Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of solid beverage preparation, and particularly relates to an astaxanthin anti-fatigue solid beverage. Background
With the pace of life of people becoming faster and faster, fatigue has become one of the important causes affecting people's health silently. The astaxanthin molecule has unsaturated keto and hydroxyl of conjugated double bond chain structure, and the unsaturated hydroxyl and keto in the molecule constitute alpha-hydroxy ketone, which has active electronic effect and can provide unpaired electron to attract free radical, so that it is easy to react with free radical to eliminate free radical and has obvious antioxidant effect. The abundant vitamins in the beverage are good supplements for the body after sports, especially vitamin B12, because the sports consume a large amount of physical energy and vitamins.
