Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of tobacco processing, and particularly relates to a method for removing stems from tobacco shreds in a cigarette shred making process.
Background
The stem sticks are foreign matters which are inevitably generated in the tobacco stem and leaf vein shredding process. The stem sticks are easy to cause the phenomena of piercing and air leakage of the cigarettes, even the phenomena of opening burst at the burning end and the like. Not only affects the combustibility of the cigarettes and the stability of physical measurement indexes, but also affects the smoking feeling of the cigarettes. Therefore, the stems are used as foreign matters of the cut tobacco in the cigarette processing process and need to be removed before the cut tobacco is made into cigarette branches. The control of stems in cigarette products has always been a key and difficult point in the process control of cigarette enterprises.
In recent years, fine-graded cigarettes and medium-graded cigarettes have been developed rapidly. Compared with the conventional cigarette (the standard of the cigarette circumference is 24.5 mm), the fine cigarette (the standard of the cigarette circumference is 17.0 +/-1.0 mm) and the medium cigarette (the cigarette circumference is 18.0-24.0 mm) have more strict requirements on the content of the stems in the cigarettes. In order to reduce the content of stems as much as possible, cigarette enterprises mainly remove stems in tobacco shreds in a winnowing mode at present, but the stems are difficult to remove effectively. In patent CN115039905a, the stalk therein is removed by a multi-stage air separation and image recognition impurity removal method, but the method has the following disadvantages: 1. the cut tobacco content in the stem sticks is high, the cut tobacco consumption is high, and the cut tobacco cost is increased; 2. although the removal rate of the stems can reach 95.44 percent, the requirements of cigarettes in fine cigarettes and the like cannot be met; 3. the image identification impurity removal process needs to be thinned, and the processing capacity is limited; 3. the flying dust and light impurities in the tobacco shreds are high, and the tobacco shreds are difficult to be used in high-grade cigarettes.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for removing stems from cut tobacco aiming at the defects of the prior art. According to the method, the difference of the stem and the tobacco shred in physical properties is fully considered, the dried tobacco shred is separated into two parts of the stem-free tobacco shred and the stem-containing tobacco shred by using the flexible winnowing equipment, and then the flying dust and light impurities of the stem-free tobacco shred are removed by a dust removal process to obtain the pure tobacco shred; removing stems and other impurities from the cut tobacco containing the stems by adopting a fluidized bed method; and finally, mixing the two parts of pure cut tobaccos to achieve the purpose of removing stems and other impurities in the cut tobaccos.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a method for removing stems from cut tobacco comprises the following steps:
(1) Separating the cut tobacco into cut tobacco without stems and cut tobacco with stems by adjusting the air speed of air separation in a flexible air separation mode;
(2) Subjecting the cut tobacco without the stems obtained in the step (1) to a negative pressure adsorption dedusting process to remove dust and light impurities to obtain pure cut tobacco;
(3) Converting the cut tobacco containing the stems obtained in the step (1) into a fluidized state through a fluidized bed, and removing the stems to obtain pure cut tobacco;
(4) Mixing pure tobacco shreds: and (3) mixing the pure cut tobacco obtained in the step (2) with the pure cut tobacco obtained in the step (3) to obtain the pure cut tobacco without the stem.
Preferably, the wind speed adjusting range of the flexible air separation in the step (1) is 2.0-6.0 m/s.
Preferably, the content of the stems in the cut tobacco containing the stems obtained in the step (1) is not lower than 50 percent; the low content of the stems is not beneficial to the follow-up steps to change the stems into a fluidized state to remove the stems in the cut tobacco, and meanwhile, the risk of crushing the cut tobacco is increased.
Preferably, the negative pressure adjusting range of the negative pressure adsorption dust removal process in the step (2) is 1.0KPa to 3.0KPa.
Preferably, the fluidized bed in the step (3) has a carry-out speed of 1.0m/s to 8.0m/s.
The method for detecting the cut tobacco, finished cut tobacco and the content of the stems in the cigarettes after the cut tobacco stem removing process is processed comprises the following steps:
the detection structure of the instrument and equipment is shown in YCT 428-2012 determination of cut tobacco content of cut stems removed by cigarette making machines;
sampling 500g of tobacco shreds, uniformly mixing, and taking one fourth of the tobacco shreds for detection by adopting a quartering method;
wind speed conditions before detection: the main stream wind is 22m/s, and the side stream wind is 17m/s; detection process separation time conditions: feeding time 60s, and screening time 100s;
the calculation formula of the cut tobacco cut stem content is as follows:
in the formula:
x is the cut stem content in the cut tobacco, and the unit is percent;
m is the mass of the stem after separation, and the unit is g;
m 0 -the mass of the cut tobacco before separation, in g.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the method, the tobacco shreds are separated into the tobacco shreds without stems and the tobacco shreds with stems in a flexible air separation mode by utilizing the different densities of the tobacco shreds and the stems; then the cut tobacco containing the stems is changed into a fluidized state through the fluidized bed, so that the cut tobacco and the stems are sufficiently loosened, and meanwhile, the cut tobacco is in a suspended state under the fluidized bed through the stems, and the cut tobacco and the stems are easily separated. The method of the invention firstly uses a fluidized state method to remove the stems in the cut tobacco, wherein the content of the stems in the cut tobacco containing the stems is not lower than 50 percent; because the low content of the stems is not beneficial to the subsequent steps to change the stems into fluidized states to remove the stems in the cut tobacco.
2. The method of the invention removes fly ash and light impurities in the tobacco shreds by negative pressure adsorption, and can obviously improve the purity of the tobacco shreds. The purity of the cut tobacco obtained by the method is more than or equal to 99.90 percent; the stem content in the cigarettes of the final cigarette product is less than or equal to 1.5 percent; the quality of the fine cigarette and the medium cigarette can be effectively improved. Compared with the prior art, the method is easy to realize, has obvious application effect and has stronger popularization and application values.
