4. the egg tray is conveyed out of the air shower box through the conveying belt, when the conveying belt runs to the outer side of the disinfection box, the egg tray is detected through the photoelectric probe, a signal is transmitted to a time relay of the control cabinet, after a certain time delay, after the egg tray enters the disinfection box, the time relay controls the electromagnetic valve to be opened to supply disinfectant, the time relay controls the electromagnetic valve to be opened for a period of time, the electromagnetic valve is closed for a period of time, intermittent spraying is realized, and the closing time is shorter than the opening time (according to the running speed of the conveying belt, whether the eggs are completely sprayed or not, transitional spraying is carried out, and the delay time of the relay is adjusted); a disinfection bracket is arranged in the disinfection box, 10 openings are formed in the bracket, and the number of the spray heads can be selected and installed at will according to the aperture of the spray nozzle of the selected spray head; the disinfection liquid pipeline uses a conventional air pipe, can be adjusted rapidly by using an air pipe connector at will according to requirements, and the spray head uses a fast-insertion fine atomization spray head, and can be conveniently installed with a connecting piece;
5. after the hatching eggs in the egg tray are completely sterilized, the hatching eggs are taken out of the sterilizing box; conveying to the next process through a conveying belt;
and after all egg trays on the belt to be conveyed are disinfected, closing the electromagnetic valve.

1. An egg removes dust, disinfecting equipment which characterized in that: comprises an egg tray conveying mechanism, a sterilizing box (3), an air shower box (4), a disinfectant tank (19), a waste liquid collecting tray (9) and a platform frame body (13);
the disinfection box (3) and the air shower box (4) are installed on the upper surface of a platform frame body (13), a disinfection support (5) is arranged in the disinfection box (3), a plurality of fine atomizing spray heads (6) are arranged on the disinfection support (5), a liquid outlet of a disinfectant tank (19) is communicated with the fine atomizing spray heads (6) in the disinfection box (3) through a disinfectant liquid pipeline, the disinfectant tank (19) is further provided with an air inlet, the air inlet is communicated with a compressed air source, alcohol is arranged in the disinfectant tank (19), two rows of main air pipes which are arranged side by side are arranged at the top inside of the air shower box (4), a plurality of universal adjustable air blowing air knives (7) are arranged on each row of main air pipes, the two rows of universal adjustable air blowing air knives (7) are oppositely exhausted, a retractable dust collecting box (20) with a dust collecting port (8) is arranged under the air shower box (4), a waste liquid collecting disc (9) is arranged under the disinfection box (3), the waste liquid collecting disc and the retractable dust collecting box (20) with the dust collecting port (8) are arranged inside the platform frame body (13), and the waste liquid collecting disc (9) is fixed on the support platform frame body (13);
the egg tray conveying mechanism is arranged on the platform frame body (13), is a belt transmission mechanism, is used for placing an egg tray on the belt transmission mechanism, is provided with an egg tray passing channel on the sterilizing box (3) and the air shower box (4), is provided with a photoelectric probe (15) at a position on the platform frame body (13) close to an inlet of the sterilizing box (3), and is provided with a normally closed electromagnetic valve (12) on a sterilizing liquid pipeline; the photoelectric probe (15) is electrically connected with a time relay, the time relay is electrically connected with a normally closed electromagnetic valve water valve (12), and the belt transmission mechanism operates to drive the egg trays to sequentially enter the air shower box (4) for dust removal and the disinfection box (3) for disinfection.

The egg dedusting and sterilizing apparatus as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the belt transmission mechanism comprises two driving wheels, two conveying belts (1) and two driven wheels, wherein the two driving wheels are installed on an output shaft of a power part, the two driven wheels are installed on a driven shaft, the output shaft and the driven shaft of the power part are respectively supported on two sides of a supporting bracket through two bearings, one conveying belt (1) is sleeved on the driving wheel and the driven wheel on the same side, and egg trays are placed on the two conveying belts (1) which are arranged side by side.

The egg dedusting and sterilizing apparatus of claim 2, wherein: the conveying device is characterized in that a long supporting plate (21) for supporting the upper part of each conveying belt (1) is arranged in the platform frame body (13) along the length direction of each conveying belt (1), the two long supporting plates (21) are fixedly connected with the platform frame body (13) through short supporting plates (22), a plurality of supporting wheel sets for supporting the lower parts of the two conveying belts (1) are arranged in the platform frame body (13), each supporting wheel set comprises two supporting wheels (17), the two supporting wheels (17) are arranged on one supporting shaft, and all the supporting shafts are arranged on the platform frame body (13); the support bracket (18) is located below the long support plate (21) and the short support plate (22).

5. The egg dedusting and sterilizing apparatus of claim 1, wherein: four universal adjustable air blowing air knives (7) are uniformly arranged on each row of main air pipes along the length direction.
6. The egg dedusting and sterilizing apparatus of claim 1, wherein: two rows of universal adjustable air blowing air knives (7) are adjusted to be arranged in an inclined way of 45 degrees with the horizontal direction.
7. The egg dedusting and sterilizing apparatus of claim 1, wherein: ten openings are formed on the disinfection bracket (5), and the number of the fine atomizing spray heads (6) is selected and installed according to the aperture of the nozzle of the fine atomizing spray heads (6).

The egg dedusting and sterilizing apparatus as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the sterilizing box (3) and the air shower box (4) are both of a square box structure formed by surrounding a plurality of side plates, and one side plate of the sterilizing box (3) is connected to a frame formed by welding the rest side plates through bolts.
9. The egg dedusting and sterilizing apparatus as set forth in claim 2, wherein: the power component is a motor (10); lower margin (16) are installed to platform support body (13) bottom, install universal wheel (14) of area brake on platform support body (13).
10. The operating method of an egg dusting and sanitizing device as recited in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein: the method specifically comprises the following steps:

3. the egg tray carrying the hatching eggs is conveyed into an air spraying box on a conveying belt, two rows of main air pipes are arranged in the air spraying box, 4 universal adjustable air blowing air knives are arranged on each row of main air pipes, the two rows of air knives are adjusted to be inclined at 45 degrees, and the two groups of air knives exhaust air oppositely; the egg tray moves in the air shower box, and dust on the hatching eggs is blown off through the two air exhaust ducts in an all-around manner and is collected along the dust collection opening;
4. the egg trays are conveyed out of the air shower box through the conveying belt, when the conveying belt runs to the outer side of the disinfection box, the egg trays are detected through the photoelectric probe, a signal is transmitted to a time relay of the control cabinet, after a certain time delay, after the egg tray part enters the disinfection box, the time relay controls the electromagnetic valve to be opened to supply disinfectant, the time relay controls the electromagnetic valve to be opened for a period of time and closed for a period of time, intermittent spraying is realized, and the closing time is shorter than the opening time;
