本发明涉及一种改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料,以重量份计,所述耐高温涂料的原料包括:8‑15份的有机硅预聚体树脂,10‑20份的丙烯酸环氧树脂、10‑30份的溶剂、0.03‑0.1份的钛酸四正丁基酯、22‑30份的酚醛树脂、0.5‑1份的硅烷偶联剂、10‑20份的复合填料、3‑5份的助剂、8‑12份的耐热颜料。所述耐高温涂料制备步骤包括:S1,将丙烯酸环氧树脂、有机硅预聚体树脂和溶剂装入搅拌器,丙烯酸环氧树脂全部熔化后再加入钛酸四正丁基酯,温度控制在140‑165℃,反应时间控制在4‑5h,得环氧改性有机硅树脂溶液;S2,将酚醛树脂加入步骤S1所得的环氧改性有机硅树脂溶液,800‑1200r/min转速下高速搅拌均匀,再加入硅烷偶联剂、复合填料、助剂、耐热颜料继续搅拌,搅拌均匀后过滤,得改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料。

本发明涉及建筑涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
耐高温涂料,一般是指能长期承受200℃以上温度,并能保持一定物理化学性能,使被保护对象在高温环境中能正常发挥作用的特种功能性涂料。耐高温涂料可分为有机耐高温涂料和无机耐高温涂料两大类。
随着现代工业的快速发展,对设备耐高温涂层的要求也越来越高,要求在高温下漆膜不变色、不脱落,仍能保持良好的物理机械性能和防腐性能。常用耐高温涂料以有机硅树脂涂料为主,其耐温性可达300℃以上,但一般均需高温固化,且附着力和耐有机溶剂性能差,温度较高时涂层的机械强度低,成本较高。
有机硅树脂(也称为聚硅氧烷)是一类由硅原子和氧原子交替连结组成骨架,不同的有机基团再与硅原子连结的聚合物的统称。有机硅树脂结构中既含有“有机基团”,又含有“无机结构”,这种特殊的组成和分子结构使它集有机物特性与无机物功能于一身。有机硅树脂突出的性能主要有优异的热氧化稳定性、电绝缘性能和耐候性,此外,有机硅树脂还具防水、防盐雾、防霉菌等特性。
环氧树脂是一种高分子聚合物,分子式为(C11H12O3)n,是指分子中含有两个以上环氧基团的一类聚合物的总称。它是环氧氯丙烷与双酚A或多元醇的缩聚产物。由于环氧基的化学活性,可用多种含有活泼氢的化合物使其开环,固化交联生成网状结构,因此它是一种热固性树脂。环氧树脂在涂料中的应用占较大的比例,它能制成各具特色、用途各异的品种。其共性有:①耐化学品性优良,尤其是耐碱性;②漆膜附着力强,特别是对金属;③具有较好的耐热性和电绝缘性;④漆膜保色性较好。
酚醛树脂,原为无色或黄褐色透明物,市场销售往往加着色剂而呈红、黄、黑、绿、棕、蓝等颜色,呈颗粒或粉末状。耐弱酸和弱碱,遇强酸发生分解,遇强碱发生腐蚀。不溶于水,溶于丙酮、酒精等有机溶剂中。由苯酚醛或其衍生物缩聚而得。酚醛树脂具有耐高温、高粘结强度、高残碳率、低烟低毒、抗化学性、热处理、发泡性等性能。

一种改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料,以重量份计,所述改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料的原料包括:8-15份的有机硅预聚体树脂,10-20份的丙烯酸环氧树脂、10-30份的溶剂、0.03-0.1份的钛酸四正丁基酯、22-30份的酚醛树脂、0.5-1份的硅烷偶联剂、10-20份的复合填料、3-5份的助剂、8-12份的耐热颜料。
进一步的,以重量份计,所述改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料的原料包括:10-12份的有机硅预聚体树脂,12-18份的丙烯酸环氧树脂、15-25份的溶剂、0.05-0.08份的钛酸四正丁基酯、24-26份的酚醛树脂、0.6-0.8份的硅烷偶联剂、12-18份的复合填料、3-5份的助剂、9-11份的耐热颜料。
进一步的,以重量份计,所述改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料的原料包括:10份的有机硅预聚体树脂,15份的丙烯酸环氧树脂、20份的溶剂、0.06份的钛酸四正丁基酯、25份的酚醛树脂、0.7份的硅烷偶联剂、15份的复合填料、4份的助剂、10份的耐热颜料。

本发明公开了一种改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料,在耐高温性能、涂层固话硬度等方面取得技术突破,涂层在环境高温下具备陶瓷化的特性,并可在固化后具有良好的耐热性能及耐高低温冲击性能。

具体实施方式
为使本申请的目的、技术方案和有益效果更加清楚,下面将结合实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施方式是本发明一部分实施方式,而不是全部的实施方式。
实施例一
一种改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料,以重量份计,所述改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料的原料包括:8份的有机硅预聚体树脂,10份的丙烯酸环氧树脂、10份的溶剂、0.03份的钛酸四正丁基酯、22份的酚醛树脂、0.5份的硅烷偶联剂、10份的复合填料、3份的助剂、8份的耐热颜料。
在本实施例中,所述溶剂为甲苯和环己酮,所述复合填料为高硅氧纤维粉、水合氧化铝和白炭黑,所述助剂为附着力促进剂和抗氧化剂,所述耐热颜料为铝粉和钛白粉。
改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料的制备步骤包括:S1,将丙烯酸环氧树脂、有机硅预聚体树脂和溶剂装入搅拌器,丙烯酸环氧树脂全部熔化后再加入钛酸四正丁基酯,温度控制在140-165℃,反应时间控制在4-5h,得环氧改性有机硅树脂溶液;
S2,将酚醛树脂加入步骤S1所得的环氧改性有机硅树脂溶液,800-1200r/min转速下高速搅拌均匀,再加入硅烷偶联剂、复合填料、助剂、耐热颜料继续搅拌,搅拌均匀后过滤,得所述改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料。
实施例二
一种改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料,以重量份计,所述改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料的原料包括:15份的有机硅预聚体树脂,20份的丙烯酸环氧树脂、30份的溶剂、0.1份的钛酸四正丁基酯、30份的酚醛树脂、1份的硅烷偶联剂、20份的复合填料、5份的助剂、12份的耐热颜料。
在本实施例中,所述溶剂为甲苯、环己酮和正丁醇,所述复合填料为白炭黑、二氧化锆和石墨,所述助剂为附着力促进剂、消泡剂、增稠剂,所述耐热颜料为钛白粉、钴蓝粉和铁铬黑粉。

实施例三
一种改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料,以重量份计,所述改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料的原料包括:10份的有机硅预聚体树脂,12份的丙烯酸环氧树脂、15份的溶剂、0.05份的钛酸四正丁基酯、24份的酚醛树脂、0.6份的硅烷偶联剂、12份的复合填料、3份的助剂、9份的耐热颜料。
在本实施例中,所述溶剂为甲苯,所述复合填料为高硅氧纤维粉和二氧化锆,所述助剂为增稠剂和防结皮剂,所述耐热颜料为钛白粉和钴蓝粉。
改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料的制备步骤同实施例一。
实施例四
一种改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料,以重量份计,所述改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料的原料包括:12份的有机硅预聚体树脂,18份的丙烯酸环氧树脂、25份的溶剂、0.08份的钛酸四正丁基酯、26份的酚醛树脂、0.8份的硅烷偶联剂、18份的复合填料、5份的助剂、11份的耐热颜料。
在本实施例中,所述溶剂为环己酮,所述复合填料为水合氧化铝和白炭黑,所述助剂为抗氧化剂和流平剂,所述耐热颜料为钛白粉和铁铬黑粉。
改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料的制备步骤同实施例一。
实施例五
一种改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料,以重量份计,所述改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料的原料包括:10份的有机硅预聚体树脂,15份的丙烯酸环氧树脂、20份的溶剂、0.06份的钛酸四正丁基酯、25份的酚醛树脂、0.7份的硅烷偶联剂、15份的复合填料、4份的助剂、10份的耐热颜料。
在本实施例中,所述溶剂为正丁醇,所述复合填料为白炭黑和石墨,所述助剂为附着力促进剂,所述耐热颜料为铝粉。
改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料的制备步骤同实施例一。
本发明公开的改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料,通过环氧共聚改性有机硅树脂,再用酚醛树脂作为固化剂,使其集环氧、有机硅和酚醛树脂的性能为一体,具有优良的耐高温、防腐性、电绝缘性、对基材的附着力及机械性能等,涂层可在高温环境中迅速陶瓷化,生成坚硬的耐火陶瓷层,以保护被涂敷的基材。
其次,本发明所涉及的耐高温涂料采用广泛易得的原料,可在通用的涂料制造设备上生产,涂料可采用涂刷、喷涂、浸渍等多种方法涂装,涂料固化后获得的涂层耐腐蚀效果好、高温下陶瓷化效率高。

Claims (10)
1.一种改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料,其特征在于:以重量份计,所述改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料的原料包括:8-15份的有机硅预聚体树脂,10-20份的丙烯酸环氧树脂、10-30份的溶剂、0.03-0.1份的钛酸四正丁基酯、22-30份的酚醛树脂、0.5-1份的硅烷偶联剂、10-20份的复合填料、3-5份的助剂、8-12份的耐热颜料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料,其特征在于:以重量份计,所述改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料的原料包括:10-12份的有机硅预聚体树脂,12-18份的丙烯酸环氧树脂、15-25份的溶剂、0.05-0.08份的钛酸四正丁基酯、24-26份的酚醛树脂、0.6-0.8份的硅烷偶联剂、12-18份的复合填料、3-5份的助剂、9-11份的耐热颜料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料,其特征在于:以重量份计,所述改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料的原料包括:10份的有机硅预聚体树脂,15份的丙烯酸环氧树脂、20份的溶剂、0.06份的钛酸四正丁基酯、25份的酚醛树脂、0.7份的硅烷偶联剂、15份的复合填料、4份的助剂、10份的耐热颜料。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料,其特征在于:所述溶剂为甲苯、环己酮、正丁醇中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料,其特征在于:所述复合填料为高硅氧纤维粉、水合氧化铝、白炭黑、二氧化锆、石墨中的至少两种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料,其特征在于:所述助剂为附着力促进剂、抗氧化剂、消泡剂、流平剂、增稠剂、防结皮剂中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料,其特征在于:所述耐热颜料为铝粉、钛白粉、钴蓝粉、铁铬黑粉中的至少一种。
8.一种如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1,将丙烯酸环氧树脂、有机硅预聚体树脂和溶剂装入搅拌器,丙烯酸环氧树脂全部熔化后再加入钛酸四正丁基酯,反应一段时间后,得环氧改性有机硅预树脂溶液;
S2,将酚醛树脂加入步骤S1所得的环氧改性有机硅树脂溶液,高速搅拌均匀,再加入硅烷偶联剂、复合填料、助剂、耐热颜料继续搅拌,搅拌均匀后过滤,得所述改性有机硅树脂耐高温涂料。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中,温度控制在140-165℃,反应时间控制在4-5h。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中,高速搅拌的转速为800-1200r/min。
