Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an air conditioner control method, including the following steps:
setting the initial rotating speed of an outdoor fan according to the outdoor environment temperature when the air conditioner enters a heating mode;
the method comprises the steps of obtaining the temperature of an indoor heat exchanger, and comparing the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger with a first preset temperature value and a second preset temperature value, wherein the first preset temperature value is larger than the second preset temperature value; namely, the first preset temperature value and the second preset temperature value are respectively the upper limit value and the lower limit value of the safe operation temperature range of the indoor heat exchanger;
if the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is higher than a first preset temperature value, reducing the rotating speed of an outdoor fan;
if the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is not greater than the first preset temperature value and not less than the second preset temperature value, the outdoor fan keeps the current rotating speed;
and if the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is lower than the second preset temperature value, increasing the rotating speed of the outdoor fan.
The air conditioner control method provided by the embodiment of the invention sets different initial rotating speeds of the outdoor fan according to different outdoor environment temperatures, solves the problem that the rotating speed of the fan in the prior art cannot be automatically adjusted according to different air conditioner operating environments, can achieve the effect of energy saving when the fan operates at a relatively low rotating speed, reduces the noise of an outdoor unit, and improves the use comfort of users. When the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is higher than the upper limit value of the safe operation temperature, the system pressure is too high, and the rotating speed of an outdoor fan is reduced to reduce the system pressure, so that the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is reduced to be within the safe operation temperature range; when the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is lower than the lower limit value of the safe operation temperature, the system pressure is too low, and the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is increased to improve the system pressure, so that the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is increased to be within the range of the safe operation temperature. The rotating speed of the outdoor fan is further adjusted according to the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger, the air conditioning system is more stable in operation, the times of stopping and starting the outdoor fan are reduced, and the use comfort of a user is improved.
Further, step air conditioner when entering the mode of heating in this embodiment sets for outdoor fan initial speed according to outdoor ambient temperature, includes: detecting the current outdoor environment temperature; and judging the temperature interval to which the current outdoor environment temperature belongs, and determining the corresponding initial rotating speed of the outdoor fan according to the temperature interval to which the current outdoor environment temperature belongs. In other words, according to the use range of the outdoor environment temperature of the air conditioner, the outdoor environment temperature can be divided into a plurality of temperature intervals, and each temperature interval can be preset with a corresponding fan rotating speed according to actual requirements. It is understood that the correspondence between the outdoor ambient temperature zone and the rotation speed may be stored in the controller of the air conditioner. After the current outdoor environment temperature is obtained, the corresponding fan rotating speed can be obtained by comparing the pre-stored relation table of the temperature interval and the fan rotating speed, and the outdoor fan is controlled to operate according to the corresponding fan rotating speed. Specifically, the temperature interval may be divided into 1 ℃ interval or 5 ℃ interval, for example, each integral temperature value between-15 ℃ and 30 ℃ corresponds to one fan rotation speed, or-15 ℃ to-11 ℃ between-15 ℃ and 30 ℃ is an interval, and so on until 26 ℃ to 30 ℃ is an interval, so that the temperature interval is divided into 9 temperature intervals in total, and the 9 temperature intervals correspond to 9 different outdoor fan rotation speeds.
Further, in this embodiment, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan corresponding to the high temperature interval is less than the rotating speed of the outdoor fan corresponding to the low temperature interval. When the outdoor environment temperature is lower, the outdoor unit is easy to frost at low temperature, the higher rotating speed of the outdoor fan is set to be beneficial to defrosting of the outdoor unit, when the outdoor environment temperature is higher, the heat exchange capacity required by heating is lower, and at the moment, only the lower rotating speed of the outdoor fan needs to be set. The appropriate rotating speed of the outdoor fan is set at different outdoor environment temperatures, so that the stability of the system is improved, and energy can be saved.
Further, step if indoor heat exchanger temperature is greater than first preset temperature value in this embodiment, then reduce outdoor fan rotational speed, include: and reducing the rotating speed of the outdoor fan at a set speed until the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is not greater than a first preset temperature value. Preferably, in the embodiment, the set speed is 1-3 revolutions per second when the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is reduced. The rotating speed of the outdoor fan is gradually reduced at a proper speed to ensure that the system pressure is gradually increased, so that the temperature effect of the indoor heat exchanger is quickly improved, and the influence on the system stability caused by the too fast reduction of the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is avoided.
Further, if the indoor heat exchanger temperature is greater than first preset temperature value in this implementation, then reduce outdoor fan rotational speed, still include: when the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is reduced to the preset lowest rotating speed, if the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is still larger than the first preset temperature value, the outdoor fan is stopped to operate. When the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is too high, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is reduced to the lowest rotating speed, the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is still higher than the safe operation temperature, the operation of the outdoor fan is stopped at the lowest rotating speed, the safety performance of the system is guaranteed, the outdoor fan is stopped, the fluctuation range is small, the operation stability of the system is improved, and the comfort is improved.
Further, if the indoor heat exchanger temperature is less than the second preset temperature value in this embodiment, then increase outer fan rotational speed, include: and increasing the rotating speed of the outdoor fan at a set speed until the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is not less than a first preset temperature value. Preferably, in the embodiment, the set speed is 1-3 revolutions per second when the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is increased. The rotating speed of the outdoor fan is gradually increased at a proper speed to ensure that the system pressure is gradually reduced, so that the temperature effect of the indoor heat exchanger is quickly reduced, and the influence on the system stability caused by the excessively high rotating speed of the outdoor fan is avoided.
Further, step if indoor heat exchanger temperature is less than the second preset temperature value in this embodiment, then increase outdoor fan rotational speed, still include: when the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is increased to the preset maximum rotating speed, if the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is still smaller than the first preset temperature value, the outdoor fan operates at the preset maximum rotating speed. When the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is too low, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is increased to the highest rotating speed, and the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is still lower than the safe operation temperature, at the moment, the outdoor fan is selected to operate at the maximum rotating speed to ensure the safety performance of the system, and the situation that the outdoor fan runs beyond the maximum rotating speed to influence the safety performance of the system is avoided.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an air conditioner control device, including: the initial setting module is used for setting the initial rotating speed of the outdoor fan according to the outdoor environment temperature when the air conditioner enters a heating mode;
the temperature acquisition module is used for acquiring the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger;
the comparison module is used for comparing the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger with a first preset temperature value and a second preset temperature value, wherein the first preset temperature value is larger than the second preset temperature value;
the rotating speed adjusting module is used for reducing the rotating speed of the outdoor fan when the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is greater than the first preset temperature value; when the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is not greater than the first preset temperature value and not less than the second preset temperature value, enabling the outdoor fan to keep the current rotating speed; and when the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is lower than the second preset temperature value, increasing the rotating speed of the outdoor fan.
It should be noted that the air conditioner control device provided in the embodiment of the present invention is implemented based on the air conditioner control method, so that the same technical problems can be solved, and the same technical effects can be achieved.
