The test methods in examples 6 to 15 were carried out in the same manner as in example 1~3, respectively, and the results of the standing test at 50 ℃ and-10 ℃ are shown in Table 8; the basic physicochemical properties of the polymer were measured, and the results are shown in Table 8.

As can be seen from the data in Table 8, the adjustment of the raw materials and the adjustment of the proportion thereof have no obvious influence on the physical and chemical properties of the refill of the eyebrow pencil, so that the refill of the eyebrow pencil with excellent performance can be prepared within the range in the application.
The pencils of examples 1 to 15 were used as samples, and the hygiene indicators thereof were examined. The results are as follows:

as can be seen from the data in Table 9, the addition of the extracts of black sesame, oldenlandia and cnidium monnieri has no detectable microorganisms, indicating that the addition of these extracts has a certain antibacterial effect, thus improving the shelf life of the lead of the eyebrow pencil.

Claims (10)

1. The silicon eyebrow pencil lead is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by mass:
15-35 parts of silicon wax; 2-10 parts of silicone oil; 20-40 parts of filler treated by silicon-philic treatment; 15-35 parts of a silicon-philic treated coloring agent; 5363 parts of other fillers 1~8; 5363 parts of a skin conditioner 1~3; 0.1 to 0.2 portion of antioxidant; 0.1 to 2.5 parts of an anticaking agent;
wherein:
the silicon wax is cetearyl polymethylsiloxane, or a combination of C30-45 alkyl polydimethylsiloxane and C30-45 olefin in a mass ratio of (18) - (28) (5) - (10), or a combination of stearyl polydimethylsiloxane and octadecene in a mass ratio of (15) - (20) (4~9);
the silicone-compatible colorant was a combination of CI77492+ dimethicone, CI 77499+ dimethicone, CI 77891+ dimethicone, and CI 77491+ dimethicone.
2. The non-whitening silicon system eyebrow pencil lead of claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by mass:
23-25 parts of silicon wax; 5363 parts of silicone oil 3~5; 30-34 parts of filler treated by silicon-philic treatment; 28-30 parts of a silicon-philic treated colorant; 5363 parts of other fillers 6~8; 5363 parts of skin conditioning agent 2~3; 0.1 to 0.2 portion of antioxidant; 1.5 to 2.5 portions of anticaking agent.
3. The non-whitening silicone system eyebrow pencil lead of claim 1, wherein the silicone oil is one or more of phenyl trimethicone, octyl methicone and dimethicone; the silica-philic treated filler was fluorophlogopite + polydimethylsiloxane.

The non-whitening silicone eyebrow pencil lead of claim 1, wherein the other filler is boron nitride; the skin conditioning agent is lauroyl lysine; the anticaking agent is zinc stearate; the antioxidant is one or more of tocopherol, tocopherol acetate, lecithin, ascorbyl palmitate, glycerol stearate, glycerol oleate and citric acid.
5. The non-whitening silicon system eyebrow pencil lead of claim 1, wherein the eyebrow pencil lead further comprises 0.1 to 0.3 parts of black sesame extract, 0.2 to 0.4 parts of oldenlandia diffusa extract and 0.1 to 0.3 parts of cnidium fruit extract.
6. The non-whitening silicon system eyebrow pencil lead of claim 5, wherein the eyebrow pencil lead further comprises 0.1-0.2 parts of fragrant essential oil, and the fragrant essential oil is one of rose oil, jasmine oil, rose oil and magnolia oil.
7. A method for preparing the refill of the non-whitening silicon system eyebrow pencil of any one of claims 1~6, comprising the steps of:
1) Adding silicon wax and silicone oil according to a proportion, heating to melt, adding other fillers, filler treated by silicon-philic treatment, coloring agent treated by silicon-philic treatment, skin conditioner, antioxidant and anti-caking agent, and stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain an ointment-like material body;
2) Grinding the ointment-like material body obtained in the step 1) by using a three-roller machine, and cooling to obtain a ground material body after grinding;
3) In an extrusion device, adding the ground material body obtained in the step 2) into an extrusion pipe, and performing extrusion forming to obtain a refill of the initially-formed eyebrow pencil;
4) Processing the primary formed pen core in the step 3) at a first section temperature, then cooling to a second section temperature, and processing, and obtaining the eyebrow pencil core after processing.

The preparation method of the non-whitening silicon system eyebrow pencil lead according to claim 7, wherein in the step 1), the heating temperature is 85 to 100 ℃; in the step 2), the grinding times are 5~8; cooling to room temperature; in the step 3), the pressure for extrusion forming is 0.6 to 2Mpa; in the step 4), the first-stage temperature is 50 to 55 ℃, and the processing time is 10 to 14h; the temperature of the second stage is-20 to-10 ℃, and the processing time is 2 to 3h.
9. The method for preparing a refill of a eyebrow pencil of claim 7, wherein when the refill of the eyebrow pencil further comprises the black sesame extract, the oldenlandia diffusa extract and the cnidium fruit extract, the extract powder is directly added in step 1) according to the weight ratio.
10. The method for preparing the refill of the eyebrow pencil of claim 7, wherein when the refill of the eyebrow pencil further contains a fragrant essential oil, the fragrant monosodium glutamate oil is added in step 1).
