Description

Control method, system and medium for outdoor fan of air conditioner
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of air conditioner outdoor units, and particularly relates to a method, a system and a medium for controlling an air conditioner outdoor fan.
Background
At present, most manufacturers set the rotating speed of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner by adopting a control method for controlling the rotating speed of an outdoor fan according to the outdoor environment temperature, for example, the patent 'air conditioner control method and control device' (publication number CN 107062518B) discloses an air conditioner control method, which solves the problem that the rotating speed of the fan cannot be automatically adjusted according to different air conditioner operating environments, the fan can save energy when operating at a relatively low rotating speed, the noise of the outdoor unit can be reduced, the air conditioning system can operate more stably, the times of stopping and starting the outdoor fan are reduced, and the use comfort of users is improved. However, this method has a drawback:
when the air conditioning equipment is in heating operation, high-voltage protection is easy to occur when the outdoor temperature is overhigh. When the air conditioning equipment heats the operation, the outdoor heat exchanger is the evaporation side, and when outdoor temperature was higher, evaporation temperature was too high and then lead to the exhaust rising, and when pressure was higher than the pressure switch guard value, the unit was shut down because of the high pressure switch disconnection.

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a control method, a system and a medium for an outdoor fan of an air conditioner, which can prevent a unit from reporting high-voltage protection, can protect the heating operation of the air conditioner and ensure that the unit can stably operate.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
the invention provides a method for controlling an outdoor fan of an air conditioner, which comprises the following steps:
acquiring the exhaust pressure of an outdoor fan of the air conditioner in real time;
when the exhaust pressure is not less than a first threshold value, controlling and adjusting the rotating speed of the outer fan according to the exhaust pressure so as to adjust the exhaust pressure;
and when the exhaust pressure is smaller than a first threshold value, automatically adjusting the rotating speed of the outer fan according to the outdoor environment temperature.
Further, controlling and adjusting the rotating speed of the external fan according to the exhaust pressure to adjust the exhaust pressure, and the method comprises the following steps:
when the exhaust pressure is less than or equal to the first threshold and less than the second threshold, controlling the rotating speed of the external machine to reduce a preset rotating speed until the exhaust pressure is reduced to a third threshold, and automatically adjusting the rotating speed of the external machine according to the outdoor environment temperature;
when the exhaust pressure is larger than the second threshold value, the rotation speed of the outer fan is controlled to be reduced to the lowest rotation speed no matter the outer fan is in any rotation speed until the exhaust pressure is lower than the fourth threshold value, the fan is controlled to be increased by a preset rotation speed until the exhaust pressure is reduced to the third threshold value, and the rotation speed of the outer fan is automatically adjusted according to the outdoor environment temperature.
Further, the first threshold is larger than a third threshold, and a pressure difference exists between the first threshold and the third threshold.
Further, the pressure difference is 3-8bar.
Further, the first threshold value is 36bar;
the second threshold value is 40bar;
the third threshold value is 32bar;
the fourth threshold value is 37bar.
Further, the preset rotating speed is one gear rotating speed of the multi-gear fan or 300rpm.
Further, when the time from the last acquired exhaust pressure to the last acquired exhaust pressure exceeds a preset value, the method for controlling the outdoor fan of the air conditioner is restarted according to the last acquired exhaust pressure.
In a second aspect, the invention provides an outdoor fan control system of an air conditioner, which comprises a controller, a fan and an air pressure sensor, wherein the fan and the air pressure sensor are connected with the controller;
the air pressure sensor is used for collecting exhaust pressure and transmitting the exhaust pressure to the controller;
the fan is used for receiving the instruction of the controller to change the rotating speed of the fan;
the controller is configured to perform the control method according to the first aspect.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides a computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the method of the first aspect.

2. The invention can effectively reduce the heat exchange quantity of the heat exchanger by reducing the air quantity at the outdoor side, and adjust the heat exchange quantity at the evaporation side by switching the gears of the external fan (air quantity change), thereby reducing the exhaust pressure, ensuring the unit to stably run, greatly widening the running range of the unit and avoiding the unit from reporting high pressure protection.
3. According to the invention, the pressure difference exists between the first threshold and the third threshold, so that frequent high-pressure protection is avoided.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
The first embodiment is as follows:
the present embodiment provides a method, a system, and a medium for controlling an outdoor fan of an air conditioner, as shown in fig. 1, including the following steps:
acquiring the exhaust pressure of an outdoor fan of the air conditioner in real time;
when the exhaust pressure is not less than the first threshold value, the rotating speed of the outer fan is controlled and adjusted according to the exhaust pressure so as to adjust the exhaust pressure;
and when the exhaust pressure is smaller than a first threshold value, automatically adjusting the rotating speed of the outer fan according to the outdoor environment temperature.
Specifically, controlling and adjusting the rotating speed of the external fan according to the exhaust pressure to adjust the exhaust pressure comprises the following steps:
(1) when the exhaust pressure is smaller than a first threshold value, the rotating speed gear of the outer fan is automatically adjusted according to the outdoor environment temperature;
(2) when the exhaust pressure is smaller than the first threshold value and smaller than the second threshold value, the rotating speed of the external machine is immediately reduced to a preset rotating speed, and at the moment, if the exhaust pressure is reduced to a third threshold value, the rotating speed of the external fan is automatically adjusted according to the outdoor environment temperature.
(3) When the exhaust pressure is larger than the second threshold value, the rotating speed is reduced to the lowest rotating speed (namely the lowest gear of the multi-gear fan for the multi-gear fan) no matter the outer fan is at any rotating speed, and the gear of the fan is increased by the preset rotating speed until the pressure is lower than the fourth threshold value.
Preferably, the first threshold is greater than the third threshold, and a pressure difference exists between the first threshold and the third threshold. And a pressure difference exists between the first threshold and the third threshold, so that frequent high-pressure protection is avoided. The pressure difference is preferably 3-8bar.
Preferably, the first threshold is 36bar; the second threshold is 40bar; the third threshold value is 32bar; the fourth threshold value is 37bar. The value settings for these thresholds are the optimum exhaust pressure settings that applicants have experimentally verified. The test method adopted by the applicant is to test the working condition according to the national standard GB/T17758-2010 maximum heating operation requirement: indoor 27 ℃/-; outdoor 21 ℃/15 ℃, test requirements are as follows:
national standard GB/T17758-2010:5.3.9 maximum operation heating
a) When the test is carried out according to the method of 6.3.9, all parts of the air conditioner cannot be damaged, and the air conditioner can normally operate;
b) During the maximum operation heating operation period of the air conditioner, the overload protector should not be tripped;
c) When the overload protector is not reset in the first 5min of operation, the overload protector is reset within no more than 30 min of shutdown and continuously operates for 1 h;
d) For the overload protector reset manually, the overload protector can be tripped within the first 5min, and can be reset forcibly after being tripped for 10 min, and the overload protector can continuously run for 1 h.
Note that in the above test, the automatic reset overload protection device that turned on and off the motor to prevent overheating of the indoor heat exchanger was periodically operated, and the air conditioner was considered to be continuously operated.
The working condition is too harsh for the heating operation of the air conditioner, and high-voltage protection is easily caused. If no measures are taken to regulate the high pressure of the unit, the air conditioning unit is difficult to operate under the working condition.
According to the method and the set threshold, the exhaust pressure can be effectively adjusted through adjustment of the outdoor fan, high-pressure protection of the unit is avoided, and the unit can operate for a long time under the condition that the requirement of national standard GB/T17758-2010 maximum heating operation is met. The existing air conditioner fan adjusting method usually reports high-voltage protection within 120 min.
Specifically, the preset rotating speed is one gear rotating speed of the multi-gear fan or 300rpm.
The method can adjust the exhaust pressure by adjusting the gear of the outdoor unit or the rotating speed of the direct current fan, and can be suitable for most of on-sale machine types.
Specifically, the initial determination of the exhaust pressure is processed according to an exhaust pressure rise line. When the exhaust pressure is just started or the acquired exhaust pressure is interrupted due to other reasons such as power interruption (namely the time from the current acquired exhaust pressure to the last acquired exhaust pressure exceeds a preset value (generally 5 min)), when the initial judgment of the exhaust pressure acquires the exhaust pressure again, the control is performed again according to the exhaust pressure, namely, the judgment is restarted.
As an example, if the exhaust pressure obtained after starting up is 38bar, if the judgment of the rising line is that the fan is reduced for one gear. If the pressing force is judged to be reduced according to the line, the fan is lifted to the first gear, and at the moment, the judgment is carried out according to the lifting line.
The possibility of high-voltage protection of the unit is reduced, and the stability of the fan is improved.
In addition, the term "automatically adjusting the rotation speed of the external fan according to the outdoor environment temperature" in the method refers to using a conventional method for automatically adjusting the wind speed according to the outdoor environment temperature, which has been disclosed in the prior art (for example, patent "a control method and a control device for an air conditioner", publication No. CN 107062518B), and the present invention is not described in detail again.
The implementation principle is as follows: when the air conditioning equipment is used for heating, the outdoor heat exchanger is an evaporation side, when the outdoor temperature is higher, the evaporation temperature is too high, the exhaust is increased, when the pressure is higher than the protection value of a pressure switch, the unit is stopped due to the disconnection of the high-voltage switch, and the exhaust pressure can be reduced only by reducing the heat exchange quantity of the evaporation side.
