the system comprises a background management module, a business processing module and a report query module;
the background management module is used for synchronizing the personnel information of at least one employee and the department organization information of the office department where the employee is located from the manpower management system;
the business processing module is used for synchronously purchasing the asset information of the office assets from the purchasing platform; determining target asset information of a target office asset used by each employee from the asset information, storing the personnel information of each employee and the department organization information of the office department where the employee is located, and corresponding relation with the target asset information of the employee; after the personnel information and the department organization information in the background management module are updated, updating the corresponding relation corresponding to the updated personnel information;
and the report inquiry module is used for generating an asset report according to the asset information stored by the business processing module and the updated corresponding relation when acquiring an inquiry request input by an administrator.
2. The management apparatus of office assets as claimed in claim 1,
the business processing module is further configured to, when an asset management request input by the administrator is received, change asset information to be changed in the stored asset information, which is associated with the office asset management request, and update the corresponding relationship when the corresponding relationship associated with the changed asset information exists.

the background management module is further configured to synchronize cost center data of each authority employee having authority for managing office asset authority and financial organization information of a financial department associated with the authority employee from a financial system, and output the cost center data and the financial organization information of the authority employee indicated by the financial query request when receiving the financial query request input by the administrator, where the cost center data indicates overhead of the employee.
5. The management method of the office assets is characterized by comprising the following steps:
synchronizing staff information of at least one staff and department organization information of an office department where the staff is located from a human management system;
synchronously purchasing the asset information of the office assets from the purchasing platform;
determining target asset information of a target office asset used by each employee from the asset information, and storing the staff information of each employee and the department organization information of the office department where the staff is located, and the corresponding relation of the staff and the target asset information;
updating the corresponding relation corresponding to the updated personnel information after the synchronized personnel information and the department organization information are updated;
and when an inquiry request input by an administrator is acquired, generating an asset report according to the stored asset information and the updated corresponding relation.
6. The office asset management method according to claim 5,
further comprising:
when an asset management request input by the administrator is received, changing asset information to be changed in the stored asset information, wherein the asset information to be changed is associated with the office asset management request;
and updating the corresponding relation when the corresponding relation associated with the changed asset information to be changed exists.
7. The office asset management method according to claim 5 or 6,
further comprising:
acquiring the inventory information of the fixed assets from the asset information according to a preset inventory period, and sending an inventory instruction to each client associated with the staff;
when asset checking information returned by the client is received, generating a checking report according to the inventory information of the fixed assets and the asset checking information;
the asset checking information is basic information of office assets used by the employees related to the client;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
further comprising:
synchronizing, from a financial system, cost center data for each of the at least one employee having authority to manage office assets and financial organization information for a financial department associated with the authority, wherein the cost center data indicates expenses for the employee;
when a financial query request input by the administrator is received, outputting the cost center data and the financial organization information of the authority employee indicated by the financial query request.
8. An office asset management system, comprising: management apparatus, manpower management system and procurement platform of the office assets of any one of claims 1 to 4;
the human management system is used for storing the personnel information of at least one employee and the human organization information of a human department corresponding to the employee;
and the purchasing platform is used for storing the asset information of the purchased office assets.
9. The office asset management system according to claim 8, further comprising: a client;
the client side is used for sending the approval request to an approval person associated with the current person when the approval request input by the current person is obtained, and sending an asset management application to a management device of the office asset when the information used for indicating approval passing and sent by the approval person according to the approval request is obtained, so that the administrator inputs the asset management request to the management device of the office asset according to the asset utilization application, wherein the approval request is a request for management operation of the office asset of the current person.
