An automatic processing method of coated Or citrus slices comprises the following steps:
s1, selecting fruits: acceptance of the offered oranges, including but not limited to: variety, weight, diameter, maturity, insect fruit, etc.; removing rotten fruits, fruits with unqualified colors and fruits with unqualified diameters and worms; soaking the selected qualified fruits in 150PPM sterilized water for 1 minute, and then washing with clear water;
s2, slicing: performing transverse cutting on the Wo oranges by using the slicing mechanism 11, wherein the thickness is required to be 5mm; the Wo citrus slices are conveyed by the feeding conveyor belt 14, the posture is corrected by the posture correcting conveyor belt 15, and finally the Wo citrus slices are sliced by the double-edge blade 31 on the upper side of the fruit slice conveyor belt 16, and the Wo citrus slices are conveyed by the fruit slice conveyor belt 16 and automatically fall into the fruit slice tray 39;
s3, drying: the tray conveyer belt 17 bears the fruit slice tray 39 full of fruit slices and conveys the fruit slice tray to the reversing conveyer roller 18, and then the fruit slices are dried by the drying mechanism 12 at the position of the drying conveyer roller 62 through the drying conveyer roller 62;

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

after the citrus reiliana in the fruit piece support 39 falls into one row, the tray conveyer belt 17 rotates to a certain degree, then the citrus reiliana in the next row falls into the fruit piece support 39, until the citrus reiliana in the fruit piece support 39 falls into the tray conveyer belt 17, and the citrus reiliana is conveyed to the reversing conveyer roller 18 through the tray conveyer belt 17; in the process, the second fruit slice bracket 39 is fed to the designated position on the surface of the tray conveyer belt 17 by an automatic feeding machine (conventional tool);
