Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of solid beverages and discloses an astaxanthin nutrient solid beverage which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 400 portions of crystalline trehalose, 10 to 50 portions of L-carnitine, 30.1 to 0.5 portion of vitamin D, 0.2 to 0.6 portion of lycopene, 0.1 to 0.5 portion of folic acid, 5 to 10 portions of astaxanthin, 1 to 5 portions of vitamin C, 1 to 5 portions of ferrous gluconate, 0.02 to 0.06 portion of D-calcium pantothenate and 1 to 5 portions of citric acid. The solid beverage has high effective content of astaxanthin, good solubility, greatly improved stability in high temperature and high humidity environment, and effectively ensured use effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of solid beverages, and particularly relates to an astaxanthin nutrient solid beverage.
Background
Solid beverages belong to the class of soft beverages, and have been popular with consumers because of variety, unique flavor and easy storage; particularly, the solid beverage rich in nutrient components such as vitamins, minerals, amino acids and the like can supplement nutrition required by human metabolism in time, and becomes a good partner which can not be separated from the life of many people.
With the development of living standard, the birth problems are one of the key points concerned by people of proper age, in particular to an auxiliary nutrient solid beverage which can increase nutrition supplement and improve reproductive success rate by supplementing various meals and granules when auxiliary reproduction is needed, and is used for improving the birth conditions of people.
However, in the prior art, the nutrient beverage has low effective content, poor solubility, poor taste and poor stability in severe environments with high temperature and high humidity, and the user experience and use effect are difficult to guarantee.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the astaxanthin nutrient solid beverage which has high effective content of astaxanthin and good solubility, can greatly improve the storage stability in severe environment and effectively ensure the use effect.

an astaxanthin nutrient solid beverage comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 400 portions of crystalline trehalose, 10 to 50 portions of L-carnitine, 30.1 to 0.5 portion of vitamin D, 0.2 to 0.6 portion of lycopene, 0.1 to 0.5 portion of folic acid, 5 to 10 portions of astaxanthin, 1 to 5 portions of vitamin C, 1 to 5 portions of ferrous gluconate, 0.02 to 0.06 portion of D-calcium pantothenate and 1 to 5 portions of citric acid.
As a preferred embodiment, the astaxanthin nutrient solid beverage comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 400 parts of crystalline trehalose 330-containing materials, 20-50 parts of L-carnitine, 30.2-0.4 part of vitamin D, 0.2-0.5 part of lycopene, 0.2-0.4 part of folic acid, 5-10 parts of haematococcus pluvialis astaxanthin, 1-5 parts of vitamin C, 1-5 parts of ferrous gluconate, 0.02-0.05 part of D-calcium pantothenate and 2-4 parts of citric acid.
In a preferred embodiment, the astaxanthin nutrient solid beverage further comprises 120.1-0.5 parts of vitamin B.
In a preferred embodiment, the astaxanthin nutrient solid beverage further comprises 50-90 parts of calcium gluconate.
In a preferred embodiment, the astaxanthin nutrient solid beverage further comprises 60.1-0.5 parts of vitamin B.
In a preferred embodiment, the astaxanthin nutrient solid beverage further comprises 0.6-1 part of zinc gluconate.
In a preferred embodiment, the astaxanthin nutrient solid beverage further comprises 0.02-0.05 part of beta carotene.
Aiming at each raw material and each effective component in the formula, the specific functions mainly comprise the following three aspects: 1. providing energy to improve the quality and quantity of germ cell production; 2. quenching free radicals to obtain high-quality germ cells; 3. promoting normal hormone metabolism. The method comprises the following specific steps:
l-carnitine: during the maturation process of the oocyte, fat metabolism is increased, and embryo evolution is promoted; energy factors, preventing damage of metabolites to mitochondrial function;
astaxanthin, lycopene, vitamin C: oxidation resistance, quenching singlet oxygen; quenching free radicals to protect germ cells;
trehalose: the protection of the quality of the oocyte and embryo in the special processes of freezing, unfreezing and the like, and the effective protection of the human oocyte from the stress related to low-temperature preservation is called as an intracellular cryoprotectant;
arginine: improving ovarian response, endometrial receptivity and pregnancy rate;
folic acid, beta carotene, B vitamins, vitamin D3: regulating the metabolism and reproductive processes of sex hormones; participate in DNA synthesis and neural tissue generation together; involved in hormone production and level regulation; oxidation resistance;
trace elements such as iron and zinc: can be combined with protein and other organic groups, and is an important intermediate substance for sex hormone generation.
By adopting the technical scheme, the solid beverage has a more reasonable and scientific formula. Astaxanthin is added to improve the antioxidation effect in the solid beverage; through formula optimization, the taste is improved, the mouthfeel is more palatable, the solubility of the beverage is improved, the stability of the beverage under severe environment conditions such as high temperature and high humidity is improved, and the user experience and the use effect are guaranteed. By taking the solid beverage, energy can be provided in the generation and maturation process of germ cells, and sufficient energy can be reserved for later-stage in-vitro culture. Meanwhile, the quality of germ cells can be improved, endometrium and embryo development can be protected, and the success rate of assisted reproduction can be synergistically improved.

An astaxanthin nutrient solid beverage comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300 parts of crystalline trehalose, 300 parts of glucose, 10 parts of L-carnitine, 30.1 parts of vitamin D, 0.2 part of lycopene, 0.1 part of folic acid, 5 parts of astaxanthin, 1 part of vitamin C, 1 part of ferrous gluconate, 0.02 part of D-calcium pantothenate and 1 part of citric acid.
Example 2
An astaxanthin nutrient solid beverage comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 400 parts of crystalline trehalose, 400 parts of glucose, 50 parts of L-carnitine, 30.5 parts of vitamin D, 0.6 part of lycopene, 0.5 part of folic acid, 10 parts of astaxanthin, 5 parts of vitamin C, 5 parts of ferrous gluconate, 0.06 part of D-calcium pantothenate and 5 parts of citric acid.
Example 3
An astaxanthin nutrient solid beverage comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 350 parts of crystalline trehalose, 350 parts of glucose, 30 parts of L-carnitine, 30.3 parts of vitamin D, 0.4 part of lycopene, 0.3 part of folic acid, 7 parts of astaxanthin, 3 parts of vitamin C, 3 parts of ferrous gluconate, 0.03 part of D-calcium pantothenate and 3 parts of citric acid.
Example 4
An astaxanthin nutrient solid beverage comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 350 parts of crystalline trehalose, 350 parts of glucose, 10 parts of L-carnitine, 30.5 parts of vitamin D, 0.5 part of lycopene, 0.5 part of folic acid, 10 parts of haematococcus pluvialis astaxanthin, 2 parts of vitamin C, 2 parts of ferrous gluconate, 0.05 part of D-calcium pantothenate and 2 parts of citric acid.
The astaxanthin nutrient solid beverage can also be added with one or more of the following raw materials, and can improve comprehensive acting force, such as: 0.1-0.5 part of vitamin B12 mixed powder, 50-90 parts of calcium gluconate, 0.1-0.5 part of vitamin B6 mixed powder, 0.6-1 part of zinc gluconate and 0.02-0.05 part of beta carotene.
Wherein the glucose can be anhydrous glucose; the astaxanthin can be Haematococcus pluvialis astaxanthin microcapsule powder; the microcapsule powder uses food-grade nutritional ingredients as embedding materials, and effectively wraps fat-soluble functional components to prepare water-dispersible nutritional lipid microcapsule powder to enhance the stability and solubility of fat-soluble substances. In addition, the peculiar smell of the substance can be effectively covered.
Example 5
An astaxanthin nutrient solid beverage comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300 parts of crystalline trehalose, 300 parts of anhydrous glucose, 10 parts of L-carnitine, 30.2 parts of vitamin D, 0.2 part of lycopene, 0.25 part of folic acid, 5 parts of haematococcus pluvialis astaxanthin micro-capsule powder, 1 parts of vitamin C, 1 part of ferrous gluconate, 0.02 part of D-calcium pantothenate, 1 part of citric acid, 0.02 part of beta carotene and 50 parts of calcium gluconate.
Example 6
An astaxanthin nutrient solid beverage comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 330 parts of crystalline trehalose, 400 parts of glucose, 20 parts of L-carnitine, 30.4 parts of vitamin D, 0.5 part of lycopene, 0.4 part of folic acid, 8 parts of haematococcus pluvialis astaxanthin microcapsule powder, 5 parts of vitamin C, 5 parts of ferrous gluconate, 0.06 part of D-calcium pantothenate, 4 parts of citric acid, 0.5 part of vitamin B12 mixed powder, 90 parts of calcium gluconate and 0.5 part of vitamin B6 mixed powder.
Example 7
An astaxanthin nutrient solid beverage comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 350 parts of crystalline trehalose, 350 parts of anhydrous glucose, 30 parts of L-carnitine, 30.3 parts of vitamin D, 0.4 part of lycopene, 0.2 part of folic acid, 6.5 parts of haematococcus pluvialis astaxanthin, 3 parts of vitamin C, 3 parts of ferrous gluconate, 0.03 part of D-calcium pantothenate, 3 parts of citric acid, 0.3 part of vitamin B6 mixed powder, 0.8 part of zinc gluconate and 0.05 part of beta carotene.
Example 8
An astaxanthin nutrient solid beverage comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 360 parts of crystalline trehalose, 330 parts of anhydrous glucose, 30 parts of L-carnitine, 30.3 parts of vitamin D, 0.2 part of lycopene, 0.3 part of folic acid, 10 parts of haematococcus pluvialis astaxanthin microcapsule powder, 2 parts of vitamin C, 2 parts of ferrous gluconate, 0.04 part of D-calcium pantothenate, 0.8 part of zinc gluconate, 0.04 part of beta carotene, 0.3 part of vitamin B6 mixed powder, 0.2 part of vitamin B12 mixed powder, 50 parts of calcium gluconate and 2 parts of citric acid.
For the above example, the results were obtained for a time period of 9 days when the examination was performed at different temperature and humidity adjusted prices as follows:
(1) the temperature is 25 +/-2 ℃ and the relative humidity is 60% +/-5%
Examples 1 to 8 were all normal, no caking or discoloration occurred;
(2) the temperature is 40 +/-2 ℃ and the relative humidity is 80% +/-5%
Examples 1, 3, 4 and 6 were all normal, example 8 was normal, and the overall situation was superior; example 2, part of the powder is agglomerated and dispersed when being touched, and example 5, part of the powder is agglomerated and dispersed when being lightly pressed; example 7 a small portion of the powder was caked, i.e., dispersed upon light pressure, and the color changed slightly from pale pink to white with little change. In each example, the normal use was not affected.
The observation results show that the solid beverage can keep better stability under high-temperature and high-humidity conditions, and the effective content of astaxanthin in the solid beverage can be ensured, so that the using effect can be ensured.
In addition to the above observation results, the dissolution test showed that the dissolution effect of each example was very good; has good palatability and good taste.
By adopting the technical scheme, the formula of the solid beverage is more reasonable and scientific, and the effective content of astaxanthin in the solid beverage is improved by adding astaxanthin; through formula optimization, the taste is improved, the mouthfeel is more palatable, the solubility of the beverage is improved, the stability under high temperature and high humidity conditions is improved, and the use effect is ensured. The solid beverage can provide capacity in the process of follicular generation and cleavage, and reserve sufficient energy for germ cells which are cultured in vitro and cleaved in later stage. Meanwhile, the quality of germ cells (astaxanthin) can be improved, the development of endometrium and embryo can be protected, and the success rate of assisted reproduction can be synergistically improved.

The astaxanthin nutrient solid beverage according to claim 1, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 400 parts of crystalline trehalose 330-containing materials, 20-50 parts of L-carnitine, 30.2-0.4 part of vitamin D, 0.2-0.5 part of lycopene, 0.2-0.4 part of folic acid, 5-10 parts of haematococcus pluvialis astaxanthin, 1-5 parts of vitamin C, 1-5 parts of ferrous gluconate, 0.02-0.05 part of D-calcium pantothenate and 2-4 parts of citric acid.
3. An astaxanthin nutrient solid beverage according to any one of claims 1-2, characterized in that: also comprises 120.1 to 0.5 portion of vitamin B.
4. An astaxanthin nutrient solid beverage according to any one of claims 1-2, characterized in that: also comprises 50-90 parts of calcium gluconate.
5. An astaxanthin nutrient solid beverage according to any one of claims 1-2, characterized in that: also comprises 60.1 to 0.5 portion of vitamin B.
6. An astaxanthin nutrient solid beverage according to any one of claims 1-2, characterized in that: also comprises 0.6 to 1 portion of zinc gluconate.
7. An astaxanthin nutrient solid beverage according to any one of claims 1-2, characterized in that: also comprises 0.02-0.05 part of beta carotene.
