The third motor 24 is started to rotate, so as to drive the stirring paddle 29 to rotate on the first screen 26, the second screen 27 and the third screen 28, so as to stir the vegetable particles, and accelerate the drying and dewatering efficiency.

As shown in fig. 6, in another embodiment of the present invention, a discharging chute 35 is disposed on a sidewall of the dehydration drying box 7, and the discharging chute 35 is respectively located above the first screen 26, the second screen 27, the third screen 28 and the bottom of the dehydration drying box 7; an elastic sealing ring 36 is arranged outside the discharge chute 35, a clamping ring 37 is arranged on the inner wall of the elastic sealing ring 36, and the clamping ring 37 is clamped inside the discharge chute 35.
After the dehydration is accomplished, conveniently take out final finished product material through blown down tank 35, when carrying out drying operation, establish elasticity seal ring 36 cover on the outer wall of dehydration drying cabinet 7 and guarantee blown down tank 35 in the enclosed state with snap ring 37 card in the inside of blown down tank 35, prevent that the material from spilling, be equipped with the opening of installation collection wind groove 32 on elasticity seal ring 36 and the snap ring 37.

1. The processing equipment for the full-automatic dehydrated vegetables comprises a cleaning box (1), wherein supporting legs (2) are fixed at the bottom of the cleaning box (1), and is characterized in that one side of the cleaning box (1) is connected with a drying and water removing box (4), the bottom of the drying and water removing box (4) is connected with a material collecting groove (5), the material collecting groove (5) is positioned at the first section of a conveying belt (6), and the tail end of the conveying belt (6) is connected with a dehydration and drying box (7) through a material guide plate (23);
a friction cleaning mechanism is arranged in the cleaning box (1);
a drying and pushing mechanism is arranged inside the drying and dehydrating tank (4);
an automatic material cutting mechanism is arranged at the joint of the drying and water removing tank (4) and the material collecting tank (5);
the inside of dehydration drying cabinet (7) is installed with screening dehydration mechanism.

The processing equipment for the fully automatic dehydrated vegetables according to claim 1, wherein the friction cleaning mechanism comprises a first motor (8), the first motor (8) is installed on the outer wall of the cleaning box (1), a driving gear (9) is sleeved on an output shaft of the first motor (8), a driven gear (10) continuously meshed with the driving gear (9) is arranged on one side of the driving gear (9), and a first rotating shaft (11) is fixed in each of the driving gear (9) and the driven gear (10);
the first rotating shaft (11) is rotatably arranged inside the cleaning box (1), and a friction roller (12) is sleeved outside the first rotating shaft (11);
the bottom of the cleaning box (1) is provided with a water outlet (3).

The full-automatic dehydrated vegetable processing equipment according to claim 2, wherein a discharge port (13) is formed at the connection position of the cleaning tank (1) and the drying and dehydrating tank (4), and an automatic discharging mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the discharge port (13);
the automatic discharging mechanism comprises two cover plates (14), the cover plates (14) are connected to the discharging port (13), and the two cover plates (14) are connected with the outer wall of the cleaning box (1) through automatic telescopic rods (15).

a heating element (19) is arranged in the inner wall of the drying and water removing tank (4).

The processing equipment for the fully automatic dehydrated vegetables according to claim 4, wherein a cutting opening (20) is formed at the joint of the drying and dehydrating tank (4) and the collecting tank (5), the automatic cutting mechanism is positioned at one side of the cutting opening (20), the automatic cutting mechanism comprises a rotating shaft (21), and a cutting knife (22) is fixed on the rotating shaft (21).

The fully automatic dehydrated vegetable processing equipment according to claim 1, wherein the screening and dehydrating mechanism comprises a first screen (26), a second screen (27) and a third screen (28), and the first screen (26), the second screen (27) and the third screen (28) are sequentially installed inside the dehydration drying box (7) from top to bottom;
the outer side wall of the dehydration drying box (7) is provided with an air heater (30), an air outlet of the air heater (30) is provided with a hot air pipe (31) connected with an air collecting groove (32), the air collecting groove (32) is arranged on the inner wall of the cleaning box (1), and an air outlet nozzle (33) is arranged on the air collecting groove (32);
the air outlet nozzle (33) is respectively positioned above the first screen (26), the second screen (27) and the third screen (28);
the top of the dehydration drying box (7) is provided with an air outlet (34).

The full-automatic dehydrated vegetable processing equipment according to claim 6, wherein a third motor (24) is installed on the top of the dehydrated drying box (7), the output end of the third motor (24) is in driving connection with a third rotating shaft (25) through a coupler, through holes are formed in the centers of the first screen (26), the second screen (27) and the third screen (28), and the third rotating shaft (25) passes through the through holes and is installed inside the dehydrated drying box (7);
and a stirring paddle (29) is fixed on the third rotating shaft (25), and the stirring paddle (29) is respectively positioned above the first screen (26), the second screen (27) and the third screen (28).

The full-automatic dehydrated vegetable processing equipment according to claim 6, wherein the side wall of the dehydration drying box (7) is provided with a discharge chute (35), and the discharge chute (35) is respectively positioned above the bottom of the first screen (26), the second screen (27), the third screen (28) and the dehydration drying box (7);
elastic sealing ring (36) are arranged outside discharge chute (35), snap ring (37) are arranged on the inner wall of elastic sealing ring (36), and snap ring (37) are clamped inside discharge chute (35).
