The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, a part is placed between the two clamping blocks 22, the two first electric push rods 4 are started to extend the two first electric push rods 4 to clamp and fix the part, then the second electric push rod 5 is started to extend the second electric push rod 5, the polishing disc 8 is driven by the lifting platform 25 to move downwards to be in contact with the upward side of the part, then the first motor 6 and the second motor 7 are started, the first motor 6 drives the polishing disc 8 to rotate, the second motor 7 drives the cam 20 to rotate, the cam 20 pushes the transmission rod 9 to horizontally move along the through hole 11 towards the direction of the guide rod 10 and extrude the first elastic piece 14, and meanwhile, the transmission rod returns to the initial position under the action of the elastic force of the first elastic piece 14 so as to drive the guide rod 10 to reciprocate left and right, the guide rod 10 transmits the force to the guide rod 10 through the two adjusting plates 21, the two clamping blocks 22 and the part clamped between the two clamping blocks 22, the guide rod 10 is driven to reciprocate left and right, so that the side surface of the part moves left and right relative to the polishing disc 8 to polish the side surface of the part, when the guide rod 10 moves along the through hole 11 towards the direction of the first stop block 12, the guide block 19 moves along the guide transverse groove 17 towards the direction far away from the first stop block 12 to slide into the guide chute 27, meanwhile, the guide block 19 extends under the action of the elastic force of the second elastic part 28 to be contacted with the bottom of the guide chute 27, when the guide rod 10 moves along the through hole 11 towards the direction far away from the first stop block 12, the guide block 19 moves along the guide transverse groove 17 to shorten gradually and drive the guide rod 10 to rotate at the same time, until the guide transverse groove 17 slides into and then moves horizontally along the guide transverse groove 17 until the initial position is recovered, so as to reciprocate, the side surface of the part is adjusted continuously through the continuous rotation of the guide rod 10, thereby grinding all sides of the part.
The polishing device for machine manufacturing design provided by the invention has the following advantages:
firstly, the transmission rod, the guide rod, the horizontal reciprocating component and the intermittent rotating component are arranged in a matched mode, so that the part intermittently rotates while reciprocating left and right, the grinding component grinds one side face of the part and then rotates to the other side face of the part to continue grinding, all side faces of the part can be ground, the time consumed for re-clamping the part for grinding other side faces of the part is avoided, and the grinding efficiency is improved;
secondly, the number of the guide transverse grooves corresponds to the number of the side surfaces of the part through the matching arrangement of the guide transverse grooves and the guide inclined grooves between the guide transverse grooves, so that the part can rotate by one surface every time the guide rod rotates, and meanwhile, the guide rod can be selectively replaced according to the number of the side surfaces of the part through the detachable arrangement of the guide rod and the guide ring, so that the device is suitable for different parts and the application range is improved;
and thirdly, the distance between the two clamping blocks can be adjusted through the matching of the first electric push rod, the adjusting plate and the clamping blocks, so that the clamping device is suitable for parts of different sizes, and the surface damage of the parts is avoided when the parts are clamped through the arrangement of the rubber cushion.

Claims (9)

1. A grinding device for machine manufacturing design, comprising:
a work table (1);
the two supporting plates (2) are vertically arranged on the upper part of the workbench (1) relatively, and through holes (11) are arranged on the side surfaces of the two supporting plates;
the mounting plate (3) is horizontally arranged between the two support plates (2) and is positioned at the upper parts of the two through holes (11);
the transmission rod (9) and the guide rod (10) are horizontally and symmetrically arranged between the two support plates (2), the transmission rod and the guide rod are respectively positioned close to the two through holes (11), the opposite ends of the transmission rod and the guide rod are respectively provided with a clamping assembly, the other end of the transmission rod (9) penetrates through the corresponding through hole (11), and the other end of the guide rod (10) penetrates through the corresponding through hole (11) and then is connected with a first stop block (12);
the polishing assembly is arranged between the mounting plate (3) and the two clamping assemblies and is used for polishing the part clamped between the two clamping assemblies;
the horizontal reciprocating moving assembly is arranged on the side face of the workbench (1), is close to the other end of the transmission rod (9), is connected with the other end of the transmission rod (9), and is used for driving the part clamped between the two clamping assemblies to horizontally reciprocate through the transmission rod (9);
the intermittent rotating assembly is arranged on the guide rod (10), is close to the first stop block (12), and is used for driving the part clamped between the two clamping assemblies to intermittently rotate through the guide rod (10) while the guide rod (10) horizontally reciprocates.

The grinding device for machine manufacturing design according to claim 1, characterized in that two clamping assemblies wrap two adjusting plates (21), two adjusting plates (21) are vertically arranged relatively, two adjusting plates (21) are connected with the end portion of a transmission rod (9) and the end portion of a guide rod (10) respectively, the end portion of the transmission rod (9) is connected with the corresponding adjusting plate (21) through a bearing, the end portion of the guide rod (10) is detachably connected with the corresponding adjusting plate (21), two clamping blocks (22) are arranged between the two adjusting plates (21) relatively, two clamping blocks (22) are close to the two adjusting plates (21) respectively, each clamping block (22) is horizontally provided with a first electric push rod (4) and a plurality of electric push rods (23), two ends of the first electric push rod (4) are connected with the adjusting plates (21) and the clamping blocks (22) respectively, the plurality of telescopic rods (23) are uniformly arranged around the first electric push rod (4), and two ends of each adjusting plate (23) are connected with the clamping blocks (21) and the clamping blocks (22) respectively.
3. A sanding device for machine manufacturing designs according to claim 2, characterized in that the opposite faces of the two clamping blocks (22) are provided with rubber cushions (24), respectively.

The grinding device for machine manufacturing design according to claim 2, characterized in that the grinding assembly comprises a lifting table (25), the lifting table (25) is arranged at the lower part of the mounting plate (3), a lifting assembly is arranged between the lifting table (25) and the mounting plate (3), a first motor (6) is arranged at the lower part of the lifting table (25), a grinding disc (8) is connected to the output end of the first motor (6), and the grinding disc (8) is positioned at the upper parts of the two clamping blocks (22).

The grinding device for machine manufacturing design according to claim 4, characterized in that the lifting assembly is composed of a second electric push rod (5), the second electric push rod (5) is vertically arranged between the lifting table (25) and the mounting plate (3), and two ends of the second electric push rod (5) are respectively connected with the lifting table (25) and the mounting plate (3).

The grinding device for machine manufacturing design according to claim 2, wherein the horizontal reciprocating component comprises a cam (20), the cam (20) is horizontally arranged at the other end of the transmission rod (9), a second motor (7) is arranged at a position, close to the cam (20), of the side surface of the workbench (1), an output end of the second motor (7) is connected with the cam (20), a second stop block (13) is arranged at an end portion, close to the cam (20), of the transmission rod (9), the second stop block (13) is in contact with the cam (20), a first elastic piece (14) is sleeved at a position, located between the second stop block (13) and the support plate (2), of the transmission rod (9), and two ends of the first elastic piece (14) are respectively connected to the second stop block (13) and the corresponding support plate (2).
7. A machine design grinding device according to claim 6, characterized in that the side of the second stop (13) adjacent to the cam (20) is provided with a roller (26), and the roller (26) is in contact with the cam (20).
