Abstract

一种即使在泥浆流体内也不损坏齿而且能排除泥浆的斜齿轮。它把轴的直角方向为断面的齿形曲线作为由次摆线齿形构成的第2型齿形,在次摆线齿形的一部分上构成第1型齿形的圆弧(诺维柯夫)齿形和渐开线齿形,齿形曲线啮合点的轨迹为把从齿轮旋转中心O1、O2为中心的齿顶圆半径R01和R02、比齿节圆半径R1和R2要小的半径Rb1和Rb2、通过节点P的直线以及把它们的两端用以节点P为中心的半径a1和a2的圆弧相结合的轨迹,它的齿形曲线作为由次摆线曲线、渐开线曲线以及圆弧齿形构成的连续相切齿形,用滑功率大的次摆线曲线部分除去泥浆,而用圆弧齿轮(诺维柯夫齿形)及渐开线齿形部传送动力。

Description

斜齿轮
本发明涉及一种斜齿轮的齿形曲线,更详细地说,涉及一种具有齿形曲线由次摆线曲线与渐开线曲线以及圆弧(诺维柯夫齿形)构成的连续相切的齿轮齿形的斜齿轮。
通常,斜齿轮的齿形曲线是由渐开线曲线或摆线曲线等单一曲线作为齿形的,因而,具有这种齿形曲线的斜齿轮主要用于液体输送用的齿轮泵,大多是在油槽内旋转的齿轮。
但是,油槽内含有铁锈或油污物,很显然这些固形物有磨损齿形的情况。特别是,在用于泥浆流体的流体输送的齿轮泵时,流体中泥浆会磨损齿形,有时会使旋转停止。
本发明的目的是提供一种即使在咬入泥浆流体时,也不会损坏齿而并能排除泥浆的斜齿轮。
本发明是将齿形曲线啮合点的轨迹形成把从齿轮回转中心O1、O2作为中心的齿顶圆半径Ro1和Ro2、比齿节圆半径R1及R2要小的半径Rb1和Rb2、通过节点P的直线以及将它们的两端用以节点为中心的半径a,和a2的圆弧相结合所构成的轨迹,由于它的齿形曲线成为由将摆线曲线、渐开线曲线及圆弧齿形构成的连续相切齿轮齿形,所以由滑功率大的次摆线曲线除去齿形啮合泥浆部,而圆弧齿形、渐开线齿形能进行动力传送,从而防止了油槽内泥浆或流体中泥浆等损伤齿轮齿形。
图1是说明本发明的容积型流量计的转子齿形实施形态的部分断面图。
图1示出了在说明本发明的斜齿轮实施形态的轴直方向断面中部分齿形曲线及啮合点轨迹,图中,1是齿数为Z1的主动轮(下称O1齿轮),2是齿数为Z2的从动轮(下称O2齿轮),3是O1齿轮的齿顶园Ro1,4是O2齿轮的齿顶圆Ro2,5是O1齿轮的齿节圆R1,6是O2齿轮的齿节圆R2,P是节点。
在图1所示的齿形曲线中,从节圆5、6上的点P1、P2作为界线形成各自的齿顶高齿形和齿根高齿形。下面对O1、O2齿轮1,2的齿形曲线的结构加以说明。
O1齿轮1的齿顶高齿形曲线是用A1B1C1D1P1示出的连续曲线,曲线A1B1是齿顶圆半径Ro的齿顶圆弧,曲线B1C1是中心在齿节圆上的半径为a1的圆弧齿形,曲线C1D1是O2齿轮2的E2点的所绘矢径Rc11(后述)的次摆线曲线,而D1P1是由矢径Rc31(后述)构成的压力角α的渐开线曲线。
O1齿轮1的齿根高齿形曲线是由P1E1F1G1H1构成的连续曲线,曲线P1E1是与上述D1P1连续的压力角α的渐开线曲线,曲线E1F1是中心在节点圆上的半径a2的圆弧齿形,曲线F1G1是O2齿轮2的B2点的所绘矢径Rb21(后述)的次摆线曲线,而曲线G1H1是以齿根圆半径(R1+R2-Ro2)为半径的圆。同样地,能给出O2齿轮2的齿形曲线。

把这样得到的O1齿轮1与O2齿轮2的啮合点用静止座标系加以表示的啮合点轨成为把节点作为P并用点划线表示的10,11,12,13,P,14,15,16,17,18,19,P,20,21的双纽线曲线。
对应于权利要求的效果是,齿形曲线啮合点的轨迹为把以齿轮旋转中心O1,O2为中心的齿圆半径Ro1和Ro2、比齿节圆半径R1及R2要小的半径Rb1和Rb2、通过节点P的直线、以及把它们的两端用以节点为中心的半径a1和a2的圆弧相结合的轨迹,它的齿形曲线作为由次摆线曲线、渐开线曲线以及圆弧齿形构成的连续相切的齿轮齿形,所以即使在含有泥浆流体中旋转,滑动率大的次摆线曲线部分能除去泥浆,而圆弧齿形(诺维柯夫齿形)及渐开线齿形能作为动力传送,从而较好地适用于处理含泥浆的流体的泵及容积型流量计的转子。

1.一种斜齿轮,其特征在于,齿形曲线的啮合点轨迹为把从齿轮旋转中心O1、O2作为中心的齿顶圆半径Ro1和Ro2、比齿节圆半径R1和R2要小的半径Rb1和Rb2、通过节点P的直线、以及把它们的两端用以节点为中心的半径a1和a2的圆弧相结合的轨迹,它的齿形曲线为由次摆线曲线,渐开线曲线以及圆弧齿形构成的连续相切的齿轮齿形。
