sorting the population data of the collection points to obtain population big data, and associating the population big data with geographic position data to obtain population dynamic position information;
analyzing and mining the population dynamic position information, and predicting the dynamic position information of the personnel to be caught according to preset evaluation conditions;
and integrating the dynamic position information of the personnel to be captured and the legal data to obtain a legal data collection based on population big data.

The government enforcement-oriented big data analysis method according to claim 1, wherein: the collecting of the population data of the collecting points in each collecting time period comprises internal collecting and external collecting, wherein the internal collecting specifically comprises collecting the population data of the collecting points through an education department registration record, a civil administration department registration record, a public security department registration record and a residence information record, and the external collecting specifically comprises collecting the population data of the collecting points through a monitoring video, a hotel check-in record, a public transportation taking record and a driving vehicle running record.

The government enforcement-oriented population big data analysis method according to claim 1, wherein the sorting the collection point population data and obtaining population big data comprises: checking the population data of the collection point through picture recognition, voice recognition, real-time analysis and off-line analysis;
the dynamic position information of the person to be arrested is predicted according to the preset evaluation condition, specifically, the dynamic position information of the population is compared with the position information of the person to be arrested registered in a law enforcement system, and the dynamic position information of the person to be arrested is predicted by using a track comparison algorithm.
4. The government enforcement oriented population big data analysis method according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
establishing a mathematical model according to the obtained population dynamic position information;
uploading the legal data collection based on the population big data to a sharing platform.
5. A government enforcement oriented big data analysis system, comprising:
the setting and collecting module is used for setting a plurality of collecting points and a plurality of collecting time periods and collecting the collecting point population data of each collecting point in each collecting time period;
the sorting and associating module is used for sorting the population data of the acquisition points, obtaining population big data, and associating the population big data with the geographic position data to obtain population dynamic position information;
the processing and predicting module is used for analyzing and mining the population dynamic position information and predicting the dynamic position information of the personnel to be caught according to preset evaluation conditions;
and the integration module is used for integrating the dynamic position information and the legal data of the personnel to be captured to obtain a legal data collection based on population big data.

The government enforcement-oriented big data analysis system of claim 5, wherein: the setting and acquisition module comprises an internal acquisition module and an external acquisition module, the internal acquisition module is used for acquiring acquisition point population data through education department registration records, civil administration department registration records, public security department registration records and residence information records, and the external acquisition module is used for acquiring acquisition point population data through monitoring videos, hotel check-in records, public transportation riding records and driving vehicle running records.
7. The government enforcement-oriented big data analysis system of claim 5, wherein: the sorting and association module comprises a checking module which is used for checking acquisition point population data through picture recognition, voice recognition, real-time analysis and off-line analysis;
the dynamic position information of the person to be arrested is predicted according to the preset evaluation condition in the processing and predicting module, specifically, the dynamic position information of the population is compared with the position information of the person to be arrested registered in a law enforcement system, and the dynamic position information of the person to be arrested is predicted by using a track comparison algorithm.

The government enforcement-oriented big data analysis system of claim 5, wherein: the population big data analysis system facing government affair law enforcement further comprises a mathematical model building module and an uploading module, wherein the mathematical model building module is used for building a mathematical model according to the obtained population dynamic position information, and the uploading module is used for uploading the legal data collection set based on population big data to a sharing platform.
9. A government enforcement oriented population big data analysis device, comprising a storage device and a processor, wherein the storage device is used for storing one or more programs;
the one or more programs, when executed by the processor, implement the government enforcement oriented big data analytics method according to any one of claims 1-4.
