By the integrated background management system provided by the embodiment of the invention, relevant requirements of certificate handling of various countries and regions in the world can be summarized and arranged through big data learning, and the requirements of external management compliance of different countries and regions are integrated, so that application materials with correct compliance can be directly and automatically generated when a user submits a foreign/border application, and the repeated communication process when the materials are submitted offline is reduced; when the certificate transacting material of a certain country/region changes, the sponsor can update the application material template at any time, and the business is efficiently processed. With reference to fig. 3, the intelligent self-service photographing system mainly includes a photographing module, a portrait recognition and analysis module, a built-in compliance photo standard module, and a background management module. After the user submits the outbound/inbound application, if the approval result is that the user needs to handle the certificate, the user is required to complete intelligent self-service shooting of the certificate by using the intelligent self-service shooting system. Wherein:

the shooting module is used for shooting the certificate photo for the user and transmitting the shot certificate photo to the portrait recognition and analysis module. For example, if the user uses the intelligent foreign affairs management system at a mobile phone end APP, the shooting module is the camera of the mobile phone, and the user can finish the shooting of the certificate photo by self through the camera on the mobile phone.

The portrait recognition analysis module is used for analyzing and comparing the shot certificate photo with the requirements in the built-in compliance photo standard module so as to judge whether the shot certificate photo is in compliance; if there is no compliance, the shooting can be continued according to the place where the non-compliance exists.

The built-in compliance photo standard module is used for integrating various requirements of public security organs on the identification photo and different regulations of countries and regions in the world on the identification photo, so that the user can be ensured to shoot the compliance identification photo by self. The public security organization can obtain various requirements for the certificate photo and different regulations for the certificate photo in various countries of the world through big data analysis.

The background management module is used for dynamically maintaining and updating various requirements of public security organs on the certificate photo and different regulations of various countries and regions in the world on the certificate photo, has file editing and transmitting functions, and can be manually operated; when the requirement of the public security organization on the certificate photo changes or the regulation of a certain country or region on the certificate photo changes, the background management module can be dynamically updated.

By the intelligent self-service photographing system provided by the embodiment of the invention, a user can directly finish the photographing of the certificate photo on a mobile phone in a self-service manner, and the user experience is good; various requirements of a public security organization on the certificate photo and different regulations of the certificate photo in various national regions of the world are integrated in the intelligent self-service photographing system through big data analysis, and the user can be guaranteed to photograph the successfully-compliant certificate photo in a self-service manner. The whole intelligent self-service photographing system realizes the integration of intelligent identification, electronization and standardization, and a user can finish the photographing of a compliance certificate photo at one time, so that the time, trouble and rapidness are saved, and the certificate handling efficiency is improved.

On the basis of the above embodiment 1, the embodiment of the present invention further introduces an intelligent license management system in the intelligent foreign-affairs management system.

As shown in fig. 4, the intelligent license management system mainly includes a license identification module, a client operation interface, a license management module, and a database. Wherein:

the license identification module is used for generating corresponding license information by scanning a license, and storing the corresponding license information into the database after matching the key field with the existing information in the database. Specifically, after the license identification module scans the license through the scanning hardware equipment, the license identification module can generate corresponding license information (such as information of the issuing date, the issuing place, the validity period, the license number, the name of the user, the birthday and the like) and automatically input the license management module, wherein the license information is unique and corresponds to the license; then, the license information can be matched with the existing information in the database according to key fields (such as the name and the birthday of the user), the license information is directly stored in the database after the matching is successful, and the HR and the user can be downloaded by themselves at a mobile phone end or a PC end. When the user is out of country/in the border, whether the license needs to be transacted can be identified through the license identification module.

The client operation interface is in butt joint with the license management module, consists of a license lending unit, a license returning unit and a new license warehousing unit, and is correspondingly used for providing an operation menu of license lending, license returning and new license warehousing for a user. When the user borrows out and returns the certificate or puts the new certificate in storage, the certificate can be borrowed out by one key, returned by one key and put in storage by one key after scanning, and the certificate can be borrowed out, returned and put in storage by the new certificate through the corresponding buttons.

The license management module is used for setting, reminding, inquiring and sending related licenses, and mainly comprises an information management unit, an automatic reminding unit, an information inquiry unit and an automatic sending unit as shown in fig. 5. Wherein:

1) the information management unit is used for setting the license state and the license information. The license state comprises an in-store state and a lending state, and when the license state is in the lending state, information such as lending time, return-to-home time and visiting place of the license is required to be set; the license information comprises information such as the issuing date, the issuing place and the validity period of the license.

2) The automatic reminding unit is used for carrying out license handling reminding, license receiving reminding, license expiration reminding, license returning reminding and license logout reminding when leaving the office on the user. Specifically, the automatic reminding unit can set expiration reminding, and for reminding a user that the certificate is about to expire due to the notarization photo, for example, the automatic reminding unit can remind the user that the certificate is about to expire in advance by 6 months and remind the user to replace the certificate; the HR and the leader can be reminded to replace the license for the leader; for the case that the certificate is not returned due to loan, reminding the user to return the certificate in advance, for example, reminding can be started in a week before expiration, reminding again in 1 day after returning to the country, and returning is required in 3 days; and for the user who leaves the job, reminding managers such as HR and the like to log off the job of the license.

3) The information inquiry unit is used for inquiring the license state and the license information of the user and downloading the license scanning piece.

4) And the automatic sending unit is used for sending the corresponding license scanning piece to the user after the license is successfully transacted, and simultaneously informing the user that the license is transacted and the license is required to be taken before starting. Specifically, after the license of the user is finished, the corresponding scanned piece mail can be sent to the user through the automatic sending unit, the user is informed that the license is finished, and the scanned piece mail can be received in several working days before the user starts.

The database is used for storing the license information of the user, including the information of the issuing date, the issuing place, the validity period, the license number, the name and the birthday of the user and the like of the license, and can be downloaded and checked by the user.

By the intelligent license management system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the license information of the user can be intelligently managed, and when the user is out of country, whether the user needs to transact the license can be conveniently and quickly identified; when the user borrows and returns the certificate or puts a new certificate in storage due to public loan, the certificate can be scanned and then the one-key loan, the one-key return and the one-key storage of the certificate can be realized; the license state and the license information can be set and inquired, and license expiration reminding, license returning reminding and leaving logout reminding can be carried out in time; when the license is successfully transacted, the user can be automatically reminded to get the license.

On the basis of the above embodiments 1 to 5, the embodiment of the present invention provides an intelligent foreign matter management method, which includes a whole process from the approval of the outbound/inbound application to the return of the country. With reference to fig. 6 and 7, the intelligent foreign matter management method specifically includes:

Specifically, the user can directly log in the intelligent foreign affairs management system, and basic outbound/inbound application information such as a country/region to be visited, outbound/inbound time and the like is filled or selected through an outbound/inbound application module in the outbound/inbound application approval system; and then the system for the outbound/inbound application approval carries out approval and matches a corresponding certificate handling process according to the requirements of the user. For example, if the user has no passport and travels to a sign-free country, the approval matches out a "passport and outbound certification transaction flow"; if the user has no passport and goes to a non-signing-free country, the passport and visa transaction flow is matched after approval.

Furthermore, according to the country/region information input by the user, the overseas insurance purchase management system can be used for purchasing overseas insurance for the user, and the overseas insurance purchase information is automatically updated after the overseas insurance purchase is completed; and when the user returns to the country due to the task delay, the user can automatically inquire according to the overseas insurance coverage and remind the user or a manager to continue to be guaranteed.

And step 20, when the user needs to transact the certificate, shooting a qualified certificate for the user, and generating corresponding application materials according to the national/regional information input by the user and the standardization requirement. The standardization requirements are obtained by summarizing and standardizing relevant requirements of license handling in various countries and regions in the world through big data learning.

After the user submits the outbound/inbound application, the license identification module in the intelligent license management system can be used for identifying whether the license needs to be transacted or not. If the user does not need to transact the license, namely the user has the license and the license is not expired (can be used continuously), the license can be directly borrowed on the client operation interface of the intelligent license management system, one-key borrowing of the license can be realized through scanning, and the license state is set to be the borrowing state.

If the user needs to transact the certificate, the user needs to provide a qualified certificate, and the embodiment of the invention completes intelligent self-service shooting of the certificate for the user through the intelligent self-service shooting system. The method comprises the following specific steps: shooting a certificate photo for a user through the shooting module, and transmitting the certificate photo to the portrait recognition analysis module; and then the portrait recognition and analysis module analyzes and compares the shot certificate photo with the requirements in the built-in standard module of the compliance photo, judges whether the shot certificate photo is compliant or not, and continues shooting according to the non-compliant position if the certificate photo is not compliant until the compliant certificate photo is obtained. Various requirements of a public security organization on the certificate photo and different regulations of the certificate photo in various national regions of the world are integrated in the standard module of the built-in compliance photo, so that the certificate photo with compliance can be shot; when the requirement of the public security organization on the certificate photo changes or the regulation of a certain country or region on the certificate photo changes, the background management module can dynamically update the integrated content in the standard module of the built-in compliance photo.

If the user needs to transact the license and needs to provide corresponding application materials, the embodiment of the invention generates the application materials which are in correct compliance according to the national/regional information input by the user and the standardization requirement through the integrated background management system. The method comprises the following specific steps: the national/regional information acquisition module collects and collates the relevant requirements of certificate certificates transacted in various countries and regions in the world through big data learning, then standardizes the requirements and dynamically updates and maintains the requirements; when a user submits a country/border application, the application material template management module generates application materials with correct compliance according to the country/region information input by the user and the standardized requirements after the country/region information acquisition module collects and arranges.

And step 30, performing license handling according to the matched corresponding flow based on the shot license and the generated application material, and reminding the user of obtaining the license within a specified time after the license is successfully handled.

After obtaining the certificate photo of compliance and the application material of correct compliance, the manager will print the certificate photo and the application material and send them to the relevant government department, and at the same time, it may need to provide the certificate photo and the application material of electronic version to facilitate the certificate transaction by the relevant government department. After the certificate of the user is transacted, the certificate can be put in a warehouse by one key through a client operation interface in the intelligent certificate management system, and corresponding certificate information is stored in a database so as to be downloaded and checked by the user; and then, the corresponding certificate scanning mail is sent to the user by utilizing an automatic sending unit in the intelligent certificate management system, the user is informed that the certificate is finished, and the certificate can be picked up in several working days before the user starts. After receiving the notice, the user needs to get the certificate in time, and then can carry the certificate to smoothly go out of country/border.

Further, in the whole license handling process, the outbound/inbound application approval system can provide the functions of inquiring license information, consulting related questions and checking the license handling progress for the user. Specifically, when a user needs to inquire the license information, the user can directly inquire the license information through the license information inquiry module and can automatically download the license information; when the user has a relevant question, the user can consult directly through the user consultation module so as to obtain a corresponding answer; when the user needs to know the license transaction progress, the user can check the license transaction progress through the progress visualization module at any time.

And step 40, when the user enters the overseas local country/place with the certificate, recording the actual time, position and visa information of the user and transmitting the information back to the domestic server, thereby triggering visa expiration reminding operation.

With further reference to fig. 2, when the user enters the overseas local country/place with the certificate, the mobile coordinate management system can be used to accurately record the actual time, location and visa information of the user entering the country/place, and transmit the actual time, location and visa information back to the domestic server, so as to trigger the server to execute the following operations: 1) the method comprises the following steps of pushing overseas safety and risk reminding to a user according to the current country/region of the user, and also pushing other related information such as a foreign policy, public opinion, notice, geomantic-style personal feelings and the like of the country/region of the user, wherein the pushing can be specifically completed by a pushing management system; 2) based on the actual entering/leaving time and visa information of the user, the system automatically reminds the user to delay signing or leave before the visa information is about to expire, realizes automatic management of the entering personnel staying for overdue, and can be specifically completed by an automatic reminding unit in the intelligent visa management system; 3) the system records all user information of the company due to the public country/border, draws global coordinates of overseas workers through big data analysis, so that a decision layer can know the distribution condition of the overseas workers in real time and support the company decision in time, and the system can be specifically completed by the integrated background management system.

And step 50, after the user finishes the task and returns to the country, the intelligent license management system is used for finishing the license return, and the intelligent license management system is used for keeping the license continuously.

After returning to the country, the user can directly return the license on the client operation interface of the intelligent license management system, the one-key return of the license can be realized through scanning, and the license state is set to be in a library state; and if the user is not returned in time, an automatic reminding unit in the intelligent license management system can remind the user of returning the license in time. The intelligent license management system can be directly utilized to carry out license keeping in the subsequent time; for example, the information management unit can be used for setting the license state and the license information, the information query unit is used for querying the license state and the license information, and the automatic reminding unit is used for reminding the expiration of the license, the return of the license and the logout of the license, and the like.

Further, in the whole process of handling foreign affairs, the integrated background management system monitors the whole process and can manage early warning information in the monitoring process, for example, the first time of handling information such as fingerprint acquisition time information due to official certificate booking, interactive information in the handling process (namely, the certificate handling process is automatically pushed to a user), going out/border certificate booking and getting information, early warning replacement information before certificate expiration, and early warning which is not handled in time. Specifically, the information analysis management module monitors the whole transaction process in real time, specifically, each node in the external affair procedure transaction process is analyzed and monitored according to preset transaction duration, and if any node exceeds the preset transaction duration, an instruction is sent to the early warning information management module; and the early warning information management module generates corresponding early warning information according to the instruction of the information analysis management module and sends the early warning information to a user.

By the intelligent foreign affair management method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the intellectualization, the automation, the mobility and the socialization of the foreign affair management can be realized. The user can complete the outbound/inbound application after easily filling in on line, and perform self-service shooting of the certificate photo; the application materials of corresponding countries/regions can be automatically generated after the outbound/inbound application is submitted, so that the repeated communication process of the offline submitted materials is reduced; the requirements of external compliance can be acquired and stored through big data learning, dynamic updating and maintenance are carried out, and application materials and certificate photos meeting the requirements of external compliance are guaranteed to be generated. When the user enters a foreign local country/border, the user can punch a position card in time, so that the user is automatically reminded to delay signing or exit before the visa information is about to expire, and the automatic management of the stay overdue of the entry personnel is realized; real-time pushing of relevant information such as policies, public opinions, cautions, geomantic-style personal emotions and the like of all countries is carried out, and overseas security risks are prevented; and simultaneously, the overseas personnel footprints are drawn through big data analysis so as to support company decisions in time. The whole handling process is transparent, the information sharing and the background are efficiently cooperated, the process transparency and the information sharing degree are improved, and the information asymmetry is avoided.
