Fig. 6, 7, 8 and 9 are schematic interface displays of aggregation results of cost data of the cost object type, the material consumption type, the cost element type and the cost factor type by using the embodiment, respectively.
The embodiment of the present specification further provides a data aggregation device for cost data, as shown in fig. 10, the device includes:
at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the above-described method.
Embodiments of the present specification also provide a non-volatile computer storage medium storing computer-executable instructions configured to: when the data source of the cost data to be collected changes, determining a plurality of data tables corresponding to the cost data to be collected, wherein the data tables comprise a basic table and an association table; acquiring field information to be maintained in a basic table according to the type of the cost data to be collected; and updating the field information to be maintained in the basic table and updating the associated table information so as to realize data collection of the cost data.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. In particular, for the embodiments of the apparatus, the device, and the nonvolatile computer storage medium, since they are substantially similar to the embodiments of the method, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, reference may be made to the partial description of the embodiments of the method.

Claims (10)

1. A method of data aggregation of cost material, the method comprising:
when the data source of the cost data to be collected changes, determining a plurality of data tables corresponding to the cost data to be collected, wherein the data tables comprise a basic table and an association table;
acquiring field information to be maintained in the basic table according to the type of the cost data to be collected;
and updating the field information to be maintained in the basic table and updating the associated table information so as to realize data collection of the cost data.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the types of cost data to be collected include: a cost object type, a material consumption type, a cost element type, and a cost cause type;
the determining, according to the type of the cost data to be collected, field information to be maintained in the base table specifically includes:
when the type of the cost data to be collected is the cost object type, the maintenance field information of the cost data to be collected comprises any one or more of a cost center, a cost period, a business date, a cost object batch, a finished quantity, a production quantity, a waste quantity and quantity precision;
when the type of the cost data to be collected is the material consumption type, the maintenance field information of the cost data to be collected comprises any one or more items of cost center, cost period, business date, cost object batch, expense item, material batch, material unit price, material quantity and quantity precision;
when the type of the cost data to be collected is the type of the cost element, the maintenance field information of the cost data to be collected comprises any one or more of a cost center, a cost period, a business date, a cost object batch, a cost item, a cost quantity, a cost amount and quantity precision;
when the type of the cost data to be collected is the cost cause type, the maintenance field information of the cost data to be collected comprises any one or more of a cost center, a cost period, a business date, a cost object batch, a cost cause, a finished consumption quantity, a manufacturing consumption quantity and quantity precision.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the base table is used to represent a data source of the cost data to be collected, and the association table is used to represent an associated data table of the cost data to be collected.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the field information to be maintained includes a data source corresponding to the field;
after the field information to be maintained in the basic table is obtained according to the type of the cost data to be collected, the method further includes:
determining a data source corresponding to the field according to the data source of the cost data to be collected;
and determining a data table corresponding to the field through a data source corresponding to the field, and acquiring the access field in the data table.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the updating the field information and the association table information to be maintained in the base table specifically comprises:
recording a data acquisition field corresponding to field information to be maintained in the basic table;
and defining the data table where the access field is located as an association table according to the access field, and recording the name, association condition and association mode of the association table.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the obtaining the field information to be maintained in the base table according to the type of the cost data to be aggregated, the method further comprises:
presetting data characteristics corresponding to the types of the cost data, wherein the data characteristics corresponding to the types of the cost objects are first characteristics, the data characteristics corresponding to the types of the material consumption are second characteristics, the data characteristics corresponding to the types of the expense factors are third characteristics, and the data characteristics corresponding to the types of the cost factors are fourth characteristics;
calculating data characteristics of specified data in the cost data to be collected, and performing characteristic matching with the first characteristic, the second characteristic, the third characteristic and the fourth characteristic;
and determining the type of the cost data to which the specified data belongs according to the matching result.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein before determining the plurality of data tables corresponding to the cost data to be collected, the method further comprises:
storing initial data sources corresponding to the cost data to be collected in advance, defining paths of a plurality of data tables corresponding to the initial data sources as first access paths, and performing access operation through the first access paths;
acquiring a real-time data source corresponding to the cost data to be collected, and determining a second access path according to the real-time data source;
and when the first access path and the second access path are different, judging that the data source of the cost data to be collected changes.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein before determining the plurality of data tables corresponding to the cost data to be collected, the method further comprises:
and acquiring the cost data to be collected through the second access path.
9. A data aggregation apparatus for cost material, the apparatus comprising:
at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the method of any one of claims 1-8.
10. A non-transitory computer storage medium having stored thereon computer-executable instructions configured to:
when the data source of the cost data to be collected changes, determining a plurality of data tables corresponding to the cost data to be collected, wherein the data tables comprise a basic table and an association table;
acquiring field information to be maintained in the basic table according to the type of the cost data to be collected;
and updating the field information to be maintained in the basic table and updating the associated table information so as to realize data collection of the cost data.
