Abstract
The invention discloses a rubber blanket cleaning agent and a preparation method and application thereof. The rubber blanket cleaning agent comprises the following components: an organic acid; a surfactant; a cyclic ketone compound; a polyhydroxy ketone; a solvent. The blanket cleaning agent is a nontoxic, odorless and environment-friendly ecological cleaning agent, avoids corrosion of the existing cleaning agent to the blanket, promotes resilience of the blanket, and can prolong the service life of the blanket.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of printing, in particular to a blanket cleaning agent and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The printing blanket is a composite of a rubber layer and a base fabric. In the offset printing industry, printing blankets used in conventional inks are a composite of nitrile rubber and a base cloth. In the printing process, the rubber blanket has the transmission function of accurately and unmistakably transferring the image-text information on the printing plate to the paper, and has the characteristics of effective compression resistance, quick restoring force, strong viscosity and no any sticking object.
However, in practical use, the blanket may be in high-speed rotation, which causes the blanket to be repeatedly pressed by the printing roller and the compression roller during printing, resulting in a dent part in a partial area of the blanket, and in the process of transferring ink, partial ink, paper dust and paper dust may be clamped into the dent part, and the blanket may be seriously damaged after a long time. The existing rubber blanket cleaning agent is poor in cleaning capacity and environmental protection performance on one hand, and does not have the capacity of recovering the sunk part of the rubber blanket on the other hand.
Based on this, a new cleaning agent for blanket is urgently needed to solve the above problems.

2. The organic acids act, on the one hand, as pH regulators and, on the other hand, they also promote the reducing properties of the polyhydroxyketones.
3. The surfactant can further stimulate the performance of the blanket cleaning agent and improve the cleaning capability of the blanket.
4. The blanket cleaning agent is a nontoxic, odorless and environment-friendly ecological cleaning agent, avoids corrosion of the existing cleaning agent to the blanket, promotes resilience of the blanket, and can prolong the service life of the blanket.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the blanket cleaning agent comprises the following components in parts by weight:
30-40 parts by weight of an organic acid;
5-10 parts by weight of a surfactant;
10 to 15 parts by weight of a cyclic ketone compound;
10-30 parts by weight of a polyhydroxy ketone;
30-100 parts by weight of a solvent.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the organic acid comprises at least one of citric acid, lactic acid, tartaric acid, ascorbic acid and erythorbic acid.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the surfactant comprises at least one of sodium lauryl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate and sodium fatty acid isethionate.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the cyclic ketone compound comprises at least one of cyclohexanone and 4-dimethylaminocyclohexanone.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the polyhydroxyketone comprises at least one of D-fructose and potassium D-sorbate.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the blanket cleaning agent has a pH of 4 to 6.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the solvent comprises at least one of ethanol, n-propanol and isopropanol.
In order to solve the second technical problem, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

and mixing the organic acid, the surfactant, the cyclic ketone compound and the polyhydroxy ketone in a solvent to obtain the rubber blanket cleaning agent.

4. A blanket cleaner as defined in claim 1, wherein: the surfactant comprises at least one of lauryl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate and fatty acid hydroxyethyl sodium sulfonate.
5. A blanket cleaning agent according to claim 1, wherein: the cyclic ketone compound includes at least one of cyclohexanone and 4-dimethylaminocyclohexanone.
6. A blanket cleaner as defined in claim 1, wherein: the polyhydroxy ketone comprises at least one of D-fructose and D-potassium sorbate.
7. A blanket cleaner as defined in claim 1, wherein: the pH value of the rubber blanket cleaning agent is 4-6.
8. A blanket cleaning agent according to claim 1, wherein: the solvent includes at least one of ethanol, n-propanol, and isopropanol.
9. A method of preparing a blanket cleaner as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
and mixing the organic acid, the surfactant, the cyclic ketone compound and the polyhydroxy ketone in a solvent to obtain the rubber blanket cleaning agent.
10. Use of a blanket cleaner as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 in the preparation of ink packaging bags.
