Description

Control method and system for high-temperature protection of air conditioner and air conditioner
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to a control method and a control system for high-temperature protection of an air conditioner and the air conditioner.
Background
In the process of using the air conditioner in the heating mode, the temperature of the inner disc of the inner machine is gradually increased along with the running condition of the air conditioner. Aiming at products with smaller configuration of an internal machine system, when the internal machine system runs to the minimum frequency under the working condition of heating high load, the problem of overhigh temperature of an internal disc still exists, and particularly when a filter screen of the internal machine is dirty and blocked, P6 is easily triggered to protect the internal machine system from being shut down. This makes the air conditioner system poor in operation stability and low in reliability. To this has increased a mechanism of preventing high temperature protection, sets for one promptly and prevents the high temperature protection value, when the inner disc temperature reached and prevents the high temperature protection value, the outer fan of stall reduces the temperature of inner disc to avoid the frequent inner disc protection shut down the condition, make the operation of system reliable and stable.
However, the currently set high-temperature protection values correspond to the same high-temperature protection value for different wind shelves, the condition that the temperature of the inner disc changes rapidly under all the wind shelves is not considered, and the lower high-temperature protection value can cause the air conditioner to frequently generate the high-temperature protection condition under the condition of low wind shelves, so that the normal performance of the heating performance of the air conditioner is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention solves the problem of how to avoid the frequent high temperature protection of the air conditioner and improve the comfort of the air conditioner.
In order to solve the problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme.
In one aspect, the present invention provides a control method for high temperature protection of an air conditioner, including:
acquiring the temperature Tn of an inner disc of the air conditioner;
if the temperature Tn of the inner disc reaches a preset protection value Tb, controlling the air conditioner to enter a preset high-temperature-prevention protection mode and continuing for a first preset time t 1;
acquiring a fan blade rotating speed V of the air conditioner;
if the fan blade rotating speed V of the air conditioner is less than a preset rotating speed Vc, controlling the air conditioner to enter a preset high-temperature protection adjusting mode;
acquiring the interval time t for the air conditioner to enter the high-temperature-resistant protection mode again after the high-temperature-resistant protection mode is finished;
If the interval time T is less than or equal to a second preset time T2, adjusting the preset protection value to Tb + delta T;
wherein the δ T is greater than zero.
According to the control method for the high-temperature protection of the air conditioner, under the condition that the air conditioner is at a lower fan blade rotating speed which is lower than the preset rotating speed, if the interval time for the air conditioner to enter the high-temperature protection mode again is shorter than the second preset time, the high-temperature protection mode is frequently triggered, at the moment, the high-temperature protection condition is judged, if frequent triggering is found, the preset protection value is reasonably adjusted upwards, the air conditioner is controlled to be more stable under the heating operation, the occurrence rate of the inner disc shutdown protection condition is reduced, and the comfort of the air conditioner is improved.
Further, the delta T is 2-4 ℃.
According to the control method for the high-temperature-prevention protection of the air conditioner, the delta T is set to be 2-4 ℃, so that the temperature increased each time is smaller, the preset protection value is slowly increased, the preset protection value cannot be increased too fast, and the normal operation of a high-temperature-prevention protection mode is ensured.
Further, the second preset time t2 is 50-70 min.
According to the control method for the high-temperature protection of the air conditioner, provided by the invention, as the high-temperature protection interval is longer, the high-temperature protection frequency is lower, the influence on the comfort is lower, and the condition of the high-temperature protection frequency can be more accurately judged by setting the second preset time to be 50-70min, so that the improvement of the comfort of the air conditioner is facilitated.
Further, after the step of adjusting the preset protection value to Tb + δ T, the method further includes:
and if the preset protection value is greater than or equal to 60 ℃, correcting the preset protection value to be 60 ℃.
The control method for the high-temperature prevention protection of the air conditioner corrects the preset protection value of more than or equal to 60 ℃, so that the high-temperature prevention protection cannot be out of limit, the influence on the stability of the indoor unit is avoided, the overheating condition is avoided, and the normal operation of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is ensured.
Further, the step of obtaining the rotating speed V of the fan blade of the air conditioner includes:
acquiring an air outlet gear of the air conditioner in a heating mode;
if the air conditioner is in a strong wind shield, setting the rotating speed of the fan blades of the air conditioner to be V1;
if the air conditioner is in a high wind level, setting the rotating speed of the fan blades of the air conditioner to be V2;
if the air conditioner is in a middle wind shield, setting the rotating speed of the fan blades of the air conditioner to be V3;
if the air conditioner is in a low wind gear, setting the rotating speed of the fan blades of the air conditioner to be V4;
wherein V1 is more than V2 is more than Vc is more than V3 is more than V4.
According to the control method for the high-temperature protection of the air conditioner, the high-temperature protection is not easy to frequently occur due to good heat dissipation effect when the air conditioner is at or above a high wind level, and the high-temperature protection adjustment mode is performed when the air conditioner is at a medium-low wind level, so that the air conditioner can be controlled more accurately, and the energy consumption is saved.
Further, the step of controlling the air conditioner to enter a preset high temperature protection mode for a first preset time t1 includes:
controlling an outdoor fan of the air conditioner to stop running, and restarting the outdoor fan after the first preset time t 1;
and controlling the compressor of the air conditioner to stop running, and restarting the compressor after the first preset time t 1.
Further, the first preset time t1 is 5-20 min.
Further, the initial value of the preset protection value Tb is 45-50 ℃.
In another aspect, the present invention provides a control system for high temperature protection of an air conditioner, comprising:
the inner disc temperature detection module is used for acquiring the inner disc temperature Tn of the air conditioner;
the fan blade rotating speed detection module is used for acquiring the fan blade rotating speed V of the air conditioner;
the timing module is used for acquiring the interval time t for the air conditioner to enter the high-temperature-prevention protection mode again after the high-temperature-prevention protection mode is finished;
the control module is used for controlling the air conditioner to enter a preset high-temperature-prevention protection mode when the temperature Tn of the inner disc reaches a preset protection value Tb and continuing for a first preset time t 1;
The control module is also used for controlling the air conditioner to enter a preset high-temperature protection adjustment mode when the rotating speed V of the fan blade of the air conditioner is less than a preset rotating speed Vc;

Detailed Description
It should be noted that, in the prior art, for the high temperature protection control logic of the air conditioner internal unit, the high temperature protection value is a fixed value, the condition that the temperature of the inner disc changes rapidly under all wind gears is not considered, and under the condition of high wind gears, because the rotating speed of the fan blades of the internal unit is high, the air after heat exchange can be blown out rapidly, and the heat exchange is performed rapidly, so that the rapid temperature rise of the inner disc is avoided. And under the condition of lower windscreen, because heat transfer rate is lower, lead to the heat can gather fast, so the probability of reentry high temperature protection mode is higher, under some circumstances, can make the air conditioner frequently get into and prevent high temperature protection mode. Under the high temperature protection mode, the air conditioner can be shut down, heating cannot be performed, the high temperature protection mode is frequently triggered, and the normal performance of the heating performance of the air conditioner is undoubtedly influenced.
In order to solve the problem that the air conditioner frequently enters the high-temperature protection mode, the invention provides a control logic which can raise the threshold value of the high-temperature protection when the air conditioner is blown out at a low gear, so that the high-temperature protection mode is prevented from being frequently triggered, the air conditioner is controlled to be more stable in heating operation, and the occurrence rate of the inner disc shutdown protection condition is reduced.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a control method for high temperature protection of an air conditioner, which is applied to an air conditioner, where the air conditioner may be a fixed-frequency air conditioner or a variable-frequency air conditioner, and the high temperature protection condition is determined, and when the high temperature protection condition is frequently triggered, the high temperature protection setting value is reasonably adjusted, so that the air conditioner is controlled to be more stable in heating operation, and the occurrence rate of the inner disc shutdown protection condition is reduced.
The air conditioner in this embodiment includes a controller, a plurality of sensors with different functions, and a timer, where the controller has at least one software function module that can be stored in the controller in the form of software or firmware or solidified in an Operating System (OS) of a server, and the control module executes a control program according to data collected by the sensors.
The controller may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. The controller may be a general-purpose Processor, and includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; but may also be a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware components. The various methods, steps and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented or performed. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor. The controller may also be any conventional processor or the like.
Referring to fig. 1, the method for controlling high temperature protection of an air conditioner provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
s100: and acquiring the temperature Tn of the inner disc of the air conditioner.
Specifically, in the heating mode, the inner disc temperature Tn of the air conditioner is detected by the inner disc temperature detection module and transmitted to the controller. It should be noted that the air conditioner enters the heating mode after receiving the heating instruction, and the heating instruction may be a heating instruction when starting up, or may be an operation mode of the air conditioner switched to the heating mode, for example, switched from the ventilation mode to the heating mode. Meanwhile, the temperature of the inner panel mentioned in this embodiment may be a coil temperature of an evaporator of an indoor unit of an air conditioner, and at this time, the temperature Tn of the inner panel may be obtained by a temperature sensor provided on the evaporator.
S200: and judging whether the temperature Tn of the inner disc reaches a preset protection value Tb or not.
Specifically, in the heating mode, the controller receives the inner disc temperature Tn and then determines whether the inner disc temperature Tn reaches the preset protection value Tb. The preset protection value Tb may be arbitrarily set within a range of 35 ℃ to 50 ℃ (inclusive), for example, the preset protection value Tb is set at 40 ℃.
Step S200 is used to determine whether the air conditioner enters the high temperature protection mode.
If the inner panel temperature Tn reaches the preset protection value Tb, step S300 is executed, and if the inner panel temperature Tn does not reach the preset protection value Tb, the air conditioner is controlled to operate normally.
S300: and controlling the air conditioner to enter a preset high-temperature-prevention protection mode and lasting for a first preset time t 1.
Specifically, if the inner disc temperature Tn reaches a preset protection value, the controller executes a preset program and controls the air conditioner to enter a high-temperature protection mode, at this time, the controller controls an outdoor fan of the air conditioner to stop running, at this time, heating is stopped, and the outdoor fan is restarted after the first preset time t1 is continued. The first preset time t1 is the preset duration of the high temperature protection mode, and is usually between 5min and 20min, for example, 10 min. After the first preset time t1, the inner disc temperature Tn can be gradually decreased, and normal heating can be performed again at this time.
S400: and acquiring the rotating speed V of the fan blades of the air conditioner.
Specifically, after the high-temperature protection mode is triggered, the fan blade rotating speed Vn of the air conditioner is obtained through the fan blade rotating speed detection module and is transmitted to the controller. Furthermore, the fan blade rotating speed detection module detects the gear of the air conditioner and sets the rotating speed of the fan blades, the air conditioner is divided into four gears which are respectively a strong windshield, a high windshield, a middle windshield and a low windshield, and the controller acquires the air outlet gear of the air conditioner in the heating mode. If the fan blade rotating speed detection module detects that the air conditioner is in a strong windshield, setting the rotating speed of the fan blade of the air conditioner to be V1; if the fan blade rotating speed detection module detects that the air conditioner is in a high windshield, setting the fan blade rotating speed of the air conditioner to be V2; if the fan blade rotating speed detection module detects that the air conditioner is positioned in a middle windshield, setting the fan blade rotating speed of the air conditioner to be V3; and if the fan blade rotating speed detection module detects that the air conditioner is in a low windshield, setting the rotating speed of the fan blades of the air conditioner to be V4.
It should be noted that, the higher the fan blade rotating speed V is, the larger the air outlet speed of the air conditioner is, and the better the heat exchange effect is.
S500: and judging whether the fan blade rotating speed V of the air conditioner is less than a preset rotating speed Vc.
Specifically, in the heating mode, the fan blade rotating speed monitoring module detects and sets a fan blade rotating speed Vn of the air conditioner and transmits the fan blade rotating speed Vn to the controller. The controller judges whether the rotating speed is greater than or equal to a preset rotating speed Vc or not after receiving the rotating speed Vn of the fan blade of the air conditioner, wherein V1 is greater than V2 is greater than Vc and is greater than V3 is greater than V4, so that when the air conditioner is in a middle windshield or a low windshield, the rotating speed of the fan blade of the air conditioner is less than the preset rotating speed Vc, and when the air conditioner is in a high windshield or a strong windshield, the rotating speed of the fan blade of the air conditioner is greater than the preset rotating speed.
The step S500 is used for judging the rotation speed of the fan blade of the air conditioner, and when the rotation speed of the fan blade of the air conditioner is high, it indicates that the heat exchange efficiency is high, and the probability that the air conditioner frequently enters the high temperature protection mode is low, and when the rotation speed of the fan blade of the air conditioner is low, it indicates that the heat exchange efficiency is low, and the probability that the air conditioner frequently enters the high temperature protection mode is high.
If the air conditioner is in a middle windshield or a low windshield, the rotating speed V of the fan blades of the air conditioner is smaller than the preset rotating speed Vc, at this time, step S600 is executed, if the air conditioner is in a high windshield or a strong windshield, the rotating speed V of the fan blades of the air conditioner is larger than the preset rotating speed Vc, and at this time, the air conditioner keeps normal control logic.
When the air conditioner is in a high wind gear and above, the heat dissipation effect is good, high-temperature protection is not prone to frequent occurrence, and when the air conditioner is in a medium-low wind gear, a high-temperature protection adjustment mode is performed, so that the air conditioner can be controlled more accurately, and energy consumption is saved.
S600: and controlling the air conditioner to enter a preset high-temperature protection adjustment mode.
Specifically, after the air conditioner enters the high temperature protection adjustment mode, the controller controls the timer to start, the timer starts to count time, and step S700 is executed.
S700: and obtaining the interval time t for the air conditioner to enter the high-temperature-resistant protection mode again after the high-temperature-resistant protection mode is finished.
Specifically, the timer is electrically connected with the controller, starts to time when the previous high-temperature-resistant protection mode is finished, stops to time when the next high-temperature-resistant protection mode is entered, obtains the interval time t, and transmits the interval time t to the controller. Specifically, the timing is started when the air conditioner finishes the high temperature protection mode until the air conditioner enters the high temperature protection mode again, and the interval time t is obtained.
And S800, judging whether the interval time t is less than or equal to a second preset time t 2.
Specifically, the timer is also used for starting timing when the air conditioner finishes the high-temperature protection mode and lasting for a second preset time t 2; the controller judges whether the interval time t is less than or equal to a second preset time t2 after receiving the interval time t, if so, the step S900 is executed, otherwise, the preset protection value does not need to be adjusted, the normal control logic is kept, the high-temperature protection adjustment mode is exited, and the preset protection value is not adjusted any more.
In the embodiment, the second preset time t2 is 50-70min, preferably, the second preset time t2 is 60min, and whether the air conditioner frequently enters the high temperature protection mode is determined by determining whether the high temperature protection occurs again within 60 min. When the high-temperature protection interval is long (such as more than 60 min), the high-temperature protection frequency is low, the influence on the comfort is low, and the second preset time is set to be 50-70min, so that the condition of the high-temperature protection frequency can be accurately judged, and the comfort of the air conditioner is improved.
If the interval time T is less than or equal to the second predetermined time T2, step s900 is executed to adjust the predetermined protection value to Tb + δ T.
In particular, δ T is greater than zero and δ T is between 2-4 ℃, preferably δ T is 2 ℃ in this embodiment, i.e. the preset protection value is adjusted up by 2 ℃ each time. Of course, the value of δ T is only exemplary, and δ T may be set according to actual conditions for different use environments, power and heating capacity. In addition, by setting delta T to be 2-4 ℃, the temperature increased each time is small, the preset protection value is slowly increased, the preset protection value is not increased too fast, and the normal operation of the high-temperature-prevention protection mode is ensured.
Further, after the step of adjusting the preset protection value to Tb + δ T, the controller needs to determine the preset protection value, if the adjusted preset protection value is greater than or equal to 60 ℃, step S1000 is executed, and if the adjusted preset protection value is less than 60 ℃, step S700 is executed again.
S1000: the preset protection value is corrected to 60 ℃.
Specifically, if the temperature of the inner disc is higher than 60 ℃, the stability of the inner machine is affected, the controller is easily overheated, and the normal operation of the inner machine of the air conditioner is affected. Therefore, the upper limit of the preset protection value is set to be 60 ℃, the normal operation of the air conditioner can be effectively guaranteed, the high-temperature protection cannot be out of limit, the influence on the stability of the inner unit is avoided, the overheating condition is avoided, and the normal operation of the inner unit of the air conditioner is guaranteed.
In summary, the control method for preventing high temperature protection of an air conditioner provided in this embodiment monitors the inner panel temperature and the windshield in the heating mode, determines the high temperature prevention condition of the operation of the air conditioner under the condition of a lower windshield, and adjusts the preset protection value of the high temperature protection when the air conditioner frequently enters the high temperature protection mode, that is, when the interval time for re-entering the high temperature protection mode after the high temperature protection mode is ended is shorter (not more than 60min), so that the inner panel temperature in the heating operation state is in a more reasonable controllable and reliable range, the condition that the high temperature protection of the inner panel is frequently stopped is avoided, and the comfort of the user in the use process of the air conditioner is ensured.
