removing old roots and yellow leaves of freshly harvested leaf mustard, processing the leaf mustard by using a leaf mustard processing device before pickling, firstly providing flowing water in a cleaning pool (8) through a water pump (10), then cleaning the leaf mustard in the cleaning pool (8) with clean water, and finally putting the cleaned leaf mustard into a material placing frame (24);

after the mustard leaves in the discharging frame (24) are cut by the cutting assembly (3), the feeding mechanism (2) is continuously utilized to displace the discharging frame (24) in the rack (6), the discharging frame (24) is displaced to the position right below the drying assembly (4) in the second step, the drying assembly (4) is opened, a hot air blower (41) is utilized to generate hot air, the hot air is blown out through an upper blowing plate (42) and a lower blowing plate (42) in the rack (6), the upper blowing plate (42) blows the hot air above the discharging frame (24), the lower blowing plate (42) blows the hot air below the discharging frame (24), and the mustard leaves in the discharging frame (24) are dried;
step four, after the drying treatment of the mustard is finished, the feeding mechanism (2) is utilized to drive the discharging frame (24) to move to the leftmost side of the rack (6), the driving shafts of the two electric push rods (28) drive the material baffle plate (27) to lift in the discharging hole (26), then the output shafts of the two servo motors (213) in the discharging frame (24) rotate to respectively drive the two screw rods (212) to rotate, the surface of each screw rod (212) is connected with the inner thread of the corresponding sliding block (210), so that the sliding blocks (210) can move in the sliding grooves (211), the two sliding blocks (210) can synchronously move in the two sliding grooves (211) respectively to drive the material pushing block (29) to move towards the left side in the discharging frame (24), the mustard in the discharging frame (24) is pushed down to the transmission mechanism (5), and the driving motor (54) drives the conveying belt (53) to transmit through the conveying assembly (55), conveying the cut and dried mustard to a material pressing machine (1) by using a conveying belt (53);
placing a pickling frame in a material pressing box (11), enabling the mustard to fall into the pickling frame through a feeding channel (12), spreading a layer of salt on the mustard, continuously conveying the mustard into the material pressing box (11), repeating the above operations until the mustard is fully paved in the pickling frame, pushing a material pressing plate (14) to move downwards by using a driving shaft of a servo electric cylinder II (13), pressing the mustard in the pickling frame through the material pressing plate (14) until the mustard is pressed firmly in the pickling frame, taking the pickling frame out of the material pressing box (11), sealing the pickling frame, placing the pickled frame in a shade place for storage, and finishing pickling the dried salted mustard.
