s13: adding an additive accounting for 12.5 percent of the total weight of the S11 product into the S11, continuously and fully mixing, and finally washing and drying;
s14: then the mixture is sent into a calcining furnace to be calcined for 15min, the calcining temperature is 375 ℃, and the temperature is reduced to the room temperature at the speed of 2 ℃/min after the calcining is finished.

The modification method of the modified montmorillonite in the embodiment comprises the following steps:
s11: adding montmorillonite into a hydrochloric acid solution according to a weight ratio of 1;
s12: adding 2 parts of glycolic acid and 6 parts of citric acid into 16 parts of deionized water, uniformly stirring, then adding 3 parts of nano tricalcium phosphate, and continuously and fully mixing to obtain an additive;
s13: adding an additive accounting for 12 percent of the total weight of the S11 product into the S11, continuously and fully mixing, and finally washing and drying;
s14: then the mixture is sent into a calcining furnace to be calcined for 12min, the calcining temperature is 360 ℃, and the temperature is reduced to the room temperature at the speed of 2 ℃/min after the calcining is finished.

step two: stirring and preparing the lotus leaf leaching liquor and the modified montmorillonite according to a weight ratio of 4;
step three: feeding the raw materials in the step one into a stirrer, stirring and mixing fully, then adding 5-10 parts of additives, and then feeding into a fermentation tank for fermentation treatment, and ending fermentation;
step four: and (4) after the fermentation is finished, separating the juice, and finally drying to obtain the probiotic enzyme powder.
2. The method for preparing probiotic ferment powder with weight-losing function according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the lotus leaf leaching solution comprises the following steps:
s01: adding lotus leaves into 5-9 times of deionized water, then adding 10-20% of chitosan and 5-10% of sodium alginate solution of the total weight of the lotus leaves, and uniformly stirring;
s02: extracting with slow fire for 1-2 hr, and filtering to obtain filtrate;
s03: and (3) leaching the filter residue of the S02 by using 3-4 times of ethanol, and mixing the filter residue and the filtrate of the S02 to obtain a lotus leaf leaching solution after the leaching is finished.
3. The method for preparing the probiotic ferment powder with the weight-losing function according to claim 2, wherein the pressure of ethanol extraction is 10-20MPa, and the extraction time is 35-45min.
4. The preparation method of the probiotic enzyme powder with the weight-losing function according to claim 2, wherein the mass fraction of the sodium alginate solution is 10-15%.
5. The method for preparing probiotic ferment powder with weight-losing function according to claim 1, wherein the modification method of the modified montmorillonite is as follows:
s11: adding montmorillonite into a hydrochloric acid solution according to a weight ratio of 1;
s12: adding 1-3 parts of glycolic acid and 5-10 parts of citric acid into 15-20 parts of deionized water, uniformly stirring, then adding 2-4 parts of nano tricalcium phosphate, and continuously and fully mixing to obtain an additive;
s13: adding an additive accounting for 10-15% of the total weight of the S11 product into the S11, continuously and fully mixing, and finally washing and drying;
s14: then the mixture is sent into a calcining furnace to be calcined for 10 to 20min, the calcining temperature is 350 to 400 ℃, and the mixture is cooled to the room temperature at the speed of 1 to 3 ℃/min after the calcining is finished.
