Abstract
The invention provides a hydraulic box opening device, which comprises: the pushing mechanism drives the roller to be separated from the cold mold; the limiting mechanism keeps the cold mold on the same axis with the pushing mechanism, and limits the movement of the cold mold. The hydraulic box opening device is beneficial to avoiding potential danger caused by sudden separation and falling of the suspended cold mold and the roller by fixing the whole cold mold and additionally adopting the pushing mechanism to separate the roller from the cold mold, and is beneficial to avoiding abrasion of parts caused by suspension and prolonging the service life of each part by arranging the whole device on the ground.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of rollers, in particular to a hydraulic box opening device.
Background
The last procedure for manufacturing the roller blank is unpacking, namely, the roller is drawn out from a cold mold. In order to adapt to the diameter sizes of different cold forms 4 and rollers 5, as a preferred embodiment, in the present embodiment, a heightening pad is disposed on the supporting block 201 to keep the axes of the cold forms 4 and rollers 5 on the same axis as the pushing mechanism 3.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the height of the leftmost supporting block 201 is smaller than the heights of the other two supporting blocks 201, so that the interference with the sliding of the power end of the hydraulic cylinder 301, which will be described below, can be effectively avoided, and the whole process of the box opening process is affected.
In a preferred embodiment, the supporting block 201 is in a V shape. When the cold mould 4 is placed on the supporting block 201, the V-shaped arrangement of the supporting block 201 is beneficial to automatically correcting the position of the cold mould 4, so that the axis of the cold mould 4 is consistent with the axis of the pushing mechanism 3.
In addition, in order to keep the position of the cold mold 4 still when pushing the roll 5, two limit plates 202 are disposed perpendicular to the direction of separating the roll 5 as a preferred embodiment. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, a support structure is provided on the right side of the rightmost support block 201, and two sliding rails 2011 are provided on the support structure for the limiting plate 202 to slide. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, as a preferred embodiment, the supporting block 201 can be driven to move along the height direction of the cold mold 4. In a preferred embodiment, in this embodiment, a driving member is disposed at the bottom of the supporting block 201, and the driving member is a plunger hydraulic cylinder, and the supporting block 201 is directly pushed upward by the plunger hydraulic cylinder, so that the axis of the cold mold 4 on the supporting block 201 is consistent with the pushing mechanism 3. Of course, the driving member in this embodiment is not limited to the use of a ram cylinder, but may also be used in other suitable pushing structures, and is not limited in particular.
In the present embodiment, as a preferable embodiment, the pushing mechanism 3 includes a driving source and a power output member, wherein the power output member pushes the roll 5 to be separated from the cold mold 4. Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the hydraulic cylinder 301 is selected as the power output member, the hydraulic cylinder 301 is fixed on the support frame 1 through the hoop 302, the roller 5 is pushed through the power output end of the hydraulic cylinder 301, and the roller 5 is separated from the cold mold 4. And the driving source has two states of high pressure and low pressure to respectively drive the power output parts to move. When the roller 5 is pushed, the hydraulic cylinder 301 is driven to move by adopting a high-pressure state, and when the hydraulic cylinder 301 is unloaded, the hydraulic cylinder 301 is driven to move by adopting a low-pressure state, so that resources are effectively saved.
In the present embodiment, as a preferred embodiment, the support frame 1 is provided with a guide portion capable of guiding the movement of the power output end of the power output member. As shown in fig. 1, two guide rails 101 are respectively disposed on the supporting frame 1 near both sides of the hydraulic cylinder 301 along the separating direction of the roller 5, and at the same time, slide bars 303 are respectively connected to the left and right sides of the upper portion of the power output end of the hydraulic cylinder 301, one end of each slide bar 303 is connected to the fixed end of the hydraulic cylinder 301, and the other ends of the two slide bars 303 are connected to both ends of the same slide plate 304.
The sliding plate 304 is fixedly connected with the power end and can support the power end, and the bottom of the sliding plate 304 is provided with a roller 305, and the roller 305 rolls in the guide rail 101 to enable the whole sliding rod 303 to slide along the guide rail 101. When the power output end of the hydraulic cylinder 301 pushes the roller 5, the two sliding rods 303 can slide along the guide rail 101, so as to guide the movement of the power output end of the hydraulic cylinder 301. Alternatively, other guiding structures may be adopted in the present embodiment, which is not limited herein.
When the hydraulic box opening device is used, the crown block hoists the cold mould 4 on the V-shaped supporting block 201, one end of the cold mould 4 is placed on the mechanism, and the other end of the cold mould 4 is roughly adjusted in position. In addition, the two stopper plates 202 on the support block 201 restrict the movement of the cold mold 4. The height of the support block 201 is adjusted so that the axes of the cold mold 4 and the roll 5 coincide with the axis of the hydraulic cylinder 301. And starting a power source, driving the hydraulic cylinder 301 in a high-pressure state, moving the power end of the hydraulic cylinder 301 towards the roller 5, and pushing the roller 5 until the roller 5 is separated from the cold mould 4, so that the whole box opening process is completed. When the power output end of the hydraulic cylinder 301 is restored to the original position, the power source is set to be in a low-pressure state, so that the waste of resources is avoided.
