Description

Mugwort mosquito repellent and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of mosquito repellent supplies, in particular to wormwood mosquito repellent water and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The products with the mosquito-repellent effect commonly used at present comprise floral water, mosquito-repellent incense sheets, mosquito-repellent cream, mosquito-repellent water and the like, wherein after the mosquito-repellent water is smeared, the invasion of viruses after mosquito bites can be prevented, and meanwhile, the discomfort after the mosquito bites can be relieved rapidly, so that the mosquito-repellent water is widely used. However, most of the existing mosquito repellent adopts single preparation, some products have sticky feeling or contain chemical components, the irritation is large, and the mosquito repellent containing natural plants is often short in mosquito repellent time effect and poor in mosquito repellent effect. In addition, since the mosquito repellent water generally contains alcohol components or mosquito repellent glue, and reacts with benzophenone components in the sunscreen cream to cause allergic phenomena, the mixing of the mosquito repellent water with the sunscreen cream is limited, and inconvenience is caused. For example, patent CN103494749B discloses a natural mosquito repellent, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of mugwort leaf, 30-40 parts of star anise, 10-20 parts of mint, 10-20 parts of lavender and 10-20 parts of dark plum; the mosquito repellent water prepared by the formula has natural sources, is safe and nontoxic, has good mosquito repellent effect and low cost, but contains alcohol components.
For such problems, literature: zhu Yike preparation and Zhang Yongliang preparation and application of compound mugwort mosquito repellent liquid [ J ]]Journal of Chinese medicine clinical, 2016,28 (12): 4. Through orthogonal test design, supercritical CO 2 Extraction and mosquito biting experiments, a supercritical CO prepared from 6 Chinese herbal medicines including wormwood, rhizoma atractylodis, ligusticum wallichii, magnolia officinalis, calamus and camphor is developed 2 The extract is a compound Chinese herbal medicine mosquito repellent liquid which is prepared by proper proportion, not only has the effect of repelling mosquitoes, but also effectively solves the defect that commercial mosquito repellent products mainly prepared from chemical synthetic medicines are harmful to human bodies after smelling.
Also as in patent CN109329319B, a preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine fermented mosquito repellent liquid, a stock solution and a diluent thereof are disclosed, and the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine fermented mosquito repellent liquid comprises the steps of fermenting and culturing the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials and a culture medium, wherein the fermenting and culturing comprises lactobacillus fermentation and bacillus fermentation, so as to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine fermented mosquito repellent liquid. The raw materials of the product are simple and easy to obtain, the components are natural, the environment is protected, and the product has no stimulation to human bodies; the production process of the biological fermentation technology is simple and convenient, the reaction condition is mild, and the active ingredients in the mosquito-repellent traditional Chinese medicine raw materials can be fully extracted and reserved; the metabolite of the zymophyte can also be synergistic with active ingredients in the raw medicinal materials of the mosquito-repellent traditional Chinese medicine, so that the mosquito-repellent and insect-repellent effect, antipruritic and detumescence effects of the traditional Chinese medicine fermented mosquito-repellent liquid are remarkable. However, the preparation method of the invention involves a fermentation process, is time-consuming as a whole and has high requirements for strains.
Aiming at the problems that the mosquito repellent in the prior art has heavy sticky feeling, contains chemical components and further causes irritation and cannot be mixed with sun cream, the mosquito repellent with comfortable skin feeling, natural components and small irritation is necessary to find.

The mugwort mosquito repellent effect test of the invention
Test 1: test of attack force
110 Aedes albopictus and test mice are placed in the closed space, the number of mosquitoes stopped within 10min is recorded, more than 5 mosquitoes are considered to be qualified for the mosquitoes and the mice, a next repellent test can be carried out, and 300 aedes albopictus qualified for the attack force can be obtained after multiple screening.
Test 2: equal amounts of mosquito repellent in each example of the present invention were applied to the exposed abdomen (2 cm. Times.2 cm) of each group of mice, respectively, in an amount of 1.5. Mu.L/cm 2 And shielding other parts, wherein 10 mice in each group are selected as a blank control group, only an equal amount of distilled water is coated, each group of mice is marked by a marker pen, each group of mice and 300 Aedes albopictus are placed in a closed space for 5min after the mice are coated for 1h, the whole-course video recording is carried out by using an imaging device, whether mosquitoes stop on exposed skin is observed, the test is carried out once per hour, if 1 mosquito stops sucking blood, the test is judged to be the end of the test for measuring the effective protection time, the effective protection time is counted, the further test is carried out, the number of the mosquitoes stopped within 5min is counted after the test is completed for 15 hours, and the effective protection rate is calculated.
Effective protection rate = (number of mosquito-off in control group-number of mosquito-off in water-repellent-coated group)/number of mosquito-off in control group×100%
The above test was performed in combination with a mouse test by the method described in GB/T13917.9-2009, and the results are shown in Table 3:

From comparison of the results of comparative examples 1-2 and example 1, it can be deduced that the synergistic effect between mugwort and madder in mosquito repellent aquatic products is relatively important, and the effective protection time and the effective protection rate are both significantly affected. The experimental result in comparative example 5 reflects the key effect of specific raw materials, and when part of raw materials are replaced by lavender or dahurian angelica root, even though the relevant raw materials have a certain mosquito repellent effect, obvious advantages cannot be exerted in the product of the invention. Meanwhile, compared with some commercial products, the mosquito repellent water has outstanding effects.
Finally, it should be noted that the above description is only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and not for limiting the scope of the present invention, and that the simple modification and equivalent substitution of the technical solution of the present invention can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
