In comparative example 5, when the ratio of the reactive zinc oxide to the cross-linking agent is too low, the overall performance of the obtained roof waterproof coating is reduced to a certain extent compared with that of example 1, which indicates that the ratio of the reactive zinc oxide to the cross-linking agent is not appropriate.
In comparative example 6, the preparation method uses a direct mixing mode, and compared with the roof waterproof coating obtained by the separate mixing and reaction in example 1, the comprehensive performance is reduced, which indicates that the adverse reaction and the function of each component are directly exerted by one mixing.
In conclusion, the roof waterproof coating obtained by using the pure acrylic emulsion as the main material, adding the functional auxiliary agent and the filler and controlling the proportion of the components has excellent comprehensive performances such as weather resistance, water resistance, stain resistance, tensile strength and the like, is superior to all requirements of JGT375-2012, particularly has excellent weather resistance, and can meet the requirement of artificial aging for more than 1500 h.
Finally, it should be emphasized that the above-described preferred embodiments of the present invention are merely examples of implementations, rather than limitations, and that many variations and modifications of the invention are possible to those skilled in the art, without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. The super weather-resistant roof waterproof coating is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
pure acrylic emulsion: 350-550 parts;
dispersing agent: 5-15 parts;
reactive zinc oxide: 5-30 parts;
a crosslinking agent: 1-5 parts;
filling: 250-350 parts;
titanium dioxide: 50-150 parts;
defoaming agent: 2-4 parts;
film-forming auxiliary agent: 5-15 parts;
an antifreezing agent: 10-20 parts;
methacrylic acid: 1-5 parts;
thickening agent: 3-5 parts;
water: 100-150 parts;
the mass ratio of the reactive zinc oxide to the cross-linking agent is 1-10;
the dispersing agent is hydrophobic modified polycarboxylate.
2. The weather-resistant roof waterproof paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the glass transition temperature of the pure acrylic emulsion is-40 ℃ to-20 ℃.
3. The weather-resistant roof waterproof paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reactive zinc oxide has a particle size of 25-40nm and a specific surface area of more than 85m 2 /g。
4. The weather-resistant roof waterproof coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hydrophobically modified polycarboxylate has a solid content of 25-26% at 25 ℃ and a viscosity of 50-100mPa.s.
5. The super weather-resistant roof waterproof coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hydrophobically modified polycarboxylate is a mixture of OROTAN 731A and HY-65A in a weight ratio of 1-2.
6. The super weatherable roof waterproof coating according to claim 1, wherein said cross-linking agent is TAIC or TMPTMA.

The weather-resistant roof waterproof coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein the filler is one or more of talc powder, calcium carbonate and quartz powder; the film-forming additive is an alcohol ester 12 series; the antifreezing agent is propylene glycol or ethylene glycol; the plasticizer is one or more of HEC, DOP and DINP.
8. The preparation method of the super weather-proof roof waterproof coating according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized by comprising the following specific steps:
s1, adding water into a stirring device in advance according to a ratio, starting stirring, then respectively adding a dispersing agent and a defoaming agent, stirring for 20-30min, then adding titanium dioxide, reactive zinc oxide and a filler, and continuously stirring for 30-40min at a speed of 500-600r/min to obtain a mixture A;
s2, mixing the thickening agent and the antifreezing agent, and stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain a mixture B;
s3, premixing the pure acrylic emulsion, the cross-linking agent and the methacrylic acid at the temperature of 35-45 ℃, then adding the film-forming agent, and uniformly stirring and mixing at the speed of 500-600r/min to obtain a mixture C;
s4, slowly adding the mixture C into the mixture A, uniformly mixing, then adding the mixture B, and stirring at 300-400r/min for 30-40min to obtain the roof waterproof coating.
9. Use of the ultra weatherable roof water repellent coating of any one of claims 1 to 7 in roofing and roofing renovation protection systems.
10. The use according to claim 9, wherein the super weatherable roof waterproof coating is capable of meeting the artificial aging requirement of more than 1500 hours.
