Abstract
The invention discloses a method for promoting germination of rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae seeds, and relates to the technical field of seed treatment. According to the method, the selected rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae seeds are disinfected, seed coating agent containing bactericide, insecticide and composite plant regulator is adopted for seed soaking, and finally the soaked rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae seeds are wrapped by the film coating agent, so that the germination rate of the rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae seeds is remarkably improved. The treatment method of the invention adopts a film coating method to ensure that the size of the seeds is not changed and the seeds absorb the active ingredients in the seed coating agent, thereby improving the germination rate of the seeds, effectively shortening the seedling emergence time of the seeds and reducing the planting cost of the Atractylodes lancea.

Rhizoma Atractylodis is perennial herb of Atractylodes of Compositae, and has effects of eliminating dampness, invigorating spleen, dispelling pathogenic wind, dispelling cold, resisting inflammation, and resisting lung injury. The problems that wild resources of the rhizoma atractylodis sinensis are gradually exhausted, the wild species are bred, the wild species are difficult to domesticate, the artificial cultivation technology is immature, the growth period of the rhizoma atractylodis sinensis is long and the like cause short supply of the rhizoma atractylodis in the market, and the research on artificial propagation of the rhizoma atractylodis sinensis and improvement of the yield of the rhizoma atractylodis sinensis are hot spots of the current research.
The artificial propagation mode of the rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae mainly comprises tuber propagation and seed propagation, wherein the requirements of the tissue culture technology in the rhizome propagation of the rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae on aseptic conditions are strict and difficult to master, so that the propagation method of the rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae seeds is imperative. The seeds of the rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae are short-lived seeds, the seeds lose life vitality in half a year at normal temperature, and the seed vitality is greatly influenced by environmental changes and is not easy to store. Meanwhile, the problems of low germination rate, slow seedling emergence and the like exist in the propagation and seedling process of the seeds of the Atractylodes chinensis, so that the key for improving the yield of the Atractylodes chinensis is to solve the germination problem of the seeds of the Atractylodes chinensis.
