step two: the water control valve 27 is opened, a proper amount of water and raw material mixture is added into the stirring tank 3 for stirring, the second motor 6 drives the first stirrer 7 for stirring, meanwhile, the third motor 9 drives the second stirrer 10 for stirring, and the second stirring device 8 is arranged outside the first stirring device 5, so that the stirring efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the stirring blades on the second stirrer 10 can continuously scrape and rub the inner side wall of the stirring tank 3, and sodium ion battery slurry is prevented from being adhered to the inner side wall of the stirring tank 3;
step three: the fully-stirred sodium-ion battery slurry falls into the filter box 4 along with the second discharge port 12, the slurry falls onto the filter plate 19 for finer screening, meanwhile, the electric push rod 21 drives the push plate 23 to strike the upper filter plate 19, so that slurry particles are prevented from blocking a sieve plate, and after the screening is finished, a worker can discharge the slurry through the third discharge port 24 so as to finish the subsequent processing;
step four: after all the working procedures are finished, the water inlet of the water pump 25 is connected with an external water source, the water outlet of the water pump supplies water to the spray head 28 below the water inlet, the stirring box 3 is cleaned, and the problems that the cleaning is not timely, slurry is adhered to the inner wall of the stirring box 3, and the subsequent use is influenced are solved.
