Abstract
本发明公开了一种卸妆膏及其制备方法,包括组分A、组分B、组分C、组分D。本发明提供的卸妆膏,其组分C组成的油相肤感清爽滑润,对彩妆成分具有很好的分散作用,具有较强的卸妆能力;其组分A组成的增稠剂相,可形成特殊形态的晶格,将油脂包裹,形成质地柔软连续、熔点低、一抹化油、剪切后不成蜡的膏体;其组分B组成的乳化剂相,可形成具有自乳化能力的胶束形态,遇水后快速向油水界面迁移,形成O/W乳化体,可使脸部化妆品及油脂快速且充分的乳化,易于被水清洁,很大程度避免化妆品及油脂残留,从而改善化妆品或油脂残留引起的毛孔堵塞、肌肤粗糙等问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆用品技术领域,具体为一种卸妆膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,现有的卸妆类产品有卸妆水、卸妆油、卸妆乳等,但现有的卸妆水的卸妆原理大都是靠卸妆棉剥脱卸妆,容易损害皮肤的角质细胞,卸妆乳类的产品则存在卸妆力不够,对于成膜效果较强的化妆品无法实现快速卸妆的问题,卸妆油则因其以油溶油的原理而具有很强的卸妆力,但因为其强流动性的质地,使其在使用中容易带来诸多不便,比如容易从指缝中流出;或在卸妆过程中容易流进眼睛内,造成糊眼辣等成眼部不适感,故卸妆膏仍是现阶段很多消费者青睐的卸妆品类。
传统的卸妆膏通常采用聚乙烯、合成蜡作为增稠,其优势在于增稠效率高,但熔点高不易涂抹、质地硬且连续性差、膏体易断裂,剪切涂抹后成蜡迅速,封闭性强肤感黏腻,为此,我们提出了一种卸妆膏及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种卸妆膏及其制备方法,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题,以改善传统卸妆膏熔点高、质地硬连续性差、剪切后成蜡速度快,不易冲洗的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种卸妆膏及其制备方法,包括组分A、组分B、组分C、组分D,其特征在于,所述组分A为硬脂醇蜂蜡酸酯、蜂蜡、小烛树蜡、米糠蜡、甘油山嵛酸酯/二十烷二酸酯、糊精棕榈酸酯、巴西棕榈蜡、向日葵籽蜡、甘油硬脂酸酯SE、异鲸蜡醇肉豆蔻酸酯中的一种或多种,所述组分B为PEG-4聚甘油-2硬脂酸酯、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯、澳洲坚果籽油聚甘油-6酯类山嵛酸酯、野杏仁油聚甘油-6酯类、聚甘油-10二油酸酯、PEG-20甘油三异硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-6二癸酸酯、PEG-4油酸酯、PEG-8硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-3辛酸酯中的一种或多种,所述组分C为甘油与支链脂肪酸的三酯油、二元醇与支链脂肪酸的单酯油、二元醇与支链脂肪酸的二酯油、脂肪族醇与脂肪酸的单酯油中的一种或多种,所述组分D为聚乙二醇-8、PEG/PPG/聚丁二醇-8/5/3甘油、1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,2-己二醇、二丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、2,3-丁二醇、1,2-戊二醇中的一种或多种;
该一种卸妆膏的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一,准备原材料:准备一定量的组分A、组分B、组分C、组分D;
步骤二,组分A、C混合搅拌,得第一混合物:将所述组分A、组分C在60-85℃下混合并搅拌至完全溶解且均匀得到第一混合物;
步骤三,第一混合物加入组分B混合搅拌,得第二混合物:将所述第一混合物降温至55-70℃后加入所述组分B,混合并搅拌均匀得到第二混合物;
步骤四,第二混合物加入组分D混合搅拌,得第三混合物:将所述第二混合物降温至45-65℃后加入所述组分D,混合并搅拌均匀得到第三混合物;
步骤五,灌装凝固成型:将所述第三混合物于45-65℃灌装并于0-40℃凝固成型得到卸妆膏。
优选的,所述组分A的质量分数为1-18份,组分B的质量分数为1-22份,组分C的质量分数为50-75份,组分D的质量分数为0.1-3份。
优选的,所述卸妆膏内还包括皮肤调理剂0.01-5份,所述皮肤调理剂为辛甘醇、红没药醇、4-叔丁基环己醇、泛醇、生育酚、季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯中的一种或多种。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
步骤一,准备原材料:各组分的具体成分如下:组分A:糊精棕榈酸酯、巴西棕榈蜡、向日葵籽蜡;组分B:PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯、澳洲坚果籽油聚甘油-6酯类山嵛酸酯、野杏仁油聚甘油-6酯类、聚甘油-10二油酸酯;组分C:甜扁桃籽油、玉米胚芽油、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、白池花籽油、牛油果树果脂、沙棘果油、丁二醇二辛酸/二癸酸酯、椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯、棕榈酸乙基己酯、棕榈酸异丙酯、鲸蜡醇乙基己酸酯;组分D:1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、2,3-丁二醇、1,2-戊二醇;皮肤调理剂:辛甘醇、红没药醇、泛醇、生育酚;水:去离子水;
步骤二,组分A、C混合搅拌,得第一混合物:将所述组分A、组分C在60-85℃下混合并搅拌至完全溶解且均匀得到第一混合物;
步骤三,第一混合物加入组分B混合搅拌,得第二混合物:将所述第一混合物降温至55-70℃后加入所述组分B,混合并搅拌均匀得到第二混合物;
步骤四,第二混合物加入组分D混合搅拌,得第三混合物:将所述第二混合物降温至45-65℃后加入所述组分D,混合并搅拌均匀得到第三混合物;
步骤五,灌装凝固成型:将所述第三混合物于45-65℃灌装并于0-15℃凝固成型得到卸妆膏。
其中组分A质量份数:1.0;组分B质量份数:1.0;组分C质量份数:90.0;组分D质量份数:3.0;皮肤调理剂质量份数:2.0;水质量份数:3.0。
实施例2
步骤一,准备原材料:各组分的具体成分如下:组分A:硬脂醇蜂蜡酸酯、蜂蜡、巴西棕榈蜡、向日葵籽蜡;组分B:PEG-20甘油三异硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-6二癸酸酯、PEG-4油酸酯、聚甘油-3辛酸酯;组分C:玉米胚芽油、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、丁二醇月桂酸酯、丙二醇辛酸酯、二丙二醇二癸酸酯、丙二醇二辛酸酯、丙二醇二己酸酯、丁二醇二辛酸/二癸酸酯;组分D:1,3-丙二醇、1,2-己二醇、二丙二醇;皮肤调理剂:无;水:去离子水;
步骤二,组分A、C混合搅拌,得第一混合物:将所述组分A、组分C在60-75℃下混合并搅拌至完全溶解且均匀得到第一混合物;
步骤三,第一混合物加入组分B混合搅拌,得第二混合物:将所述第一混合物降温至55-70℃后加入所述组分B,混合并搅拌均匀得到第二混合物;
步骤四,第二混合物加入组分D混合搅拌,得第三混合物:将所述第二混合物降温至45-65℃后加入所述组分D,混合并搅拌均匀得到第三混合物;
步骤五,灌装凝固成型:将所述第三混合物于45-65℃灌装并于0-40℃凝固成型得到卸妆膏。
其中组分A质量份数:20.0;组分B质量份数:6.9;组分C质量份数:70.0;组分D质量份数:1.0;皮肤调理剂质量份数:0;水质量份数:2.1。
实施例3
步骤一,准备原材料:各组分的具体成分如下:组分A:蜂蜡、甘油山嵛酸酯/二十烷二酸酯、米糠蜡、甘油硬脂酸酯SE;组分B:PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯、野杏仁油聚甘油-6酯类、PEG-20甘油三异硬脂酸酯;组分C:向日葵籽油、白池花籽油、牛油果树果脂、丙二醇月桂酸酯、丁二醇二辛酸/二癸酸酯、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯、鲸蜡醇乙基己酸酯;组分D:1,2-戊二醇;皮肤调理剂:红没药醇、4-叔丁基环己醇、生育酚、季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯;水:去离子水;
步骤二,组分A、C混合搅拌,得第一混合物:将所述组分A、组分C在60-85℃下混合并搅拌至完全溶解且均匀得到第一混合物;
步骤三,第一混合物加入组分B混合搅拌,得第二混合物:将所述第一混合物降温至55-70℃后加入所述组分B,混合并搅拌均匀得到第二混合物;
步骤四,第二混合物加入组分D混合搅拌,得第三混合物:将所述第二混合物降温至45-65℃后加入所述组分D,混合并搅拌均匀得到第三混合物;
步骤五,灌装凝固成型:将所述第三混合物于45-65℃灌装并于0-40℃凝固成型得到卸妆膏。
其中组分A质量份数:14.0;组分B质量份数:18.0;组分C质量份数:68.0;组分D质量份数:0.2;皮肤调理剂质量份数:0.3;水质量份数:0.6。
实施例4
组分A:蜂蜡、小烛树蜡、糊精棕榈酸酯、巴西棕榈蜡;组分B:PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯、聚甘油-10二油酸酯、PEG-20甘油三异硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-6二癸酸酯、PEG-4油酸酯;组分C:甜扁桃籽油、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、向日葵籽油、油橄榄果油、白池花籽油、丁二醇月桂酸酯、丙二醇辛酸酯、二丙二醇二癸酸酯、丙二醇二辛酸酯、丙二醇二己酸酯、丁二醇二辛酸/二癸酸酯、棕榈酸乙基己酯、棕榈酸异丙酯;组分D:1,2-丙二醇、2,3-丁二醇、1,2-戊二醇;皮肤调理剂:辛甘醇、红没药醇、4-叔丁基环己醇、泛醇、季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯;水:无;
步骤二,组分A、C混合搅拌,得第一混合物:将所述组分A、组分C在60-85℃下混合并搅拌至完全溶解且均匀得到第一混合物;
步骤三,第一混合物加入组分B混合搅拌,得第二混合物:将所述第一混合物降温至55-70℃后加入所述组分B,混合并搅拌均匀得到第二混合物;
步骤四,第二混合物加入组分D混合搅拌,得第三混合物:将所述第二混合物降温至40-50℃后加入所述组分D,混合并搅拌均匀得到第三混合物;
步骤五,灌装凝固成型:将所述第三混合物于45-65℃灌装并于0-40℃凝固成型得到卸妆膏。
其中组分A质量份数:10.0;组分B质量份数:30.0;组分C质量份数:54.9;组分D质量份数:0.1;皮肤调理剂质量份数:5.0;水质量份数:0。

1.一种卸妆膏,包括组分A、组分B、组分C、组分D,其特征在于,所述组分A为硬脂醇蜂蜡酸酯、蜂蜡、小烛树蜡、米糠蜡、甘油山嵛酸酯/二十烷二酸酯、糊精棕榈酸酯、巴西棕榈蜡、向日葵籽蜡、甘油硬脂酸酯SE、异鲸蜡醇肉豆蔻酸酯中的一种或多种,所述组分B为PEG-4聚甘油-2硬脂酸酯、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯、澳洲坚果籽油聚甘油-6酯类山嵛酸酯、野杏仁油聚甘油-6酯类、聚甘油-10二油酸酯、PEG-20甘油三异硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-6二癸酸酯、PEG-4油酸酯、PEG-8硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-3辛酸酯中的一种或多种,所述组分C为甘油与支链脂肪酸的三酯油、二元醇与支链脂肪酸的单酯油、二元醇与支链脂肪酸的二酯油、脂肪族醇与脂肪酸的单酯油中的一种或多种,所述组分D为聚乙二醇-8、PEG/PPG/聚丁二醇-8/5/3甘油、1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,2-己二醇、二丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、2,3-丁二醇、1,2-戊二醇中的一种或多种;
该一种卸妆膏的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一,准备原材料:准备一定量的组分A、组分B、组分C、组分D;
步骤二,组分A、C混合搅拌,得第一混合物:将所述组分A、组分C在60-85℃下混合并搅拌至完全溶解且均匀得到第一混合物;
步骤三,第一混合物加入组分B混合搅拌,得第二混合物:将所述第一混合物降温至55-70℃后加入所述组分B,混合并搅拌均匀得到第二混合物;
步骤四,第二混合物加入组分D混合搅拌,得第三混合物:将所述第二混合物降温至45-65℃后加入所述组分D,混合并搅拌均匀得到第三混合物;
步骤五,灌装凝固成型:将所述第三混合物于45-65℃灌装并于0-40℃凝固成型得到卸妆膏。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种卸妆膏及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述组分A的质量分数为1-18份,组分B的质量分数为1-22份,组分C的质量分数为50-75份,组分D的质量分数为0.1-3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种卸妆膏及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述卸妆膏内还包括皮肤调理剂0.01-5份,所述皮肤调理剂为辛甘醇、红没药醇、4-叔丁基环己醇、泛醇、生育酚、季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯中的一种或多种。
