Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tea processing, in particular to green willow leaf tea and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the dramatic improvement of the living standard, the acceleration of the living rhythm and the change of the dietary structure of people, obesity is serious in the global epidemic situation, and becomes a worldwide disease endangering the physical health of people. Obesity increases the number of patients suffering from fatty liver and hyperlipidemia, and increases the incidence of diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and cerebral apoplexy, so that obesity is becoming a "source of everything" for many chronic diseases. In the prior art, the treatment of obesity is performed by using medicine intervention, but has the defects of great side effect and inapplicability to long-term administration. Therefore, how to regulate the fat mass in human body through diet has great significance to clinical treatment, and the current food intervention type common food instead of traditional drug treatment has become a hot spot of research of food science and technology workers. At present, most of the health-care tea sold in the market has weak pertinence, bad taste, harm to the body and poor effect. In view of the above, it is necessary to study a green willow leaf tea and a preparation method thereof to solve the above technical problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides green willow leaf tea and a preparation method thereof, which are used for solving the problems in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect, the invention provides green willow leaf tea which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1.2 to 1.5g of cyclocarya paliurus, 1 to 1.3g of lotus leaf, 0.4 to 0.5g of white gourd peel, 0.4 to 0.5g of green tea and 0.4 to 0.5g of apple grain.
Preferably, the material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: cyclocarya paliurus 1.5g, lotus leaf 1g, white gourd peel 0.5g, green tea 0.5g and apple grain 0.5g.
In addition, the raw materials used in the invention need to be: cyclocarya paliurus from Guizhou, lotus leaf from Shandong, white gourd peel from Anhui Bozhou, green tea from Fujian nan an, apple grain from Fujian Zhangzhou.
Cyclocarya paliurus has the effects of dilating blood vessels of heart and improving blood circulation of heart, so that blood sugar rise is inhibited, and the effect of reducing blood pressure is achieved. Because the cyclocarya paliurus leaves contain a plurality of important chemical components such as polysaccharide, triterpene, saponin, flavone and the like, and also contain a plurality of precious microelements such as amino acid, vitamin, germanium, selenium, chromium, vanadium, zinc, iron, calcium and the like, the leaves can be processed into the cyclocarya paliurus Liu Dai tea with the health-care effects of reducing blood sugar, blood fat, blood pressure, immunity and the like by combining an ancient tea preparation process with a modern traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece processing process.
The cyclocarya paliurus produced by Guizhou is positioned at a high altitude of a deep mountain, the surrounding industry is free of heavy engineering, the air is fresh and clean, and the cultivated cyclocarya paliurus Liu Pinzhi is higher; the cyclocarya paliurus contains coumarone essence and flavonoid which have the effects of reducing blood pressure, resisting cancer, resisting bacteria, promoting urination, protecting vascular permeability, diminishing inflammation, resisting blood coagulation, expanding coronary artery, improving blood circulation, protecting liver, promoting bile flow and reducing cholesterol.
The flavonoids in lotus leaf have the functions of obviously reducing serum cholesterol (TC), reducing serum Triglyceride (TG), reducing weight and increasing serum HDL-C, HL and LPL enzyme activities for the hyperlipidemic rats. The lotus leaf extract can reduce the digestion capacity of the body, reduce the absorption of lipid and carbohydrate, and strengthen the regulation of lipid metabolism and energy loss. The lotus leaf tea contains a large amount of fibers, can promote large intestine peristalsis, and is helpful for defecation so as to remove toxins. The lotus leaf tea is rich in thealeptin, so that metabolism is promoted, the thealeptin is a natural protein component for regulating appetite and energy balance, no chemical component harmful to human body is added, and side effects such as diarrhea and abdominal pain are avoided. The deficiency of thealeptin can inhibit metabolism, reduce energy consumption efficiency, and cause obesity. The lotus leaf tea can supplement the tea leptin consumed by human bodies in intestinal tracts, can improve the metabolism of the human bodies, and can change the human bodies into easy lean body mass. The mountain lake is ecologically suitable for lotus growth, the produced lotus leaves are also green and full, the natural sweet mountain lake wild lotus leaves are green and environment-friendly, natural and pollution-free, the lotus leaves themselves contain more abundant microelements required by human bodies, and the effects of reducing blood fat, reducing blood pressure and the like can be achieved by being matched with other raw materials. The wild lotus leaves in the Weishan lake are green and environment-friendly, natural and pollution-free, and the lotus leaves themselves contain more abundant microelements required by human bodies, and can be matched with other raw materials more effectively to achieve the effects of reducing blood fat, lowering blood pressure and the like.
White gourd peel: the white gourd peel contains tartronic acid, can inhibit sugar from being converted into fat, has the effect of inhibiting fat generation, and has a certain weight-losing effect. In addition, the white gourd peel is cool in nature, has the efficacy of clearing summer heat, and can relieve oliguria with reddish urine, summer heat and thirst after being drunk for a long time in summer. The white gourd peel produced in the Bozhou of Anhui has no sulfur fumigation and no sourness, and the quality and the process are more attractive; compared with other sulfur-fumigated white gourd peel materials, the white gourd peel material in the Bozhou of Anhui has higher quality, the sulfur-fumigated white gourd peel material can lead raw materials to be sold better, but can bring irreversible harm to human bodies, the human bodies eat sulfur-fumigated traditional Chinese medicinal materials, food can damage digestive tracts and respiratory systems, the mucous membranes of the organs are damaged to cause variation, in addition, the white gourd peel material also has damage to organs such as liver and kidney functions, sometimes the sulfur quality of the fumigated medicinal materials is poor, the purity is low, and the fumigated white gourd peel material contains more lead, mercury and other heavy metals, and can cause chronic poisoning if the consumption is large or the white gourd peel material is eaten for a long time.
Green tea (oolong tea): the pharmacological action of the green tea is remarkable in the aspects of decomposing fat, losing weight, building body and the like. Oolong tea has effects of preventing and relieving blood lipid in aortic atherosclerosis. The oolong tea can also reduce blood viscosity, prevent erythrocyte aggregation, improve blood hypercoagulability, increase blood fluidity, improve microcirculation, and inhibit thrombosis.
Apple grains: after entering human body, pectin of apples can be combined with bile acid, and redundant cholesterol and triglyceride are absorbed like sponge and then discharged out of the body. Apples contain more potassium and less sodium, and can lower blood pressure. Apples contain flavonoids, which can reduce the occurrence of coronary heart disease and induce heart disease; apples are rich in antioxidants, which can reduce the chances of cancer. The Fujian Zhangzhou freeze-dried apple particles are selected from freshly picked apples, and the apples are freeze-dried under the condition of Wen Qieli, so that the original flavor and nutrient substances of the apples can be maintained by more than 90%.
The raw materials and the gram weights of the raw materials used in the invention need to be strictly taken according to the prescription, and the total gram weight is 4g and just can be 2000ml, so that the daily drinking water requirement of adults (except pregnant women) is met. Cyclocarya paliurus and lotus leaf are main raw materials, and the cyclocarya paliurus cannot meet the effects of reducing blood pressure and blood lipid and the like due to insufficient consumption, for example, excessive consumption can cause injury to adults with vigorous liver fire in bodies, and aggravate illness conditions. The lotus leaf is cold and cool in nature, and excessive taking can damage yang qi of a human body, and symptoms of spleen and stomach yang deficiency, abdominal pain and diarrhea can appear. Excessive addition of exocarpium Benincase can cause side effects such as diarrhea and abdominal pain. Excessive addition of green tea can inhibit calcium absorption, and symptoms such as insomnia and the like appear. Apple granules are used for regulating the mouthfeel and flavor of products, and if excessive apple granules are added, diarrhea risks are increased, the apple granules are fat, and the functional burden of islets is increased. The invention realizes the complementary warm and cool nature balance by strictly researching the dosage of each component. Therefore, the effects of cyclocarya paliurus, lotus leaves, white gourd peel, green tea and apple grains are affected more or less. Therefore, the effects of slimming, body building, detumescence, diuresis, heat clearing, detoxification, blood sugar stabilization maintenance and the like are achieved by reasonably blending the single raw materials, and the health-care tea is suitable for people with health-care requirements of slimming, three-high reduction, heat clearing, fire reducing and the like.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a process for the preparation of green Liu Heshe tea comprising the steps of:
(1) Cleaning fresh cyclocarya paliurus, lotus leaves, white gourd peel, green tea and apple grains, and then drying at high temperature until the water content of the cyclocarya paliurus, the lotus leaves, the white gourd peel, the green tea and the apple grains is 2.0% -2.5%;
(2) Taking 1.2-1.5 g of cyclocarya paliurus, 1-1.3 g of lotus leaf, 0.4-0.5 g of white gourd peel, 0.4-0.5 g of green tea and 0.4-0.5 g of apple grain which are dried in the step (1), and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed raw material;
(3) The mixed raw materials in the step (2) are placed in a scenting device paved with fresh scenting materials for low-temperature baking until the water content of the mixed raw materials is 4.0-4.5%, and scenting mixed tea is obtained;
(4) And (3) naturally cooling the scenting mixed tea in the step (3) at normal temperature, and packaging with a tea bag to obtain the green Liu Heshe tea.
By adopting the method, the raw materials are dried at high temperature to ensure that the water content is 2.0-2.5 percent, so that the raw materials can completely emit water stuffiness and stale flavor. The mixed raw materials are placed in a scenting machine paved with fresh scenting materials for low-temperature baking, so that the water content of the mixed raw materials is 4.0-4.5%; because the water content in the dry tea is low, the water content of the fresh scenting material in the scenting device is high, and the water vapor carries the carrier of the fragrant fresh scenting material, so that the aromatic substances slowly enter the tea under the wrapping of the water vapor, the fragrance of flowers and flowers flows into leaves, meanwhile, the tea itself is converted, and polyphenols which cause bitter and astringent tastes begin a series of complex conversion reactions, so that the taste of the tea becomes sweet, and the color of the tea soup is changed from light green to bright yellow. The water content is increased from 2.0-2.5% to 4.0-4.5% in the scenting device, so that the water can be well wrapped in the mixed raw materials with fragrance, and the taste and the drug effect are enhanced. And the fragrance and the drug effect of the mixed raw materials can be better kept by low-temperature baking.
Preferably, the temperature of the high-temperature drying in the step (1) is 100-110 ℃.
Preferably, 1.5g of cyclocarya paliurus, 1g of lotus leaf, 0.5g of white gourd peel, 0.5g of green tea and 0.5g of apple grain in the step (2).
Preferably, in the step (3), the fresh scenting materials are fresh cyclocarya paliurus and fresh lotus leaves, the low-temperature baking temperature is 40-45 ℃, and the low-temperature baking time is 1-2 h.
By adopting the method, the fresh cyclocarya paliurus and the fresh lotus leaf are taken as fresh scenting materials, so that the loss of the drug effect caused by high-temperature drying of the main raw materials can be compensated, and the taste can be enhanced.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the fresh cyclocarya paliurus to the fresh lotus leaves is 1:1.
Preferably, the tea bag in the step (4) is a corn fiber tea bag.
By adopting the method, the corn fiber can be decomposed into carbon dioxide and water under the action of microorganisms in soil and seawater, and the waste corn fiber does not pollute the earth environment and is an edible and degradable material. The corn fiber tea bag is absolutely safe and harmless to human body, belongs to edible grade, can resist 130 ℃ high temperature, and has no burden of tea making. Therefore, the corn fiber tea bag is environment-friendly.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the green Liu Heshe tea provided by the invention is prepared by reasonable raw material proportion and method, can be directly drunk after being brewed by hot water, and has sweet taste and no bitter and astringent taste. Measuring the total cholesterol, triglyceride, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the serum of the mice to reflect the blood lipid level of the mice, wherein the total cholesterol, triglyceride, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the serum are important indexes for reflecting the lipid metabolism of organisms, and the low-density lipoprotein cholesterol is the root cause of cardiovascular diseases; high density lipoprotein cholesterol has the effect of transporting cholesterol to liver for metabolism, and can reduce blood lipid by reducing total cholesterol, triglyceride and high density lipoprotein cholesterol and increasing low density lipoprotein cholesterol. The detection method comprises the following steps: the serum samples of mice after 6 weeks of feeding were placed in a 2mL sterile centrifuge tube and four indicators of total cholesterol, triglycerides, high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol were measured using a full-automatic biochemical analyzer. The effect of green Liu Heshe tea on blood lipid levels in mice is shown in table 4.
TABLE 4 influence of green willow leaf tea on blood lipid level of mice
Note that: the data in the table show total cholesterol, triglycerides, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, and increasing low density lipoprotein cholesterol are all average values of the samples.
As can be seen from Table 4, after 6 weeks of feeding, the total cholesterol, triglyceride and high density lipoprotein cholesterol in the mice in the model group were significantly higher than that in the blank group, and the increase in the low density lipoprotein cholesterol content was 2.16 times, 1.55 times, 1.81 times and 2.33 times that in the mice in the blank group, respectively, indicating that the high-fat mice in the model group had significant hyperlipidemia characteristics. For mice fed green Liu Heshe tea, the total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol levels in serum were all significantly lower than in the model high-fat group, but slightly higher than in the blank control group. The results show that the green willow leaf tea can reduce the total cholesterol, triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol content and realize the regulation of the blood lipid level.
