Abstract
The invention provides a control method, a system and a medium for an outdoor fan of an air conditioner, which can prevent a unit from reporting high voltage for protection and enable the unit to run stably. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring the exhaust pressure of an air conditioner outdoor unit in real time; when the exhaust pressure is not less than a first threshold value, controlling and adjusting the rotating speed of the outer fan according to the exhaust pressure so as to adjust the exhaust pressure; and when the exhaust pressure is smaller than a first threshold value, automatically adjusting the rotating speed of the outer fan according to the outdoor environment temperature. The invention can effectively reduce the heat exchange quantity of the outdoor heat exchanger when the air conditioner heats, and adjust the heat exchange quantity of the evaporation side by switching the gears of the outer fan (air quantity conversion), thereby reducing the exhaust pressure, and the switching of the gears of the outer fan (air quantity conversion) is judged according to the exhaust pressure, so that the unit can stably operate, the operation range of the unit is greatly expanded, and the unit is prevented from reporting high pressure protection.

a) When the test is carried out according to the method of 6.3.9, all parts of the air conditioner cannot be damaged, and the air conditioner can normally operate;
b) During the maximum operation heating operation period of the air conditioner, the overload protector should not be tripped;
c) When the overload protector is not reset in the first 5min of operation, the overload protector is reset within no more than 30 min of shutdown and continuously operates for 1 h;
d) For the overload protector reset manually, the overload protector can be tripped within the first 5min, and can be reset forcibly after being tripped for 10 min, and the overload protector can continuously run for 1 h.
Note that in the above test, the automatic reset overload protection device that turned on and off the motor to prevent overheating of the indoor heat exchanger was periodically operated, and the air conditioner was considered to be continuously operated.
The working condition is too harsh for the heating operation of the air conditioner, and high-voltage protection is easily caused. If no measures are taken to regulate the high pressure of the unit, the air conditioning unit is difficult to operate under the working condition.
According to the method and the set threshold, the exhaust pressure can be effectively adjusted through adjustment of the outdoor fan, high-pressure protection of the unit is avoided, and the unit can operate for a long time under the condition that the requirement of national standard GB/T17758-2010 maximum heating operation is met. The existing air conditioner fan adjusting method usually reports high-voltage protection within 120 min.
Specifically, the preset rotating speed is one gear rotating speed of the multi-gear fan or 300rpm.
The method can adjust the exhaust pressure by adjusting the gear of the outdoor unit or the rotating speed of the direct current fan, and can be suitable for most of on-sale machine types.
Specifically, the initial determination of the exhaust pressure is processed according to an exhaust pressure rise line. When the exhaust pressure is just started or the acquired exhaust pressure is interrupted due to other reasons such as power interruption (namely the time from the current acquired exhaust pressure to the last acquired exhaust pressure exceeds a preset value (generally 5 min)), when the initial judgment of the exhaust pressure acquires the exhaust pressure again, the control is performed again according to the exhaust pressure, namely, the judgment is restarted.
As an example, if the exhaust pressure obtained after starting up is 38bar, if the judgment of the rising line is that the fan is reduced for one gear. If the pressing force is judged to be reduced according to the line, the fan is lifted to the first gear, and at the moment, the judgment is carried out according to the lifting line.
The possibility of high-voltage protection of the unit is reduced, and the stability of the fan is improved.
