after the smoking set using the electromagnetic heating mode forms a certain magnetic field, the corresponding smoke cartridge needs to have magnetism, the cigarette paper can enter the smoking set cavity, and the cigarette paper can help to achieve the purpose after being coated with the magnetic metal material.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of the preparation of the cigarette paper with the film coated on the surface of the cigarette.
Detailed Description
The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the description of the embodiments is provided to help understanding of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a method for preparing cigarette paper with a film coated on the surface of a cigarette comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing conventional cigarette paper without adding a combustion improver;
it is necessary to screen out substrates that match the process. The traditional packaging material is not considered, because the cigarette products belong to food categories, various chemical raw materials are added in the traditional packaging material, and the smoking feeling of the tobacco products is influenced by the miscellaneous gas and substances generated in the heating or burning process. Tests prove that the cigarette paper is suitable for being used as a base material.
Combustion promoters are used in conventional cigarettes to prevent the cigarette from extinguishing if not actively smoked during combustion. Because the subsequent application scene of the cigarette paper is not in an open fire scene, the combustion improver is eliminated.
S2, heating and pressurizing the cigarette paper;
in one embodiment, the temperature of the heating and pressurizing is 110-150 ℃ and the pressure is 15-25 KG/cm.
In this embodiment, since there is a relatively significant gap in the surface of the wrapper, it is necessary to reduce the gap by applying heat and pressure.
In one embodiment, the temperature of the heating and pressurizing is 135 ℃ and the pressure is 20 KG/cm.
In the embodiment, through a plurality of tests, the purpose of the invention can be realized to the maximum extent under the condition of relatively easy realization by adopting the conditions of 135 ℃ and 20 KG/square centimeter pressure.
In one embodiment, the air permeability of the cigarette paper is reduced from 50-90 to 1-9 by applying heat and pressure.
In the present example, the standard air permeability of the wrapper paper is 50 to 90, and the air permeability is reduced by heating and pressurizing, that is, the gaps on the surface of the wrapper paper are reduced, and it is generally preferable to reduce the air permeability to 1 to 9. Wherein the unit of air permeability is expressed in micrometers/(pascal-seconds).
In one embodiment, the air permeability of the cigarette paper is reduced to 5-penetration.
In this embodiment, considering the complexity of the process and the cost, it is appropriate to set the target air permeability to 5.
S3, checking the surface flatness of the cigarette paper;
in one embodiment, the surface flatness of the wrapper is examined using a microscope with a magnification effect of up to 1000 times.
In the embodiment, the cigarette paper is mainly subjected to spot check, and the same batch of samples are approved only when the spot check reaches a preset qualified rate. The cigarette paper for spot inspection needs to achieve the consistency of surface uniformity and flatness, the consistency of the surface flatness of the cigarette paper is the flatness which can be seen by naked eyes under the magnification of a microscope, and standard cigarette paper samples can be referred to under the condition that the discrimination is difficult or the difference is not large.
In one embodiment, the cigarette paper is placed at a detection inlet of the device, the device conveying device conveys the cigarette paper to a detection mechanism of the device, the cigarette paper passes through the detection mechanism of the device, the detection mechanism of the device emits a uniform light beam to the cigarette paper through a laser emitter to form a light spot on the surface of the paper, the light reflected diffusely by the light spot is received by a laser detector, and the uniformity of the light spot is analyzed by the system to automatically determine whether the surface flatness of the cigarette paper is qualified.
S4, depositing a coating material on the cigarette paper;
in one embodiment, the coating material is deposited by magnetron sputtering technique, and the thickness of the coating is controlled between 60 and 90 nanometers.
In this embodiment, magnetron sputtering is one of physical vapor deposition. The general sputtering method can be used for preparing multi-materials such as metal, semiconductor, insulator and the like, and has the advantages of simple equipment, easy control, large coating area, strong adhesive force and the like. The magnetron sputtering technology can ensure that the film coating of the cigarette paper is firmer and has better uniformity. Through test tests, on the basis of taking the cigarette paper as a base material, in order to achieve an application effect, the thickness of the coating film is adjusted to be 60-90 nanometers from 30 nanometers of a theoretical value, and at the moment, the metal texture on the surface of the cigarette paper is good.
In one embodiment, the coating material is deposited using vacuum evaporation techniques and the coating thickness is controlled to be 60-90 nm.
In this embodiment, vacuum evaporation, abbreviated as evaporation, refers to a process method in which a coating material is evaporated and gasified by a certain heating evaporation method under vacuum conditions, and particles fly to the surface of a substrate to condense and form a film. The vapor deposition is a vapor deposition technology which is used earlier and has wider application, and has the advantages of simple film forming method, high film purity and compactness, unique film structure and performance and the like. The vacuum evaporation technology deposits the coating material, can enlarge and enlarge the output, improve the production efficiency, thereby reduce the production cost and be favorable for improving the product competitiveness.
In one embodiment, the coating material is a magnetic metal material.
In this embodiment, the coated cigarette paper can be used on the electromagnetic heating's electron cigarette bullet, matches with the smoking set of electromagnetic heating mode. After a certain magnetic field is formed by using the smoking set adopting an electromagnetic heating mode, the corresponding smoke cartridge needs to have magnetism. In the cigarette bullet, only the auxiliary materials which can be deeply processed on the cigarette paper enter the cigarette paper of the cavity of the cigarette pouring device.
In one embodiment, the coating material is a nickel-chromium alloy material.
In the embodiment, the nickel-chromium alloy is widely applied in the vacuum coating industry, and can be made into an alloy target material with a certain proportion to be used as a raw material for magnetron sputtering coating.
S5, performing quality inspection on the coated cigarette paper;
the quality inspection of the coated cigarette paper is generally performed by randomly drawing a part of the coated cigarette paper, and generally comprises a plurality of inspection processes, and the inspection is performed by manually combining a machine. If the spot check is not problematic, the quality check of the batch of coated cigarette paper passes; if the sampling inspection has problems, the batch of coated cigarette paper needs to be inspected completely or can not pass through completely, namely the batch of coated cigarette paper can not flow to the next process.
S6, cutting the cigarette paper;
for ease of wrapping, the cigarette paper needs to be cut to size.
S7, the cut cigarette paper is used for processing cigarettes containing tobacco.
Example two
A cigarette is prepared by the preparation method in the first embodiment.
In this example, the cigarette paper was formed using a heating and pressurizing method to improve the leveling of the paper surface of the base paper. The manufactured product can participate in the final combustion section. The composition of the base material is not changed, the burning temperature of the product does not reach the melting point of the metal on the surface of the paper, other miscellaneous gases are not generated, and the use of the product is not influenced.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the described embodiments. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in the embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, and these embodiments are still within the scope of the invention.
