Background
The traditional folk brewing needs to be cellared to achieve the effects of reducing brewing harmfulness, enhancing brewing fragrance and improving brewing taste softness. At present, cellar storage is carried out on the opening of a wine jar by jar mud sealing, and the sealing tightness directly influences fermentation of wine brewing so as to influence the quality and taste of the wine brewing. However, the operation of the existing jar sealing method is troublesome, and the jar sealing mud needs to be manually smeared.
Patent application CN110304340A, published as 20191108, discloses a wine jar sealing method, which comprises the steps of covering a wine jar opening with a wine jar cover and wrapping the peripheral wall of the wine jar opening, winding the peripheral wall of the wine jar cover with a firm rope to fixedly connect the wine jar cover with the wine jar opening, wherein the wine jar cover comprises a lower layer of lotus leaves and bamboo shoot shells, kraft papers or rice dumpling leaves covered on the lotus leaves; then, another firm rope is wound around the outer peripheral wall of the wine jar opening for a circle and is not knotted, and the wound position of the other rope is positioned at the lower side of the outer peripheral wall of the wine jar cover; then, coating the sealing mud on the outer peripheral wall of the wine jar opening, the outer peripheral wall of the wine jar cover and the upper side of the wine jar cover, enabling the sealing mud to wrap the outer peripheral wall of the wine jar opening, the outer peripheral wall of the wine jar cover and the upper side of the wine jar cover and integrally form a mud head, and exposing two ends of the rope outside the mud head when coating the sealing mud and shaping. The jar sealing method is simple, the jar opening can be easily opened without experience of an operator as long as the rope is pulled during jar opening, impurities cannot fall into the jar, the quality and the taste of wine are affected, and however, the jar sealing method needs manual smearing of jar sealing mud.
In order to retain wine rhymes of wine making, wine jar mud sealing equipment for wine making is designed, wherein the jar mouth can be automatically mud sealed and the wine jar can be automatically pushed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defect that the existing wine jar sealing method needs manual smearing of the jar sealing mud, the invention aims to provide wine jar mud sealing equipment for wine brewing, which can automatically carry out mud sealing on a jar opening of a wine jar and automatically push the wine jar.
