The defoaming agent is methyl silicone oil.
The purity of the titanium dioxide of the high titanium powder is more than 97%, and the refraction and scattering of light can be enhanced by adding the high titanium powder. Therefore, the solar energy heat-insulating film has better reflection and heat-insulating properties and also has good light ray covering effect, thereby reflecting the solar near infrared band, improving the solar heat radiation reflection, reducing the solar heat absorption and preventing the accumulated temperature rise of the sun on the surface of an object.
The preparation method of the water-soluble polyurethane waterproof coating comprises the following steps: mixing N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide and a polyurethane prepolymer in a reaction kettle, reacting at the temperature of 80-150 ℃ for 2 hours, and adding dibutyl phthalate, high-titanium powder and bamboo cellulose; mixing the solvents, and uniformly mixing to obtain the water-soluble polyurethane waterproof coating product.

The N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide is white crystal powder, has a melting point of 74-75 ℃, is easily soluble in water and ethanol, is soluble in fatty acid esters, and is insoluble in hydrophobic solvents such as hydrocarbon, halogenated hydrocarbon and the like. When the aqueous solution is in the presence of an acid, the heating rapidly polymerizes to an insoluble resin. Crosslinking of linear polymers is most effective because of the polymeric vinyl groups and the condensation methylol groups contained in the molecular structure. If copolymerized with an acrylate monomer, the methylol group is introduced and can be crosslinked by heating alone.
The dibutyl phthalate is a plasticizer, and the product has good flexibility, stability, flexing resistance, cohesiveness and waterproofness which are superior to other plasticizers.
The water-soluble polyurethane waterproof coating can be applied to coating of common walls, roofs, steel frame structures, ship bodies or oil storage tanks.
The bamboo cellulose has strong wear resistance, and has natural antibacterial, bacteriostatic, mite-removing, deodorizing and ultraviolet-resistant functions.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the paint has the characteristics of strong chemical resistance, high temperature resistance, good weather resistance, good stain resistance and strong self-cleaning property, and also ensures that the material with the functions of reflection, heat insulation and heat preservation is firmly bonded in the paint, thereby prolonging the service life of the paint.
