Description

Antibacterial product produced by bacteriophage and lyase and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of bacteriophage antibacterial products, and particularly relates to an antibacterial product produced by using bacteriophage and lyase and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The phage is a virus specially used for cracking bacteria, and the main chemical components of the phage consist of protein and nucleic acid and are harmless to human bodies. The antibacterial products produced by the bacteriophage and the lyase can be applied to the fields of human health, animal culture, crop health, food safety and the like.
At present, in the published patent of the antibacterial products and the existing antibacterial products in the market, for example, chinese patent No. CN103989728B, a compound medicine containing zhu cao and beta-lactam antibacterial drugs for livestock and poultry is disclosed. The raw materials comprise beta-lactam antibacterial drugs and phyllanthus urinaria, and after the phyllanthus urinaria is added, the drug resistance of bacteria to the antibacterial drugs can be reversed, so that the treatment effect of the antibacterial drugs is improved. It does not completely address bacterial resistance per se. After long-term use of the antibacterial product, the effect is poor, and the yield and the quality of animals are affected. And the ability to adsorb mycotoxins, endotoxins and enterotoxins is lacking, affecting the survival rate of animals.
An effective solution to the problems in the related art has not been proposed yet.

TABLE 1
Figure BDA0003097628980000071
From the above table, the antibacterial product produced by the phage and the lyase is obviously better than the comparative product in the adsorption rate of aflatoxin B1, fumonisin and T2 toxin.
For convenience of understanding the above technical solution of the present invention, the following detailed description is made on the flow of the above technical solution of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings, and specifically is as follows:
according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a method for producing an antibacterial product using a bacteriophage and a lytic enzyme.
As shown in FIG. 1, the preparation of the antibacterial product using bacteriophage and lyase in the actual production process includes the following steps:
s101, freeze-drying staphylococcus lyase and escherichia coli lyase into protein freeze-dried powder according to the parts, and storing for later use;
s102, weighing other raw materials according to the parts, naturally drying the vitamin supplement and the Chinese herbal medicine additive in the air, and then putting the mixture into a grinder to be ground to obtain a Chinese herbal medicine mixture;
s103, adding phage lyase, a Chinese herbal medicine mixture, illite powder, mica powder, montmorillonite powder, a body strengthening agent, a reinforcing absorbent and water into a stirrer and stirring to obtain an antibacterial product;
s104, adding the antibacterial product into the feed for feeding animals.
In one embodiment, when the staphylococcus lyase and the escherichia coli lyase are lyophilized into the protein lyophilized powder, calcium ions are added into the protein lyophilized powder, and the calcium ions are added in an amount which ensures that the concentration of the calcium ions is 50-800 μ M when the lyase works.
In one embodiment, the vitamin supplement and the herbal additive are naturally air-dried and then placed into a pulverizer, and the mesh size of the pulverizer is 40 meshes.
In one embodiment, the phage lyase, the Chinese herbal medicine mixture, the illite powder, the mica powder, the montmorillonite powder, the body strengthening agent, the absorption enhancing agent and the water are added into a stirrer and stirred for 0.5-1h.
In conclusion, by means of the technical scheme, the illite powder, the mica powder and the montmorillonite powder are added, so that mycotoxin, endotoxin and enterotoxin can be adsorbed, feed mildew in the breeding industry can be avoided, and further, toxin can be prevented from entering animal internal organs to cause the reduction of the yield and quality of the breeding industry and harm to human health; by adding the staphylococcus lyase and the escherichia coli lyase, the staphylococcus and the escherichia coli in an animal body can be eliminated, the probability of diseases and inflammation is reduced, and the drug resistance of bacteria cannot be generated; by adding the vitamin supplement and the Chinese herbal medicine additive, vitamins can be provided for the cultured animals, and the antibacterial ability is improved. By adding the body strengthening agent and the absorption enhancing agent, protein can be provided for the cultured animals, the absorption capacity of intestines and stomach of the animals is improved, and the yield of the cultured animals is improved.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
