Description

Medicine for preventing and treating cataract and myopia and its preparing method
Technical Field
The invention relates to an eye drop, in particular to a medicine for preventing and treating cataract and myopia and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the increasing aging population and the difference of living habits and environments of modern people, the eyes are excessively used for a long time by computers, mobile phones, books or other eyes, and more importantly, the living environment with high pressure for a long time, so that ciliary muscles, crystalline lenses, eyeballs, peripheral capillaries, nerves and the like of the eyes are easy to generate a large amount of enriched free radicals, and eye diseases such as myopia or cataract, glaucoma, muscae volitantes and the like occur. The old people are caused by falling injury with various diseases due to vision loss. According to the records of related documents, the myopia and cataract of the agricultural era are found to be obviously less than those of the existing industrial era, especially the modern industry and information technology cannot be separated from mobile phones and computers, the working time is long, and the eyes are used excessively; this is the root cause of myopia and cataract in modern people. Numerous medical studies and clinical trials have demonstrated that free radical damage to human cells is a source of ten thousand diseases. A radical is a species lacking electrons (unsaturated electron species). Free radicals compete for electrons of human cells throughout the human body, and if electrons of cellular protein molecules are deprived, proteins are connected with branched chains to be alkylated, and malformed molecules are formed, so that various diseases of the human body can occur.
The existing common methods for treating eye diseases such as myopia, cataract and the like have modes of medicament treatment, operation treatment and the like, wherein the operation treatment has damage or sequelae on a human body and has certain risk; however, most of the existing drug therapies adopt atropine eyedrops or eye ointments, but the effect is not obvious, the preparation process is unstable, and a large amount of free radicals such as eyeballs, peripheral capillaries and nerves are difficult to eliminate. In order to eliminate a large amount of free radicals generated by overuse of eyes and environmental factors, according to the records of related data, blueberry, lycium ruthenicum mill, mulberry, vitamin E, vitamin C or high-efficiency substances containing selenium and the like for resisting free radicals have certain effects on myopia and cataract, but the effects are not obvious. The current therapy for treating the myopia mainly comprises laser beating or wearing myopia glasses. The aspect of medicine treatment is also disclosed in the literature, see the Chinese patent application of 201610878461.8 entitled "eyedrops for treating myopia and preparation method thereof" (publication number CN 106344733A); reference may also be made to the chinese invention patent application publication No. 201811596176.2, an eye drop for external use for improving myopia (publication No. CN 111346152A). The most important aspect of the long-term medical history in China is to pay attention to the relationship between eyes and viscera, meridians, qi, blood and body fluids when treating eye diseases. The Ling Shu & big Huo Lun: essential qi of five zang-organs and six fu-organs is the essence by injecting upward to the eyes. The seminal nest is the eye, the essence of bone is the pupil, the essence of tendon is the black eye, the essence of blood is the collateral, the essence of nest qi is the white eye, the essence of muscle is the restraint, it wraps up the essence of blood and qi of tendons and bones, and the blood and vessels are involved, and the above belongs to the brain and later comes out of the neck. The meridians and collaterals are the functions of circulating qi and blood throughout the body and communicating the exterior, interior and exterior, and connecting the zang-fu organs. Lingshu, the chapter of visceral manifestation with pathogenic factors: the blood and qi of the twelve main meridians, three hundred and six fifteen collaterals, all go up to the face to open orifices, and the essence and yang qi go up to the eyes to form essence. All this means that the eyes and zang-fu organs are connected through the meridians and collaterals, and they are in organic connection. The visual function of the eye is maintained only by the continuous transmission of blood and air through the meridians.
Therefore, the inventor thinks that the excessive eye and environmental factors and the functional aging meridian obstruction of modern people are the root causes causing the abundant accumulation of free radicals such as ciliary muscle, crystalline lens, eyeball and peripheral microvasculature and nerves. Furthermore, the excessive amount of free radicals can cause the fundamental causes of juvenile myopia, senile cataract, muscae volitantes, glaucoma and presbyopia just because the ciliary muscle of the eye can not stretch flexibly due to the abundant enrichment of the free radicals, the spasm of the eye and the peripheral muscle, the blockage of blood vessels, the lens can not obtain nutrition and the metabolic waste can not be discharged smoothly. The therapeutic medicine is prepared by combining Chinese medicine with western medicine. The invention was made.

The main effective components of kava pepper are Kavalactones (Kavalactones), methysticin, kawain (Kawain), etc., can bidirectionally regulate neurotransmitter, has various effects of resisting anxiety and depression, tranquilizing and hypnotizing, local anesthesia, anticonvulsive, etc., and no drug dependence is observed.
Kava pepper was approved by the german federal health administration for the treatment of anxiety as early as 1990, and was incorporated in the united kingdom as the plant pharmacopoeia, the united states as the new edition of the united states pharmacopoeia, and many countries in the united states of europe and america as over-the-counter or prescription drugs. Dihydrokavain and dihydrokavain contained in kava (PipermethoccumFost) have remarkable muscle relaxation effect, and their analgesic effect is superior to aspirin.
Because kava root has natural active substances, the kava root can act on the emotional center of the brain to exert the physiological effect, relax the mind and body, and reduce the pressure, relieve the anxiety, correct the depression and promote the sleep by drinking kava wine, thereby becoming the mental health-care folk prescription of modern people.
In recent years, kava is recommended worldwide as a food supplement. Piper methysticum has been one of the best 20 herbs sold in Germany in 1995. And is also one of the 16 best-selling herbals in the United states. The Kava (Kava, kawx) is popular among folk doctors in the island of south Pacific ocean and is regarded as the "holy medicine", and indigenous residents regard the Kava as the "highest-ranking plant". Hawaii once stipulates that the people steal slips to make death criminals, and is sufficient to see how the plant is important.
From the 19 th century, european and American scientists have proved from chemical, pharmacological, toxicological and clinical studies that kava mainly comprises kavalactone, methysticin, kawain, dihydrokawain and the like, can bidirectionally regulate neurotransmitters, relieve stress, relieve anxiety, overcome depression, relax muscles, eliminate fatigue and relieve insomnia, and has unexpected effects. Slips are then collected in the plant pharmacopoeia, the united states new edition, the united states pharmacopoeia, and many countries in the united states of europe and america classify slips as over-the-counter or prescription drugs.
Kava was approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as a mental health food in 1992, and the advent of kava in france made the conventional hypnotic almost unquestionable. Kava is used as a health product for relieving mental stress, stabilizing mental balance, and improving sleep in Japan. As early as 1995, american scientists karse and professor mallow presented in coworking "first health" and "natural answers to slips, stress, anxiety and insomnia": imbalance of neurotransmitter is the root of insomnia, and the kava, an herbal medicine capable of regulating neurotransmitter, is a natural answer for solving insomnia problems such as stress, anxiety, depression and the like and psychological problems.
