工作原理:本发明中,打开投料门104,将原料投入至搅拌箱1内,关闭投料门104启动第一电机2正向转动,此时驱动轴201顺时针转动,固定连接在驱动轴201上的搅拌杆2012对投入的原料进行搅拌,驱动轴201上的第一齿轮2011转动,此时第一齿轮2011便会带动第二齿轮302进行转动,第二齿轮302转动时转轴3也发生转动,并且转轴3围绕驱动轴201再作转动,此时转轴3上固定连接的矩形板301也跟随转动,矩形板301在转动时不仅将粘附在搅拌箱1内壁的原料刮掉,同时与搅拌杆2012转动的方向相反,对搅拌箱1内的原料进行扰动混合,增加混合效果,在进行混合过程中第一涡轮片2013始终进行转动,当驱动轴201正向转动时第一涡轮片2013的传送方向向上,从而正在搅拌的原料不会出现搅拌不均匀就掉落的现象发生,搅拌至固定时间之后控制第一电机2反转,此时固定连接在驱动轴201上的第一涡轮片2013传送方向向下,从而搅拌完成的色母粒被传送到干燥箱4内,在控制第一电机2反转的同时启动第二电机5011,此时第二电机5011控制连接轴502转动,从而叶片5021也开始转动,此时掉落的色母粒被叶片5021吹动进行干燥,之后色母粒掉落至干燥箱4底部,驱动轴201反转的同时第二涡轮片2014跟随共同转动,在驱动轴201反转时第二涡轮片2014的传送方向向上,从而掉落在干燥箱4底部的色母粒被第二涡轮片2014经输送筒403向上输送,当色母粒输送至输送筒403顶部掉落之后又被叶片5021 吹动进行干燥,依此循环对色母粒进行干燥,不需要在将混合完成的色母粒取出转移设备进行烘干,从而节约了时间,而色母粒在被不断推送并掉落吹动的过程中产生出粉尘,在除尘管401处接入抽风装置,从而产生的粉尘也被收集走,既简便又高效,干燥完成之后打开排料门402并且控制第一电机2正转,此时色母粒便被排出,驱动轴201正转时第一涡轮片2013传送方向向上,第二涡轮片2014传送方向向下,从而输送筒403内的色母粒也被排出,此时打开投料门104继续添加原料进行搅拌原料也不会从搅拌箱1内掉落至干燥箱4内,两组烘干箱5能提升对色母粒的吹风范围,从而提升烘干效果,且两组烘干箱5能产生更大的风量,使得粉尘与色母粒分离,同时烘干箱5与安装箱501相连通,在叶片5021转动时将第二电机5011产生的热量吸附并传送至干燥箱4内,加强干燥效果,两组转轴3上均固定连接有矩形板301,加强扰流混合效果,同时使得搅拌箱1的内壁刮的更干净,支撑柱6将干燥箱4和搅拌箱1垫高,从而使得排料门402能打开足够的大,促进排料,座板601增加与地面的接触面积,增加设备运行时的稳定性,支撑柱6、干燥箱4和搅拌箱1在同一轴线上,从而在设备运行时减轻设备的摆动。Working principle: In the present invention, the feeding
