Claims (9)

1. An integrated machine for feeding, filling and tying up double-layer packaging bags is characterized in that,
comprises the steps of (a) preparing a substrate,
the bag storage mechanism (1) is provided with a bag storage platform (2), a sucker trolley (3) is arranged above the bag storage platform, a packaging bag is adsorbed, lifted and placed on the bag storage platform (2) from a previous bag storage device, bag opening suckers (4) are respectively arranged above and below an opening of the packaging bag on the bag storage platform (2), a sucker lifting cylinder (5) is arranged on the bag opening sucker (4) above the bag opening sucker, and an inner bag opening of the packaging bag is opened by the bag opening sucker (4);
the bag feeding mechanical hand comprises a mechanical hand (6) and a swinging grabbing arm (7) at the front end, the mechanical hand (6) grabs two sides of a packaging bag with an inner bag opening opened on the bag storage platform (2), and the swinging grabbing arm (7) drives the mechanical hand (6) to move from the bag storage platform (2) to the lower part of the filling mechanism;
the filling mechanism is provided with a filling opening (8) and a material bin, the filling opening (8) is provided with a bag opening pressing mechanism (9), a bag opening of a packaging bag which opens an inner bag opening is sleeved on the filling opening (8) by a bag feeding mechanical arm, and the bag opening pressing mechanism (9) tightly presses the inner bag opening on the filling opening (8);
an inner bag opening tying mechanism is located behind a filling mechanism and comprises a pair of inner bag opening grippers (10), an inner bag opening gripper driving mechanism (11), an inner bag opening gripper rotating mechanism (12) and a tape tying machine (13), wherein the inner bag opening grippers (10) are arranged on the inner bag opening gripper driving mechanism (11), the inner bag opening gripper driving mechanism (11) is arranged on the inner bag opening gripper rotating mechanism (12), the tape tying machine (13) is arranged at the position, at the same height as the inner bag opening, of a packaging bag, a tape tying moving mechanism is arranged on the tape tying machine (13), the inner bag opening grippers (10) grab two sides of the filled packaging bag, the gripper driving mechanism drives the inner bag opening grippers (10) to be close to the inner bag opening of the packaging bag, the inner bag opening grippers (10) and the inner bag opening are rotated into a column shape by the inner bag opening gripper (10) and the inner bag opening is tied by the tape tying machine (13).
2. The double-layer packaging bag bagging, filling and tying integrated machine according to claim 1, wherein an outer bag opening sealing machine (14) is arranged behind an inner bag opening tying mechanism for sealing an outer bag opening of a packaging bag,
the packaging bag conveyor (15) is arranged below the filling mechanism, the inner bag opening tying mechanism and the outer bag opening sealing machine (14) and is used for conveying filled packaging bags from the lower part of the filling machine through the inner bag opening tying mechanism and the outer bag opening sealing machine (14) and finally conveying the packaging bags to a finished product conveying position to wait for conveying;
the machine frame is internally provided with the bag storage mechanism (1), the bag feeding mechanical arm, the filling mechanism, the inner bag opening tying mechanism and the outer bag opening sealing machine (14).
