As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
Compared with the prior art, the above embodiments provide an intelligent case handling process management method, system and electronic device, where each target role has a corresponding target business process, the target business process includes information representing what trajectory the target role needs to follow, which inspection areas are completed, and the like, the target role can only be executed according to the target business process, and when an inspection area is completed, the state of the inspection area is updated to be confirmed, and when an unconfirmed inspection area is identified according to the position information of the target role, a warning is issued to control the target role.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent case handling process management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
establishing a service track in a case handling area, and setting a plurality of inspection areas on the service track;
identifying the position information of the target role, and judging the confirmation state of the checked area before the position of the target role according to the target business process corresponding to the target role;
if the confirmation states of the checked areas are confirmed, allowing the target role to continue to advance according to the target business process;
and if at least one of the confirmed states of the checked areas is not confirmed, sending out a warning to prevent the target role from continuing to advance according to the target business process.
2. The intelligent transaction flow management method as claimed in claim 1, further comprising, before identifying the location information of the target role:
acquiring identity information of a target role, and establishing an information file corresponding to the target role in a data server;
formulating a target business process corresponding to the target role, wherein the target business process comprises a plurality of inspection areas sequenced according to a set process, and inputting the target business process information into an information archive;
and the target role sequentially passes through the inspection areas according to the sequence of the set flow, modifies the confirmation state of the inspection area into a confirmed state after each pass through one inspection area and the corresponding flow is completed, and updates the information file.

The intelligent case handling process management method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the inspection device corresponding to the inspection area is bound, after a process of an inspection area is completed, inspection information corresponding to the inspection area is generated, the inspection information is uploaded to a data server and is recorded in an information file, and the inspection information includes, but is not limited to, upload time information, identity information of a target role, and identification information of the applied inspection device.

The intelligent case handling process management method as claimed in claim 3, wherein before the target role enters the inspection area, the identification device is used to identify the identification information of the target role, determine whether the identification information is in the white list allowed to enter the inspection area, if yes, allow the target role to enter the inspection area, and upload the entry time information, the identification device ID, and the identification information of the target role to the information file.

The intelligent case handling process management method of claim 4, wherein a real-time track of the target role is established according to the uploading time information, the identity information of the target role, the identification information of the applied inspection equipment, the entry time information and the ID of the identity recognition equipment, a deviation value between the real-time track and a target track threshold value in the target business process is judged, and if the deviation value is greater than a set value, a warning is given.

The intelligent case handling process management method of claim 5, wherein a snapshot location point is selected on a business track, a face snapshot machine is arranged at the snapshot location point, the face snapshot machine collects face information of a passed character in real time, uploads the face information to the data server, identifies a target character corresponding to the face information, and adds identification information and snapshot time information of the face snapshot machine to the real-time track.

The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the video data with the target role is marked with the identity information of the target role, and the video data with the corresponding identity information is retrieved from the video data by selecting the specific identity information to form the dedicated video data packet.
8. The intelligent case handling process management method of claim 7, wherein when a plurality of target roles enter a case handling area, an avoidance strategy between different target roles is formulated, whether the real-time trajectory of the target role triggers the avoidance strategy is determined, and if yes, a warning is given.
9. A system for applying the intelligent process management method of any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising:
the system comprises a case handling area, a service track and a plurality of inspection areas, wherein the case handling area is divided into the service track;
the information collector is distributed on the service track and used for collecting the identity information and the position information of the target role and uploading the identity information and the position information to the data server;
the data server is used for formulating a target business process corresponding to each target role, judging the confirmation state of the checked area before the position of the target role after receiving the identity information and the position information, and allowing the target role to continue to advance according to the target business process if the confirmation states of the checked area are confirmed; and if at least one of the confirmed states of the checked areas is not confirmed, sending out a warning to prevent the target role from continuing to advance according to the target business process.
10. An electronic device comprising a processor and a memory, the memory having stored therein at least one instruction, at least one program, set of codes, or set of instructions, the at least one instruction, at least one program, set of codes, or set of instructions being loaded and executed by the processor to implement the intelligent case flow management method of any of claims 1 to 9.
