The working principle is as follows: the controller 68 obtains an electronic prescription of a patient through a network, the controller 68 obtains position information of required traditional Chinese medicine particles through the RFID sensor 12 and the encoder 4, and controls the rotating motor 3 to rotate, so that the required traditional Chinese medicine particles rotate to the upper side of the medicine charging device 05, then the controller 68 controls the corresponding electromagnetic coil 10 to be electrified, so that the magnet plug 18 in the corresponding medicine storage bottle 02 rises, the medicine outlet 14 is opened, the medicine particles fall into the medicine charging device from the medicine storage bottle 02, the controller 68 accurately controls the medicine discharging amount through the weight sensor 11 in the medicine charging process, when the required amount is reached, the controller 68 controls the positive and negative poles of the electromagnetic coil 10 to be reversed, so that the magnet plug 18 moves downwards, the medicine outlet 14 is closed, and the medicine discharging is stopped, the medicine bag 22 moves in the moving process that the medicine bag 22 is manually pulled out of a part, then the medicine bag 22 is alternately pulled or pushed by the two bag pulling devices 06 to move, the medicine bag 22 moves to the appointed position to respectively carry out code spraying, medicine charging, heat sealing and bag dividing, and bag dividing are carried to the appointed position after the bag dividing is finished, the medicine bag 22 drops to the conveying device 09.

the rotary dispensing table (01) comprises a base (1), a groove (2) is formed in the middle of the upper surface of the base (1), a rotary motor (3) is fixedly arranged at the bottom in the groove (2), an encoder (4) is arranged on an output shaft of the rotary motor (3), a rotary shaft (5) is rotatably arranged in the groove (2), the lower end of the rotary shaft (5) is fixedly connected with the output shaft of the rotary motor (3), a rotary platform (6) is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the rotary shaft (5), a plurality of medicine grooves (7) are uniformly arranged on the upper surface of the rotary platform (6) in a circumferential arrangement mode, the medicine grooves (7) are used for containing medicine bottles (02), a medicine outlet (8) is formed in the lower end of the medicine groove (7), a bearing circular table (9) is arranged in the medicine groove (7), electromagnetic coils (10) are embedded in the bearing circular table (9), a plurality of weight sensors (11) are uniformly distributed on the bearing circular table (9), and RFID identification sensors (12) are arranged in the medicine grooves (7);

the bag pulling device (06) is provided with two bags which are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the medicine charging device (05), the bag pulling device (06) comprises a second mounting rack (38), the second mounting rack (38) is fixed on the workbench (00), a first driving telescopic rod (39) is fixedly arranged at the upper part of the second mounting rack (38), a slide rail (40) is fixedly arranged at the end part of the first driving telescopic rod (39), a screw rod (41) is rotatably arranged between the two ends of the slide rail (40), a screw motor (42) is arranged on one side of the sliding rail (40), an output shaft of the screw motor (42) is rotationally connected with a screw (41), a sliding block (43) is arranged on the sliding rail (40) in a sliding way, the sliding block (43) is in threaded connection with a lead screw (41), a first fixing block (45) is connected to the sliding block (43) through a first connecting rod (44), a bag pulling rod (46) is arranged at the front side of the first fixed block (45), a color light sensor (47) is arranged at the end part of the bag pulling rod (46), the first connecting rod (44) is connected with a second fixing block (49) through a second connecting rod (48), a light emitter (50) corresponding to the color light sensor (47) is arranged on the opposite surface of the second fixed block (49) and the first fixed block (45);
the bag dividing device (08) is arranged on the left side of the medicine charging device (05) and located on the left side of the maximum stroke of the left bag pulling device (06), and comprises a bag dividing mounting frame (56), the bag dividing mounting frame (56) is fixed on a workbench (00), a mounting block (57) is arranged on the bag dividing mounting frame (56), two rotating shafts (58) are rotatably arranged on the mounting block (57), two blades (59) are fixedly arranged on the rotating shafts (58), the driving ends of the two blades (59) are connected in a meshing tooth meshing manner, a bag dividing motor (60) is further fixedly arranged on the mounting block (57), and an output shaft of the bag dividing motor (60) is fixedly connected with one rotating shaft (58);
