Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of bacteriophage antibacterial products, and particularly relates to an antibacterial product produced by using bacteriophage and lyase and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The phage is a virus specially used for cracking bacteria, and the main chemical components of the phage consist of protein and nucleic acid and are harmless to human bodies. The antibacterial products produced by the bacteriophage and the lyase can be applied to the fields of human health, animal culture, crop health, food safety and the like.
At present, in the published patent of the antibacterial products and the existing antibacterial products in the market, for example, chinese patent No. CN103989728B, a compound medicine containing zhu cao and beta-lactam antibacterial drugs for livestock and poultry is disclosed. The raw materials comprise beta-lactam antibacterial drugs and phyllanthus urinaria, and after the phyllanthus urinaria is added, the drug resistance of bacteria to the antibacterial drugs can be reversed, so that the treatment effect of the antibacterial drugs is improved. It does not completely address bacterial resistance per se. After long-term use of the antibacterial product, the effect is poor, and the yield and the quality of animals are affected. And the ability to adsorb mycotoxins, endotoxins and enterotoxins is lacking, affecting the survival rate of animals.
An effective solution to the problems in the related art has not been proposed yet.
