The curing time is between 1min and 2min, and the side wall and the upper part of the sealing jar mud in the molding cavity 55 can be heated and cured by heating the heat conducting medium and the heating pipe 74 through the heat conducting cavity 54, so that the molding assembly 5 and the filling assembly 6 are greatly convenient to separate after the jar sealing is completed.
Further, the heat insulation filler 75 is filled in the material guide plate 71, the heat insulation filler 75 is isolated from the heating pipe 74 through the partition plate 76, and heat generated by the heating pipe 74 can be reduced to be conducted to the inclined surface of the material guide plate 71 through the arrangement of the heat insulation filler 75, so that the curing of the sealing sludge on the inclined surface of the material guide plate 71 can be greatly reduced.

(5) shaping the mud in the jar: the driver 65 works to drive the plug 66 to plug the blanking hole 72, the electromagnetic valve 24 at one end is closed, the electromagnetic valve 24 at the other end is opened, and a heat conducting medium enters the heat conducting cavity 54 from the opened electromagnetic valve 24, so that the molding piece 52 deforms and presses the sealing mud, and the sealing mud is molded into a cone frustum structure;
(6) solidifying the jar sealing mud: the side wall of the sealing jar mud is solidified while the heat conducting medium is introduced, and the heating tube 74 is heated to solidify the top of the sealing jar mud;
(7) and (5) forming the sealing jar mud:
the method comprises the steps that an electromagnetic valve 24 for passing heat conducting media in step 5 is closed, the other electromagnetic valve 24 is opened, the heat conducting media in a heat conducting cavity 54 are extracted from the electromagnetic valve 24, and meanwhile, a shaping piece 52 is deformed and separated from the side wall of solidified sealing mud;
the molding assembly 5 and the filling assembly 6 move upwards to separate from the solidified sealing jar mud;
(8) and (3) finishing sealing the jar: after the shaping assembly 5 and the filling assembly 6 move upwards and reset, the conveying frame 1 works again to drive the next wine jar 4 to be conveyed to the lower part of the shaping assembly 5, and jar sealing operation is performed again.
By setting up automatic jar sealing operation, not only improved jar sealing efficiency greatly, can also effectually guarantee the shape of sealing jar mud of sealed jar mouth 41, seal the jar effect and keep unanimous.
