4. the egg trays are conveyed out of the air shower box through the conveying belt, when the conveying belt runs to the outer side of the sterilizing box, the egg trays are detected through the photoelectric probe, signals are transmitted to the time relay of the control cabinet, after a certain time is delayed, after the egg trays enter the sterilizing box, the time relay controls the electromagnetic valve to be opened for supplying sterilizing agent, the time relay controls the electromagnetic valve to be opened for a period of time, the electromagnetic valve is closed for a period of time, intermittent spraying is realized, the closing time is shorter than the opening time (the delay time of the relay is adjusted according to the running speed of the conveying belt, whether eggs are completely sprayed or transitionally sprayed or not); the disinfection box is internally provided with a disinfection bracket, 10 openings are formed in the bracket, and the number of installed spray heads can be selected according to the nozzle aperture of the selected spray heads at will; the disinfectant pipeline uses a conventional air pipe, an air pipe connector can be quickly adjusted according to requirements, and the spray head uses a quick-insertion fine atomization spray head which can be conveniently installed with the connecting piece;
5. after the eggs on the egg trays are completely disinfected, the eggs are moved out of the disinfection box; conveying to the next working procedure through a conveying belt;
after all egg trays on the conveyor belt are disinfected, the electromagnetic valve is closed.

1. An egg dusting and disinfection apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the belt transmission mechanism comprises two driving wheels, two conveying belts (1) and two driven wheels, wherein the two driving wheels are arranged on an output shaft of a power component, the two driven wheels are arranged on a driven shaft, the output shaft of the power component and the driven shaft are respectively supported on two sides of a supporting bracket through two bearings, the driving wheels and the driven wheels on the same side are sleeved with the conveying belts (1), and egg trays are placed on the two conveying belts (1) which are arranged side by side.

(3) The egg tray carrying the eggs is firstly conveyed into an air shower box on a conveying belt, two rows of main air pipes are arranged in the air shower box, 4 universal adjustable air blowing air knives are arranged on each row of main air pipes, the two air blowing air knives are adjusted to be inclined by 45 degrees, and the two groups of air knives exhaust air oppositely; the egg trays move in the air shower box and pass through the two exhaust channels in an omnibearing way to blow off dust on the eggs, and the dust is collected along the dust collection opening;
(4) The egg trays are conveyed out of the air shower box through the conveying belt, when the conveying belt runs to the outer side of the sterilizing box, the egg trays are detected through the photoelectric probe, signals are transmitted to the time relay of the control cabinet, after a certain time is delayed, after the egg trays enter the sterilizing box, the time relay controls the electromagnetic valve to be opened for supplying sterilizing agent, the time relay controls the electromagnetic valve to be opened for a period of time, the electromagnetic valve is closed for a period of time, intermittent spraying is realized, and the closing time is shorter than the opening time;
