the rotating mechanism (2) comprises a rotating frame (201), a rotating motor (202), a supporting rotating shaft (203) and a metal sheet (204), wherein the central part of the bottom end surface of the rotating frame (201) is fixedly connected with the supporting rotating shaft (203) penetrating through the supporting table (1), the supporting rotating shaft (203) is rotationally connected with the supporting table (1), and the lower end of the supporting rotating shaft (203) is provided with a worm wheel; the rotating motor (202) is arranged at the front side of the bottom end of the supporting table (1), and a worm meshed with the worm wheel is arranged on a rotating shaft of the rotating motor (202); four metal sheets (204) are arranged at the bottom of the rotating frame (201) in an annular array shape, and the metal sheets (204) are of a -shaped structure;
the distance between the bottom end surface of the metal sheet (204) and the upper end of the proximity switch (7) is five millimeters to ten millimeters;
the linkage assembly (3) comprises two vertical support plates (301), a linkage rotating shaft (302), a linkage gear (303), rotating frames (304) and rotating rods (305), wherein the number of the vertical support plates (301) is two, the two vertical support plates (301) are fixedly connected to the upper end face of the rotating frame (201), the rotating frames (304) are rotatably connected between the two vertical support plates (301) through the two rotating rods (305), the two rotating rods (305) are fixedly connected with the rotating frames (304), and a first bevel gear is arranged at the front end of one rotating rod (305); the linkage rotating shaft (302) is rotatably connected to the front end face of a vertical support plate (301) at the front side, a second bevel gear and a linkage gear (303) are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the linkage rotating shaft (302), the second bevel gear is meshed with the first bevel gear, and two guide rods are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the inner side of the rotating frame (304);
the clamping part (4) comprises clamping plates (401), clamping screws (402) and chain wheels (403), the number of the clamping plates (401) is two, and the two clamping plates (401) are connected to four guide rods on the inner side of the rotating frame (304) in a sliding manner; the number of the clamping screws (402) is two, the two clamping screws (402) are rotationally connected to the rotating frame (304), two reverse threads are symmetrically arranged outside each clamping screw (402), and the two clamping screws (402) are connected with the two clamping plates (401) through the two reverse threads; two external ends of each clamping screw (402) are provided with a chain wheel (403), and each front chain wheel and each rear chain wheel (403) are connected through chain transmission;
the driving part (6) comprises a driving rotating shaft (601), a driving disc (602), a driving motor (603), a driving gear (604) and a connecting rod (605), wherein the driving rotating shaft (601) is rotationally connected to the front end face of the lower part of the L-shaped bracket (5), the upper end of the driving rotating shaft (601) penetrates through the bottom of the L-shaped bracket (5), the driving disc (602) is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the driving rotating shaft (601), the driving gear (604) and a driven belt wheel are arranged at the lower end of the outer part of the driving rotating shaft (601), and the driven belt wheel is positioned below the driving gear (604); the driving motor (603) is arranged at the rear side of the upper end face of the supporting table (1), a driving belt pulley is arranged on a rotating shaft of the driving motor (603), and the driving belt pulley is in transmission connection with the driven belt pulley through a belt; the edge of the upper end face of the driving disc (602) is rotationally connected with a connecting rod (605) through a rotating shaft, and the driving motor (603) and the rotating motor (202) are electrically connected with a controller (8);
the left end face and the right end face of the paint spraying box (10) are respectively provided with a sliding cylinder (1001), a transverse guide rod is connected inside each sliding cylinder (1001) in a sliding mode, and the two transverse guide rods are fixedly connected to the bottom end face of the front side of the L-shaped bracket (5); the rear end of the paint spraying box (10) is connected with a paint hose (1002), the upper end face of the paint spraying box (10) is fixedly connected with a driving column (1003), the driving column (1003) penetrates through a strip-shaped through hole on the L-shaped bracket (5), and the upper end of the driving column (1003) is rotationally connected with the connecting rod (605) through a rotating shaft;
