A plant pest trapping and controlling device according to claim 1, wherein the top of said upper plate (11) is provided with a solar cell panel (16) and a battery (17) provided at the bottom thereof, said solar cell panel (16) being electrically connected to the battery (17) through a converter; the top of the upper plate (11) is also provided with a motor (18), the lamp source (1) and the power grid (2) are electrically connected with a storage battery (17), and an output shaft of the motor (18) extends to the lower part of the upper plate (11) to be connected with the top of the lamp bracket (15).
3. A plant pest trapping and controlling device according to claim 1, wherein said lower cylinder (3) is internally provided with a filter plate (40) for collecting pest carcasses.

A plant pest trapping and controlling device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the bottom of said filter plate (40) is provided with insecticide, the outside of said lower cylinder (10) is provided with a liquid outlet (41), and the other end of said first water pipe (31) is connected with said liquid outlet (41).
5. A plant pest trapping and controlling device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that a plurality of said connecting rods (14) are provided with brushes on the inner sides thereof for cleaning the electric network.
6. A plant pest trapping and controlling device as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the bottom of the upper plate (11) is provided with a controller (42), and the motor (18), the light source (1) and the electric network (2) are electrically connected with the controller (42).
7. A plant pest trapping and controlling device according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the upper cylinder (3) is provided with a plug rod (43), and the top of the lower cylinder (3) is provided with a slot (44) which is in plug-in fit with the plug rod (43).
