Examples of storage media for a computer include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), static Random Access Memory (SRAM), dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), read Only Memory (ROM), electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, read only compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic disk storage, quantum memory, graphene-based storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium, which can be used to store information that can be accessed by the computing device. Computer-readable media, as defined herein, does not include transitory computer-readable media (transmission media), such as modulated data signals and carrier waves.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment provides a method, a system and electronic equipment for managing intelligent case handling processes, wherein each target role has a corresponding target business process, the target business process comprises information representing the track on which the target role needs to be pressed and which inspection areas are completed, the target role can only execute according to the target business process, and the state of each inspection area is updated to be confirmed when the inspection area which is not confirmed is identified according to the position information of the target role, a warning is sent out, the target role is managed and controlled, the informatization degree of the case handling process is improved in an intelligent analysis mode, the traceability is strong, and the case handling standardability is ensured.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

Claims (8)

1. An intelligent case handling process management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
establishing a business track in a case handling area, and setting a plurality of check areas on the business track;
identifying the position information of the target character, and judging the confirmation state of the checked area before the position of the target character according to the target business process corresponding to the target character;
if the confirmation states of the checked areas are confirmed, allowing the target roles to continuously advance according to the target business flow;
if at least one of the confirmed states of the checked areas is not confirmed, a warning is sent out, and the target role is prevented from continuing to advance according to the target business flow;
before identifying the position information of the target character, further comprising:
acquiring identity information of a target role, and establishing an information file corresponding to the target role in a data server;
formulating a target business process corresponding to the target role, wherein the target business process comprises a plurality of checking areas sequenced according to the set process, and inputting the target business process information into an information file;
the target role sequentially passes through the checking areas according to the sequence of the set flow, and after each time passes through one checking area and the corresponding flow is completed, the checking state of the checking area is modified to be a checked state, and the information file is updated;
binding inspection equipment corresponding to the inspection area, generating inspection information corresponding to the inspection area after the process of one inspection area is completed, uploading the inspection information to a data server, and recording the inspection information in an information file, wherein the inspection information comprises but is not limited to uploading time information, identity information of a target role and identification information of the applied inspection equipment.

The intelligent case handling process management method according to claim 1, wherein before the target character enters the inspection area, the identity information of the target character is identified by using the identity identification device, whether the identity information is in the allowed white list of the inspection area is judged, if so, the target character is allowed to enter the inspection area, and the entry time information, the identity identification device ID and the identity information of the target character are uploaded to the information file.

The intelligent case handling process management method according to claim 2, wherein a real-time track of the target character is formulated according to the uploading time information, the identity information of the target character, the identification information of the applied inspection equipment, the entering time information and the identity identification equipment ID, a deviation value of the real-time track and a target track threshold in the target business process is judged, and if the deviation value is larger than a set value, a warning is issued.
4. A method for managing a smart case handling process according to claim 3, wherein a snapshot location point is selected on a service track, a face snapshot machine is set at the snapshot location point, the face snapshot machine collects face information of characters passing through in real time, the face information is uploaded to the data server, a target character corresponding to the face information is identified, and identification information and snapshot time information of the face snapshot machine are added into the real-time track.

The intelligent case handling process management method according to claim 4, wherein the identity information of the target character is marked on the video data with the target character, and the video data with the corresponding identity information is called in the video data by selecting the specific identity information to form the exclusive video data packet.
6. The intelligent case handling process management method according to claim 5, wherein when a plurality of target characters enter a case handling area, an avoidance strategy is formulated between different target characters, whether a real-time track of the target character triggers the avoidance strategy is judged, and if so, a warning is issued.
7. A system for applying the intelligent case handling process management method of any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising:
the case handling area is divided into a service track, and a plurality of check areas are arranged on the service track;
the information collector is distributed on the service track and used for collecting identity information and position information of the target role and uploading the identity information and the position information to the data server;
the data server is used for formulating a target business process corresponding to each target role, judging the confirmation state of the checked area before the position of the target role is located after receiving the identity information and the position information, and allowing the target role to continuously advance according to the target business process if the confirmation state of the checked area is confirmed; if at least one of the confirmed states of the checked areas is not confirmed, a warning is sent out, and the target role is prevented from continuing to advance according to the target business flow.
8. An electronic device comprising a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores at least one instruction, at least one program, code set, or instruction set that is loaded and executed by the processor to implement the intelligent transaction flow management method of any of claims 1-6.
