the user management system comprises a basic information acquisition module positioned in a registration hall and a personal information acquisition module positioned in a registration room in a case handling center;
the basic information acquisition module comprises a case setting information input unit, a fingerprint input unit, a crime information registration unit, a trial personnel allocation unit, a case trial group establishing unit, a first filing establishing unit, an outdoor intelligent storage cabinet and a storage information input unit; the system comprises a scheme information input unit, a fingerprint input unit, a crime information registration unit, a criminal allocation unit, a criminal group establishment unit, a storage information input unit, a first filing unit, an outdoor intelligent locker and a storage management unit, wherein the scheme information input unit is used for inputting identity information of a related person, the fingerprint input unit is used for inputting crime information of the related person, the criminal allocation unit is used for inputting identity information of a criminal, the criminal establishment unit is used for generating basic information electronic files of the related person and the criminal, the first filing unit is used for storing the input identity information of the related person, the fingerprint information, the crime information, the criminal information of the criminal, the group information and the storage information into electronic files with preset numbers, and the outdoor intelligent locker is used for distributing lockers according to the storage information of the electronic files;
the personal information acquisition module comprises a personal basic information input unit, a urine test information input unit, an injury test information input unit, a health condition input unit and a second filing unit; the personal basic information input unit is used for inputting personal basic information, the urine test information input unit is used for inputting urine test information of case-involved personnel, the wound inspection information input unit is used for inputting wound information of the case-involved personnel, the health condition input unit is used for inputting health condition information of the case-involved personnel, and the second filing unit is used for generating a personal information electronic file from the personal basic information, the urine test information, the wound inspection information and the health condition information and storing the personal information electronic file into an electronic file with a preset number;
the bracelet is worn on the arm of the involved person;
the entrance guard management system is arranged at a gate of the case handling center and comprises a first processor, an electronic entrance guard with a fingerprint input, an entrance guard sensor, an entrance guard camera and an entrance guard alarm, wherein the electronic entrance guard is connected with the first processor and used for inputting fingerprint information of case-involved persons and electronic chest card information of case-examining persons;
the system comprises a pending management system, a pending room arranged in a transaction center and a processing center, wherein the pending management system comprises a second processor, a pending room camera, a pending sensor and a pending pickup which are connected with the second processor, the pending room camera is used for recording face images of pending workers and involved workers who enter and exit the pending room, the pending camera is used for acquiring a pending image of the pending room, the pending sensor is used for sensing a bracelet of the involved workers who enter and exit the pending room, and the pending pickup is used for picking up audio of the pending room;
the inquiry management system is arranged in an inquiry room of a case handling center and comprises a third processor, and an inquiry room camera, an inquiry inductor, an inquiry examination sound pick-up, an inquiry criminal sound pick-up, an inquiry camera, an inquiry record computer, an inquiry record confirmation screen, an inquiry record scanner, an inquiry record printing device and an inquiry alarm which are connected with the third processor, wherein the inquiry room camera is used for recording human face images of examiners and case-involved persons who enter and exit the inquiry room, the inquiry inductor is used for sensing the bracelet of the case-involved persons who enter and exit the inquiry room, the inquiry examination sound pick-up is used for recording the audio of the case-examined persons, the inquiry criminal sound pick-up is used for recording the audio of the case-involved persons, the inquiry camera is used for recording the images of the inquiry room, the inquiry record computer is used for recording inquiry record of the inquiry room, and the inquiry record confirmation screen is used for the case-involved persons to confirm the record and sign, the inquiry record printing device is used for printing a record for a criminal to confirm and sign, and the inquiry record scanner is used for scanning and printing a record which is printed by the criminal according to the hand;
an inquiry management system, which is arranged in an inquiry room of a case handling center and comprises a fourth processor, an inquiry room camera, an inquiry sensor, an inquiry examination pickup, an inquiry incident pickup, an inquiry camera, an inquiry pen recording computer, an inquiry pen recording confirmation screen, an inquiry pen recording scanner, an inquiry pen recording printing device and an inquiry alarm, wherein the inquiry room camera is connected with the fourth processor, the inquiry room camera is used for recording the face images of examinees and case-involved persons entering and exiting the inquiry room, the inquiry sensor is used for sensing the bracelet of the case-involved persons entering and exiting the inquiry room, the inquiry examination pickup is used for recording the audio frequency of the examinees, the inquiry incident picker is used for recording the audio frequency of the case-involved persons, the inquiry camera is used for recording the image of the inquiry room, the inquiry pen recording computer is used for recording the inquiry pen recording of the inquiry room, the inquiry pen recording confirmation of the case-involved persons is used for recording and signing the pen recording, the inquiry record printing device is used for printing records which are confirmed and signed by criminals, and the inquiry record scanner is used for scanning and printing records which are printed by the criminals according to fingerprints;
the dialectic management system is arranged in a dialectic room of a case handling center and comprises a fifth processor, and an identification room camera, a dialectic inductor, a dialectic identification area pickup, a dialectic identified area pickup, a dialectic identification area camera, a dialectic identified area camera and a dialectic alarm which are connected with the fifth processor, wherein the identification room camera is used for recording face images of case examiners and case-involved persons who enter and exit the identification room, the dialectic inductor is used for sensing a bracelet of case-involved persons who enter and exit the dialectic room, the dialectic identification area pickup is used for recording audio of the identification area, the dialectic identified area pickup is used for recording audio of the identified area, the dialectic identification area camera is used for recording images of the dialectic identified area, and the dialectic identified area camera is used for recording images of the dialectic identified area;
the storage management system is used for storing the electronic file;
the user management system, the access control management system, the pending management system, the inquiry management system, the dialectical management system and the storage management system are connected with the switch.

The intelligent law enforcement case handling center management system according to claim 1, further comprising a passage management system, which comprises a sixth processor, and a passage camera, a passage sound pickup and a passage file generation module connected to the sixth processor, wherein the passage camera is used for recording passage images, the passage sound pickup is used for picking up passage audio, and the passage file generation module is used for acquiring the face image information and the passage audio generation passage information electronic files of the corresponding group of case related personnel and case examiners and storing the face image information and the passage audio generation passage information electronic files into the electronic files with predetermined numbers.

The intelligent management system of law enforcement and case handling center as claimed in claim 1, wherein the interrogation management system further comprises an interrogation file generation module, the interrogation file generation module is used for generating an interrogation information electronic file according to face images of inquiries and case-involved persons entering and exiting the interrogation room, audio of case-involved persons and examiners, images of the interrogation room, and handwritten images which have been printed by hand, and storing the generated interrogation information electronic file in an electronic file with preset number.

The intelligent law enforcement and case handling center management system according to claim 1, further comprising a dialectic file generation module, wherein the dialectic file generation module is used for generating an identification information electronic file according to the face images of the examiners and the case involved persons entering and exiting the identification room, the audio frequencies of the identification area and the identified area, and the audio frequency images of the identification area and the identified area, and storing the identification information electronic file into an electronic file with a preset number.

The intelligent management system for law enforcement and case handling centers as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an entrance guard identification module for acquiring the corresponding group of electronic chest card information, fingerprint information and face image information in real time, comparing the electronic chest card information, fingerprint information and face image information with the basic information electronic case, if the electronic chest card information, fingerprint information and face image information are the same, opening the gate of the case handling center, and judging whether the face image information of the case handling staff is true or false when entering the gate according to the face image information, and if the face information is not the same as the face information of the case handling staff, controlling an entrance guard alarm to alarm.

The intelligent management system of law enforcement and case handling center of claim 1 wherein the query management system, and the dialectical management system each further comprise a face recognition module for obtaining face images of group members entering a corresponding department, and when the obtained face images are compared with the face images stored in the basic information electronic file, an alarm is given.

The intelligent management system of law enforcement and case handling centers of claim 1 further comprising a trajectory generation module, wherein the trajectory generation module is used for respectively generating a travel trajectory diagram of the case involved persons according to the bracelet signals of the entrance guard sensor, the pending sensor, the inquiry sensor and the dialectical sensor, which are used for sensing the case involved persons.
