Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of air conditioners, and particularly relates to a defrosting control method of an air conditioner.
Background
The air conditioner as a device capable of adjusting the indoor environment temperature has the working principle that: the indoor environment temperature is lowered or raised by the refrigerant switching between the circulation lines through the high pressure/low pressure/gas/liquid state, namely, the air conditioner is in the cooling or heating working condition from the perspective of the indoor unit. When the air conditioner heats the operation, if outdoor coil pipe temperature under certain humidity condition crosses lowly can lead to the condition of frosting, and outdoor coil pipe frosting can lead to outdoor heat exchanger's heat exchange efficiency to reduce, influences the heating effect of air conditioner, reduces indoor environment's travelling comfort, influences user experience. Therefore, in the situation that the air conditioner is in the heating working condition, the outdoor coil of the air conditioner needs to be defrosted timely and effectively.
In the operation and heating process of the existing household air conditioner, whether the air conditioner is in a frosting state can be judged in various modes, for example, the operation time and the temperature of an outdoor coil pipe are used for judging whether defrosting is started or not. When the air conditioner is judged to be in a frosting state, the air conditioner is enabled to enter a defrosting mode, however, the mode easily causes large fluctuation of indoor temperature.
Therefore, the invention provides a new defrosting control method to reduce the influence on the indoor temperature in the defrosting process.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems in the prior art and to prevent the room temperature from fluctuating too much during defrosting, the invention provides a defrosting control method of an air conditioner, which comprises the following steps: judging whether the air conditioner meets a defrosting condition or not in the process of heating operation of the air conditioner; if yes, acquiring the indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature before the air conditioner enters the defrosting mode; selectively controlling the running frequency of the compressor, the opening degree of a throttle valve or the rotating speed of a fan of the indoor unit and/or the outdoor unit according to the values of pn and dn; wherein pn is a preset temperature-outdoor ambient temperature; dn-indoor ambient temperature-outdoor ambient temperature.
In a preferred embodiment of the above-mentioned air conditioner defrosting control method, the step of selectively controlling the operating frequency of the compressor, the opening degree of the throttle valve, or the rotational speed of the fan of the indoor unit and/or the outdoor unit according to the values of pn and dn includes: if pn is larger than or equal to a first set value and dn is larger than or equal to a second set value, increasing the operating frequency of the compressor; and if pn is less than the first set value or dn is less than the second set value, maintaining the operation frequency of the compressor unchanged, reducing the opening degree of the throttle valve and/or reducing the fan rotating speed of the indoor unit and/or the outdoor unit.
In the preferred embodiment of the defrosting control method of the air conditioner, if pn is more than or equal to the first set value and dn is more than or equal to the second set value, the operating frequency of the compressor is increased by 10 to 15 hz.
In a preferred embodiment of the above-described air conditioner defrost control method, if pn < the first set value, or dn < the second set value, the throttle opening is decreased by 20-40 steps.
In a preferred embodiment of the above-mentioned defrosting control method for an air conditioner, if pn < the first set value or dn < the second set value, the fan speed of the indoor unit and/or the outdoor unit is reduced by 40-60 rpm.
In a preferred embodiment of the above-mentioned defrosting control method for an air conditioner, if pn < a first set value or dn < a second set value, the fan rotational speed of the indoor unit and/or the outdoor unit is reduced by 50 rpm.
In a preferred embodiment of the above defrosting control method of an air conditioner, the first set value is an arbitrary value between 0 and 2; and/or the second set value is any value between 9 and 11.
In a preferred embodiment of the above defrosting control method of an air conditioner, the first set value is 1; and/or the second set value is 10.
In a preferred embodiment of the above-described air conditioner defrost control method, the preset temperature can be selected within a range of 16-30 ℃.
According to the technical scheme, before the air conditioner enters the defrosting mode, the running frequency of the compressor, the opening degree of the throttle valve or the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit and/or the outdoor unit are selectively controlled to store a part of energy based on the difference value dn between the indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature and the difference value pn between the preset temperature and the outdoor environment temperature, and the part of energy is supplemented to the indoor unit in the defrosting process of the air conditioner, so that the condition that the room temperature fluctuates too much in the defrosting process is effectively prevented. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that, with the difference pn and the difference dn as references, the corresponding energy storage mode can be selected accurately, thereby minimizing fluctuations in the room temperature during defrosting.
Drawings
Fig. 1 is a schematic main flow chart of an air conditioner defrosting control method according to the present invention.
Detailed Description
In order to make the embodiments, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the defrost control method of the present invention comprises the steps of: s110, judging whether the air conditioner meets a defrosting condition or not in the heating operation process of the air conditioner; s120, if yes, acquiring the indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature before the air conditioner enters the defrosting mode; and S130, selectively controlling the running frequency of the compressor, the opening degree of the throttle valve or the fan rotating speed of the indoor unit and/or the outdoor unit according to the values of pn and dn. Wherein pn is a preset temperature-outdoor ambient temperature; dn-indoor ambient temperature-outdoor ambient temperature. The preset temperature can be set by a user, for example, the preset temperature can be set to any temperature between 16 ℃ and 30 ℃.
According to the values of pn and dn, the running frequency of the compressor, the opening degree of the throttle valve or the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit and/or the outdoor unit are selectively controlled, so that a part of energy is stored before the air conditioner performs defrosting, in the process of defrosting, the stored part of energy can be supplemented into indoor heating, the influence of the air conditioner on the indoor temperature in the defrosting process is reduced to a certain extent, and the condition that the room temperature fluctuates too much in the defrosting process can be effectively prevented.
In step S110, when determining whether the air conditioner satisfies the defrosting condition, a person skilled in the art may select any known determination method, and the present invention does not limit the specific defrosting condition.
In step S130, if pn is greater than or equal to the first set value and dn is greater than or equal to the second set value, increasing the operating frequency of the compressor; and if pn is less than the first set value or dn is less than the second set value, maintaining the operation frequency of the compressor unchanged, reducing the opening degree of the throttle valve and/or reducing the fan rotating speed of the indoor unit and/or the outdoor unit. The first set value may be any value between 0 and 2, the second set value may be any value between 9 and 11, and in this embodiment, the first set value is 1, and the second set value is 10.
As an example, when pn ≧ 1 and dn ≧ 10, the operating frequency of the compressor is raised by 10-15 hz. As will be understood by those skilled in the art, during the defrosting process of the air conditioner, the heating capacity of the room is reduced, and if a part of energy is stored in the compressor after the frequency of the compressor is increased before the defrosting process is performed, the part of energy is replenished into the room during the defrosting process of the air conditioner, thereby effectively preventing the temperature fluctuation of the room during the defrosting process from being too large.
As an example, when pn < 1, or dn < 10, the throttle opening is decreased by 20-40 steps; or the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit and/or the outdoor unit is reduced by 40-60rpm, preferably by 50 rpm. In this way, a part of energy can be stored before entering into defrosting, and then the part of energy is replenished into the room during the defrosting process of the air conditioner, so that the excessive fluctuation of the room temperature during defrosting is effectively prevented.
In summary, according to the technical solution of the present invention, before the air conditioner enters the defrosting mode, based on the difference dn between the indoor ambient temperature and the outdoor ambient temperature and the difference pn between the preset temperature and the outdoor ambient temperature, the operating frequency of the compressor, the opening of the throttle valve, or the rotation speed of the fan of the indoor unit and/or the outdoor unit is selectively controlled to store a part of energy, and during the defrosting process of the air conditioner, the part of energy is supplemented to the indoor unit, so that the excessive fluctuation of the room temperature during defrosting is effectively prevented. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that, with the difference pn and the difference dn as references, the corresponding energy storage mode can be selected accurately, thereby minimizing fluctuations in the room temperature during defrosting.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
