Abstract

The application discloses a report processing method, a report processing device and report processing equipment. Wherein the method comprises: determining a first corresponding relation between the work post information and the user group and a second corresponding relation between the user group and the report authority; acquiring the working position information of a target user; determining a target user group corresponding to the target user according to the work post information of the target user and the first corresponding relation; and providing a target report for the target user according to the second corresponding relation and the target user group. By adopting the processing mode, the user groups with different report authorities are set, the user groups are established according to the employee post roles, the persons in the user groups are automatically added, deleted and frozen, and the authority management of automatic report authorization, audit and recovery is realized, so that the report authority management efficiency can be effectively improved.

Report processing method, device and equipment

Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of data processing, in particular to a report processing method and device and electronic equipment.

Background

With the continuous development of electronic commerce, more and more community group purchase platforms appear. In daily work, platform staff need to view reports related to duties of the platform staff through a reporting system.

Currently, a typical report processing method includes the following processes: 1) The staff applies for the report needing to be checked from the supervisor approval staff, usually 1-2 days are needed from application to approval completion, and the report needs to be reapplied when the post is adjusted; 2) The supervisor approvers need to process dozens of hundreds of approval lists every day, and the approval lists are often urged to be processed in an emergency time period; 3) The staff's post adjustment, post transfer and job leaving need to manually inform the report authority responsible person of the report authority to recover the report authority and data authority; 4) And providing reports for platform staff according to the manually managed report authority and data authority.

However, in the process of implementing the present invention, the inventor finds that the prior art solution has at least the following problems: the community group purchase platform has the advantages that online operation is achieved, online pushing is achieved, online accuracy and fineness are needed, strong promotion and strong execution under the online are required, the organization structure of community group purchase is complex, organization arrays are adjusted continuously, and under the condition, the report authority management task is heavy, so that the report authority management efficiency is low, and reports cannot be timely and accurately provided for users.

Disclosure of Invention

The application provides a report processing method, which aims to solve the problem of low report authority management efficiency in the prior art. The application additionally provides a report processing device and electronic equipment.

The application provides a report processing method, which comprises the following steps:

determining a first corresponding relation between the work post information and the user group and a second corresponding relation between the user group and the report authority;

acquiring the working position information of a target user;

determining a target user group corresponding to the target user according to the work post information of the target user and the first corresponding relation;

and providing a target report form for the target user according to the second corresponding relation and the target user group.

Optionally, the method further includes:

acquiring work organization information of a target user;

the providing a target report to the target user according to the second corresponding relation and the target user group comprises:

acquiring a report style and a data index name of a target report according to the second corresponding relation and the target user group;

acquiring a first data index value according to the work organization information;

and generating the target report according to the first data index value and the report style.

Optionally, the method further includes:

receiving a cross-region data authority acquisition request of a target user;

storing the corresponding relation between the target user and the trans-regional organization;

acquiring a second data index value according to the cross-region organization information;

and generating the target report according to the second data index value and the report style.

Optionally, the request includes: the cross-region data authority validity period;

storing the corresponding relation among the target user, the trans-regional organization and the validity period;

and if the current time is within the validity period, acquiring a second data index value according to the cross-region organization information.

Optionally, the method further includes:

and if the current time is out of the validity period, removing the corresponding relation between the target user and the trans-regional organization.

and the memory is used for storing a program for realizing the report processing method according to any one of the report processing methods, and the equipment is powered on and runs the program of the report processing method through the processor.

The present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored therein instructions, which when run on a computer, cause the computer to perform the various methods described above.

The present application also provides a computer program product comprising instructions which, when run on a computer, cause the computer to perform the various methods described above.

Compared with the prior art, the method has the following advantages:

the report processing method provided by the embodiment of the application determines a first corresponding relation between the work post information and the user group and a second corresponding relation between the user group and the report authority; acquiring the working position information of a target user; determining a target user group corresponding to the target user according to the work post information of the target user and the first corresponding relation; and providing a target report form for the target user according to the second corresponding relation and the target user group. By adopting the processing mode, the user groups with different report authorities are set, the user groups are established according to the employee post roles, and persons in the user groups are automatically added, deleted and frozen, so that authority management of automatic report authorization, audit and recovery is realized, and the management efficiency of the report authorities can be effectively improved.

Detailed Description

In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application. This application is capable of implementation in many different ways than those herein set forth and of similar import by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of this application, and thus this application is not limited to the specific implementations disclosed below.

The application provides a report processing method and device and electronic equipment. Each of the schemes is described in detail in the following examples.

First embodiment

Please refer to fig. 1, which is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a report processing method according to the present application. In this embodiment, the method may include the steps of:

step S101: and determining a first corresponding relation between the working post information and the user group and a second corresponding relation between the user group and the report authority.

The first corresponding relation comprises work position information and user group information. The work position information includes, but is not limited to, at least one of the following information: job type, employee type, whether manager, job position information may also be related to the job organization, as shown in table 1 below. The user group information is user groups divided by job roles, as shown in table 2 below. The second corresponding relation comprises user group information and report authority information. The report authority information may include an identifier that the user group has the right to view the report, as shown in table 3 below. The report can be a generated report including specific data, or a report template composed of report styles and data index names, and the report template specifies the positions of a plurality of data indexes in the report.

In specific implementation, the method provided by the embodiment of the application can also determine the corresponding relationship between the user and the user group, where the corresponding relationship between the user and the user group includes user information (such as a user identifier) and user group information (such as a user group identifier), so that the user group to which the user belongs can be directly obtained according to the user identifier, and the report processing efficiency can be improved. Since the same work position can be set in different organizations, one user group can include a plurality of users of the same work position under different organizations, as shown in table 4 below.

For example, when the user group is managed for "commodity purchase", a keyword 'commodity operation', a duty type = 'operation-merchant commodity operation-purchase management', and a employee type is a formal employee, after the setting is completed, the employee meeting the conditions is automatically added to the commodity purchase user group under an organization framework of a community group purchase frequency station, if the employee does not meet the conditions, the employee is deleted, synchronous update of the commodity purchase user group is completed, and the employee in the user group automatically obtains a function authority and a data authority owned by the user group.

Step S103: and acquiring the work position information of the target user.

The target user may be a new employee or an old employee. In specific implementation, the job position information can be obtained from the table 1 according to the user identifier.

Step S105: and determining a target user group corresponding to the target user according to the work post information of the target user and the first corresponding relation.

After the work position information of the target user is obtained, the target user group corresponding to the target user can be determined according to the work position information of the target user, the work position information and the first corresponding relation among the user groups.

In specific implementation, the target user group corresponding to the target user can be obtained from the table 2 according to the work post information of the target user; and a target user group corresponding to the target user can be obtained from the table 4 according to the identifier of the target user.

Step S107: and providing a target report form for the target user according to the second corresponding relation and the target user group.

After the user group to which the target user belongs is obtained, the target report can be provided for the target user according to the target user group, the user group and the second corresponding relation between the report authority. In specific implementation, the report authority which the user has the right to view can be obtained from the table 3 according to the target user group, and the target report is provided for the target user according to the report authority.

In practical applications, users of different organizations in the same user group may use the same report style, but users of different organizations often have different data permissions. In order to simplify the report management, the report in the second corresponding relationship may be a report template, which includes a report style and a data index name, and the report template specifies the positions of the data indexes in the report, as shown in table 5 below.

In this case, the method provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include the following steps:

step S201: and acquiring the work organization information of the target user.

The work organization information may be a division to which employees of the community group purchase platform belong, such as headquarters, a tin-free central warehouse (RDC), a south-of-the-country RDC, and the like. In specific implementation, the work organization information can be obtained from the table 1 according to the user identifier.

Accordingly, step S107 may include the following sub-steps:

step S1071: and acquiring a report form style and a data index name of the target report form according to the second corresponding relation and the target user group.

In specific implementation, the report authority, the report style and the data index name related to the report, which are authorized to be checked by the user, can be obtained from the table 5 according to the target user group.

Step S1073: and acquiring a first data index value according to the work organization information.

After the data index name related to the report is obtained, the numerical value of the related data index, namely the first data index value, can be obtained according to the work organization information of the user. In specific implementation, the work organization can be used as a query condition, and the numerical value of the related data index can be obtained through a database query statement (such as an SQL statement). For example, the community group purchase platform-western regional business department-western regional middlebox allocates the RDC right under the jurisdiction of the western region, the south regional business department-guangdong province management center allocates the RDC right under the jurisdiction of the guangdong province, and the north regional business department-shandong province management center-denna RDC allocates the denna RDC right.

In specific implementation, the national authority can be initialized and authorized by default for user groups of headquarter management layers and headquarter departments (such as middleboards), such as headquarter management layers and headquarter merchants.

Step S1075: and generating the target report according to the data index value and the report style.

After the data related to the report is acquired, the target report can be generated by using the report style.

The method provided by the embodiment of the application can effectively simplify the report processing mode through the step S201 and the steps S1071 to S1075.

In practical application, part of organizations have irregular department naming, or employees need to check report data across areas (such as across RDCs, provinces and large areas), and if data authorization is performed only according to the work organization information of the employees, the employees cannot be automatically authorized by the system to access data. In order to solve this problem, the method provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include the following steps:

step S203: and receiving a cross-region data authority acquisition request of a target user.

The request may include a user identification of the target user (e.g., employee job number) and cross-regional information (e.g., employee request of tin-free RDC to view report data of tokyo RDC), and may also include an application voucher that may account for the employee having preliminary qualification information for cross-regional viewing of reports. In addition, the request can also comprise a cross-region data authority validity period, such as one month.

In specific implementation, the target user can send the request to the server through equipment such as an intelligent terminal or a personal computer.

Step S205: and storing the corresponding relation between the target user and the trans-regional organization.

After the server receives the request, the server can obtain the information of the target user and the trans-regional organization from the request, and then save the corresponding relation between the target user and the trans-regional organization, wherein the corresponding relation between the user and the trans-regional organization is also called a white list. If the request includes the cross-region data authority validity period, the corresponding relationship between the target user, the cross-region organization and the validity period is saved, as shown in table 6 below.

Step S207: and acquiring a second data index value according to the cross-region organization information.

And acquiring a numerical value of a related data index in the report which the user group has the right to view, which is called a second data index value, according to the cross-region organization information of the user. In specific implementation, the cross-region organization may be used as a query condition, and the second data index value may be obtained through a database query statement (e.g., SQL statement).

Step S209: and generating the target report according to the second data index value and the report style.

The method provided by the embodiment of the application, through the above steps S203 to S209, enables the employee to submit the application flow from the online report under special conditions (for example, the name of the department where the employee is located is not standardized, and the employee needs to view report data across areas), and can complete the configuration of the custom data authorization rule by specifying the area where the data belongs (for example, specifying RDC), so as to support the middle desk and the cross-project individuals to obtain the data authority authorization usage across RDC, provinces and large areas.

And if the cross-region data authority validity period exists, acquiring a second data index value according to the cross-region organization information if the current time is within the validity period. If the current time is out of the validity period, the corresponding relation between the target user and the cross-regional organization is cleared, namely, audit recovery authority management is carried out.

In one example, the second correspondence may be determined by:

step S301: and acquiring a third corresponding relation between the report identifier and the user identifier.

In practical application, the method provided by the embodiment of the application is utilized to process the report usually on the basis of the existing report management system. In this case, for the published report, there will usually be a third correspondence between the report identification and the user identification, as shown in table 7 below.

Step S303: and acquiring the working position information of the user according to the user identification.

In specific implementation, the job position information can be obtained from the table 1 according to the user identifier.

Step S305: and determining a user group corresponding to the user according to the work post information of the user.

In specific implementation, a user group corresponding to the user can be determined according to the work post information of the user and the first corresponding relation. For example, the target user group corresponding to the target user is obtained from the table 2 according to the work position information of the target user; and the corresponding target user group can be obtained from the table 4 according to the identification of the target user.

In specific implementation, user groups corresponding to different work posts can be set according to the work post information of the user, namely, the first corresponding relation is set.

Step S307: and determining the second corresponding relation according to the user group corresponding to the user and the third corresponding relation.

After the user group corresponding to the user and the set-up report system corresponding to the user are obtained, the user identification can be used as the connection information, and a second corresponding relation is obtained between the obtained user group and the report.

In the method provided by the embodiment of the application, through the steps S301 to S307, the corresponding relationship between the user group and the report can be automatically obtained by using the already-put report, so that the default authorization of the user to the report is realized, and therefore, the report processing efficiency can be further improved.

In one example, the second correspondence may be further determined by:

step S401: and when the report is issued, a user group which is right to check the report is set.

In practical application, a new report is usually issued according to application requirements, and the method provided by the embodiment of the present application allows a user group authorized to view the report to be directly set through the above step S401 when issuing the report, that is, the user group authorized to view the new report is set.

In one example, the second corresponding relationship may also be determined by:

step S501: when the report is released, the work post information of the report is set to be checked.

The method provided by the embodiment of the application allows direct specification of which posts of employees have authority to view the new report when the report is published, for example, specification of job type, employee type, whether the report is a manager or not and the like.

Step S503: and determining a user group which is authorized to view the report according to the working post information of the authorized to view the report and the first corresponding relation.

In specific implementation, the user group authorized to view the report form can be obtained from the table 2 according to the designated work post information.

The method provided by the embodiment of the application allows that when the report is issued, the user work post information which is right to check the report can be directly set through the steps S501 to S503, and the processing mode enables the user group to be transparent information to the report issuer, so that the report issuing processing can be effectively simplified.

In one example, the first correspondence may be determined using the following steps:

In specific implementation, if the job position information specified by the report publisher does not exist in the table 2, a user group corresponding to the job position can be newly created.

The method provided by the embodiment of the application allows that when the report is issued, the new first corresponding relationship can be automatically generated through the steps S601 to S603, and the processing mode enables the user group to be transparent information to the report issuer, so that the report issuing processing can be effectively simplified.

In one example, the method provided by the embodiment of the present application may further include the following steps:

step S701: and acquiring the work position change information of the user.

In specific implementation, the work position change information of the user can be monitored, and the work position change information of the user includes but is not limited to: enter into the job, shift post and leave the job.

Step S703: and adjusting the user group corresponding to the user according to the working position change information and the first corresponding relation.

In specific implementation, step S703 may adopt one of the following manners: if the work post change information is job entry, determining a user group corresponding to the user; if the work post change information is the leaving, enabling the user group corresponding to the user to be invalid; and if the working position change information is post shift, modifying the user group corresponding to the user into the user group corresponding to the post shift working position information.

For example, the authority used outside the over-duty range generated by the platform staff due to the post adjustment can be recycled according to the minimum available authority principle.

According to the method provided by the embodiment of the application, through the steps S701 to S703, the addition and deletion of personnel can be automatically realized, the corresponding conditions are automatically added when the addition and deletion are met, the conditions are not met, and the authority management of automatic report authorization, audit and recovery is realized, so that the management efficiency of the report authority can be effectively improved.

As can be seen from the foregoing embodiments, the report processing method provided in the embodiments of the present application determines a first corresponding relationship between the job position information and the user group, and a second corresponding relationship between the user group and the report authority; acquiring the work post information of a target user; determining a target user group corresponding to the target user according to the work post information of the target user and the first corresponding relation; and providing a target report form for the target user according to the second corresponding relation and the target user group. By adopting the processing mode, the user groups with different report authorities are set, the user groups are established according to the employee post roles, and persons in the user groups are automatically added, deleted and frozen, so that authority management of automatic report authorization, audit and recovery is realized, and the management efficiency of the report authorities can be effectively improved.

Second embodiment

In the foregoing embodiment, a report processing method is provided, and correspondingly, the present application further provides a report processing apparatus. The device corresponds to the embodiment of the method. Parts of this embodiment that are the same as the first embodiment are not repeated, and please refer to corresponding parts in the first embodiment.

The application provides a report processing apparatus includes: a first corresponding relation setting unit 201, a second corresponding relation setting unit 203, a post information obtaining unit 205, a user group determining unit 207, and a report providing unit 209.

The first corresponding relation setting unit is used for determining a first corresponding relation between the working position information and the user group; the second corresponding relation setting unit is used for determining a second corresponding relation between the user group and the report authority; the post information acquisition unit is used for acquiring the working post information of the target user; the user group determining unit is used for determining a target user group corresponding to the target user according to the work post information of the target user and the first corresponding relation; and the report providing unit is used for providing a target report for the target user according to the second corresponding relation and the target user group.

In one example, the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include: the work organization information acquisition unit is used for acquiring the work organization information of the target user; the report providing unit is specifically used for acquiring a report style and a data index name of a target report according to the second corresponding relation and the target user group; acquiring a first data index value according to the work organization information; and generating the target report according to the first data index value and the report style.

In one example, the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include: the system comprises a request acquisition unit, a data storage unit, a second data index value acquisition unit and a target report generation unit.

The request acquisition unit is used for receiving a cross-region data authority acquisition request of a target user; the data storage unit is used for storing the corresponding relation between the target user and the trans-regional organization; a second data index value acquisition unit, configured to acquire a second data index value according to the cross-region organization information; and the target report generation unit is used for generating the target report according to the second data index value and the report style.

In one example, the request includes: the validity period of the cross-region data authority; the data storage unit is specifically used for storing the corresponding relation among the target user, the trans-regional organization and the validity period; and the second data index value acquisition unit is specifically used for acquiring a second data index value according to the cross-region organization information if the current time is within the validity period.

In one example, the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include: and the data clearing unit is used for clearing the corresponding relation between the target user and the trans-regional organization if the current time is out of the validity period.

In an example, the second corresponding relationship setting unit is specifically configured to obtain a third corresponding relationship between the report identifier and the user identifier; acquiring the working position information of the user according to the user identification; determining a user group corresponding to the user according to the work post information of the user; and determining the second corresponding relation according to the user group corresponding to the user and the third corresponding relation.

In an example, the second correspondence setting unit is specifically configured to set a user group that is authorized to view the report when the report is published.

In an example, the second corresponding relationship setting unit is specifically configured to set the job position information of the right to view the report when the report is published; and determining a user group which is authorized to view the report according to the working post information of the authorized to view the report and the first corresponding relation.

In an example, the first corresponding relationship setting unit is specifically configured to generate a user group according to the work post information of the authorized view report; and generating a first corresponding relation according to the working post information of the authorized checking report and the user group.

In one example, the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include: a working position change information acquisition unit and a user group adjustment unit.

The working position change information acquisition unit is used for acquiring the working position change information of the user; and the user group adjusting unit is used for adjusting the user group corresponding to the user according to the work position change information and the first corresponding relation.

Third embodiment

The application also provides an electronic device. Since the apparatus embodiments are substantially similar to the method embodiments, they are described in a relatively simple manner, and reference may be made to some of the descriptions of the method embodiments for relevant points. The device embodiments described below are merely illustrative.

An electronic device of this embodiment, the electronic device includes: a processor and a memory; and the memory is used for storing a program for realizing the report processing method, and the equipment is powered on and runs the program of the method through the processor.
