的宽波长带防晒组合物是基于PARSOL MCX和PARSOL1789分别作为基本的UV-A和UV-B滤光剂,其它的UV滤光剂是可有可无的。在多数情况下,如上述欧洲专利公开EP-0 514 491 B1和EP-0 780 119A1,氰双苯丙烯酸辛酯对PARSOL 1789的稳定作用不足。在上述美国专利5,605,680中,对-甲基-亚苄基樟脑对PARSOL 1789的稳定作用也不足。
现在已经发现包含二苯甲酰甲烷衍生物作为UV-A滤光剂,水溶性对-甲氧基-肉桂酸盐衍生物为UV-B滤光剂和3,3-二苯基丙烯酸酯衍生物或亚苄基樟脑衍生物为稳定剂的防晒组合物,相对于含有常用的PARSOL MCX作为UV-B滤光剂的相应的防晒组合物来说,显示出惊人高的光稳定性。
因此,本发明涉及一种美容防晒组合物,其中包括至少一个脂相和
a)约0.5-5%重量比的二苯甲酰甲烷衍生物;
b)约0.5-12%重量比的3,3-二苯基丙烯酸酯衍生物或亚苄基樟脑衍生物;和
c)约1-15%重量比的水溶性对-甲氧基肉桂酸盐衍生物。
本发明中“二苯甲酰甲烷衍生物”一词是指这样一些化合物例如4-叔-丁基-4′-甲氧基-二苯甲酰甲烷、2-甲基二苯甲酰甲烷、4-甲基-二苯甲酰基-乙烷、4-异丙基二苯甲酰基甲烷、4-叔-丁基二苯甲酰甲烷、2,4-二甲基二苯甲酰甲烷、2,5-二甲基二苯甲酰甲烷、4,4′-二异丙基-二苯甲酰甲烷、2-甲基-5-异丙基-4′-甲氧基二苯甲酰甲烷、 2-甲基-5-叔-丁基-4′-甲氧基-二苯甲酰甲烷、2,4-二甲基-4′-甲氧基二苯甲酰甲烷和2,6-二甲基-4-叔-丁基-4′-甲氧基-二苯甲酰甲烷。优选4-叔-丁基-4′-甲氧基-二苯甲酰甲烷(PARSOL1789)。
本发明中“3,3-二苯基丙烯酸酯衍生物”一词是指这样一些化合物例如2-乙基己基-2-氰基-3,3-二苯基丙烯酸酯(氰双苯丙烯酸辛酯-octoctylene)和2-乙基-2-氰基-3,3-二苯基丙烯酸酯(氰双苯丙烯酸乙酯-etoctylene)。优选氰双苯丙烯酸辛酯。
本发明中“亚苄基樟脑衍生物”特指对-甲基亚苄基樟脑(PARSOL5000)。
本发明中“水溶性对-甲氧基肉桂酸盐衍生物”是指例如对-甲氧基肉桂酸铵、对-甲氧基肉桂酸钠、对-甲氧基肉桂酸钾,对-甲氧基肉桂酸的伯胺、仲胺和叔胺盐如对-甲氧基肉桂酸单乙醇胺盐、对-甲氧基肉桂酸二乙醇胺盐或对-甲氧基肉桂酸三乙醇胺盐,氨甲基丙醇盐,吗啉盐等。优选单-、二-和三乙醇胺盐。
二苯甲酰甲烷衍生物与水溶性对-甲氧基肉桂酸衍生物及二苯甲酰甲烷衍生物与3,3-二苯基丙烯酸酯衍生物或与亚苄基樟脑衍生物的摩尔或重量比是不严格的。优选下列浓度:
a)约1-3%重量比的二苯甲酰甲烷衍生物;
b)约0.5-10%重量比的3,3-二苯基丙烯酸酯衍生物或亚苄基樟脑衍生物;和
c)约1-10%重量比的水溶性对-甲氧基肉桂酸盐衍生物。
用作UV-A滤光剂的二苯甲酰甲烷衍生物和用作稳定剂的3,3-二苯基丙烯酸酯衍生物均为亲脂性的。这样,该美容防晒剂组合物包含至少一种脂相,因而它们自身可以乳剂、乳液或凝胶的形式存在。
本发明的防晒组合物的化妆品基质可以是符合化妆品需求的任何常用制剂,例如油、乳液、膏霜、乳剂、凝胶、固体棒剂、气溶胶、喷雾剂、泡沫、粉剂、香波、头发调理剂、敷剂或粉底等形式。
熟练技术人员可将熟知的普通基质化合物用于这些形式的制剂,这些基质化合物如油、蜡、醇、多元醇等。优选的化合物是脂肪酸、脂肪酸酯、脂肪醇,也可是乙醇、异丙醇、丙二醇、甘油等。
化妆品组合物可包含其它辅助剂,如其它溶剂、增稠剂、润肤剂、乳化剂、保湿剂、表面活性剂、防腐剂、消泡剂、香料、油、蜡、低级多元醇和单羟基醇、推进剂、硅酮、着色剂和颜料等。
用于保护头发的适宜制剂是香波、调理剂、乳液、凝胶、乳剂、喷发剂、发蜡等。
此外,可加入单体或聚合的UV滤光剂。
适宜的UV-B滤光剂(即最大吸收在290-320nm的物质)是例如下列属于最广义类型的有机化合物:
---对氨基苯甲酸衍生物如对氨基苯甲酸乙酯、氨基苯甲酸丙酯、氨基苯甲酸丁酯和氨基苯甲酸异丁酯等;
---丙烯酸酯如2-乙基己基-2-氰基-3,3-二苯基丙烯酸酯(氰双苯丙烯酸辛酯),乙基-2-氰基-3,3-二苯基丙烯酸酯等;
---苯胺衍生物如甲基苯胺硫酸甲酯等;
---邻氨基苯甲酸衍生物如邻氨基苯甲酸薄荷醇酯等;
---苯酮衍生物如苯酮-3,苯酮-4等;
---樟脑衍生物如甲基亚苄基樟脑等;
---肉桂酸酯衍生物例如甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯或甲氧基肉桂酸乙氧酯也可以是与硅氧烷键合的肉桂酸衍生物;
---没食子酸如双棓酰三油酸酯等;
---咪唑衍生物如苯基苯并咪唑磺酸;
---水杨酸酯衍生物如水杨酸辛酯,水杨酸高薄荷醇酯等;
---三唑衍生物如羟苯基苯三唑等;
---三唑酮衍生物如三唑酮辛酯等;和
---颜料如二氧化钛、氧化锌微粒等。适宜的聚合滤光剂是在欧洲专利公开EP 538431 B1中描述的聚硅氧烷。
组合物可以另外包含UV-A滤光剂,例如在欧洲专利公开EP 0693483A1、EP 0704437 A2、EP 0704444 A1和EP 0780382 A1中描述的三嗪化合物。
所有这些组合物的制备是本领域技术人员所熟知的。
正如欧洲专利公开EP 0 780 119 A1中描述的那样,有时要求稳定剂的用量小于UV-A滤光剂的剂量。因此,优选3,3-二苯基丙烯酸酯衍生物与二苯甲酰甲烷衍生物的摩尔比小于0.8和优选对-甲基亚苄基樟脑与二苯甲酰甲烷衍生物的重量比小于3。

使用合适的氙灯作为太阳光刺激器,通过对不同的UV-A滤光剂、UV-B和稳定剂进行严格的平行实验,很容易测得UV-A滤光物质的预期稳定作用。将被测防晒剂涂敷在玻璃板上,照射试样的标准制剂。照射之后,将此盘浸入适宜的溶剂(如乙醇)并用HPLC分析。稳定作用与相同区域照射前后的差别直接相关。
下表I-III所示的是经10MED单元照射之后的稳定作用,以吸光度的比来表征,相对于未照射试样在λmax下的吸光度为100%。%:%残留PARSOL 1789

Claims (20)
1.光稳定性美容防晒组合物,其中包括至少一个脂相和
a)0.5-5%重量比的二苯甲酰甲烷衍生物;
b)0.5-12%重量比的3,3-二苯基丙烯酸酯衍生物或对-甲基亚苄基樟脑;和
c)1-15%重量比的水溶性对-甲氧基肉桂酸盐衍生物;
其中所述的二苯甲酰甲烷衍生物选自4-叔-丁基-4′-甲氧基-二苯甲酰甲烷、2-甲基二苯甲酰甲烷、4-甲基-二苯甲酰基-乙烷、4-异丙基二苯甲酰基甲烷、4-叔-丁基二苯甲酰甲烷、2,4-二甲基二苯甲酰甲烷、2,5-二甲基二苯甲酰甲烷、4,4′-二异丙基-二苯甲酰甲烷、2-甲基-5-异丙基-4′-甲氧基二苯甲酰甲烷、2-甲基-5-叔-丁基-4′-甲氧基-二苯甲酰甲烷、2,4-二甲基-4′-甲氧基二苯甲酰甲烷或2,6-二甲基-4-叔-丁基-4′-甲氧基-二苯甲酰甲烷;
所述的3,3-二苯基丙烯酸酯衍生物选自2-乙基己基-2-氰基-3,3-二苯基丙烯酸酯或2-乙基-2-氰基-3,3-二苯基丙烯酸酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防晒组合物,其中二苯甲酰甲烷衍生物的重量比为0.5-3%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防晒组合物,其中3,3-二苯基丙烯酸酯衍生物或对-甲基亚苄基樟脑衍生物的重量比为0.5-10%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防晒组合物,其中水溶性对-甲氧基肉桂酸盐衍生物的重量比为1-10%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防晒组合物,其中二苯甲酰甲烷衍生物是4-叔-丁基-4′-甲氧基二苯甲酰甲烷。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防晒组合物,其中3,3-二苯基丙烯酸酯衍生物是2-乙基己基-2-氰基-3,3-二苯基丙烯酸酯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防晒组合物,其中水溶性对-甲氧基肉桂酸盐衍生物选自对-甲氧基肉桂酸铵、对-甲氧基肉桂酸钠、对-甲氧基肉桂酸钾、对-甲氧基肉桂酸的伯胺、仲胺和叔胺盐、对-甲氧基肉桂酸的氨甲基丙醇盐或对-甲氧基肉桂酸的吗啉盐。
8.根据权利要求7所述的防晒组合物,其中水溶性对-甲氧基肉桂酸盐衍生物选自对-甲氧基肉桂酸单乙醇胺盐、对-甲氧基肉桂酸二乙醇胺盐或对-甲氧基肉桂酸三乙醇胺盐。
9.根据权利要求1所述的防晒组合物,其中3,3-二苯基丙烯酸酯衍生物与二苯甲酰甲烷衍生物的摩尔比小于0.8。
10.根据权利要求1所述的防晒组合物,其中对-甲基亚苄基樟脑与二苯甲酰甲烷衍生物的重量比小于3。
11.根据权利要求1所述的防晒组合物,呈油、乳液、膏霜、乳剂、凝胶、固体棒剂、气溶胶、喷雾剂、泡沫、粉剂、香波、头发调理剂、敷剂或粉底的形式。
12.光稳定性美容防晒组合物,其中包括至少一个脂相和
a)0.5-5%重量比的4-叔-丁基-4′-甲氧基二苯甲酰甲烷;
b)0.5-12%重量比的2-乙基己基-2-氰基-3,3-二苯基丙烯酸酯;和
c)1-15%重量比的对-甲氧基肉桂酸单乙醇胺、对-甲氧基肉桂酸二乙醇胺或对-甲氧基肉桂酸三乙醇胺盐。
13.根据权利要求12所述的防晒组合物,其中2-乙基己基-2-氰基-3,3-二苯基丙烯酸酯与4-叔-丁基-4′-甲氧基二苯甲酰甲烷的摩尔比小于0.8。
14.根据权利要求12所述的防晒组合物,呈油、乳液、膏霜、乳剂、凝胶、固体棒剂、气溶胶、喷雾剂、泡沫、粉剂、香波、头发调理剂、敷剂或粉底的形式。
15.光稳定性美容防晒组合物,其中包括至少一个脂相和
a)0.5-5%重量比的4-叔-丁基-4′-甲氧基二苯甲酰甲烷;
b)0.5-12%重量比的对-甲基亚苄基樟脑;和
c)1-15%重量比的对-甲氧基肉桂酸单乙醇胺、对-甲氧基肉桂酸二乙醇胺或对-甲氧基肉桂酸三乙醇胺盐。
16.根据权利要求15所述的防晒组合物,其中对-甲基亚苄基樟脑与4-叔-丁基-4′-甲氧基二苯甲酰甲烷的重量比小于3。
17.根据权利要求16所述的防晒组合物,呈油、乳液、膏霜、乳剂、凝胶、固体棒剂、气溶胶、喷雾剂、泡沫、粉剂、香波、头发调理剂、敷剂或粉底的形式。
18.根据权利要求1-17中任何一项所述的防晒组合物,其特征在于还包含普通的UV-A和/或UV-B滤光剂。
19.保护人体表皮或头发免受波长范围290-400nmUV线晒伤的方法,其特征在于将含有有效量的权利要求1-17定义的美容防晒组合物用于皮肤或头发。
20.根据权利要求19的方法,其特征在于所述防晒组合物还包含普通的UV-A和/或UV-B滤光剂。
