Discharge ports at the bottom of the weighing hopper 1 are respectively connected to the first buffer hopper 2 through chutes; the first buffer hopper 2 is connected with a material inlet at the top of the wet type edge runner mill 4 through a first discharge valve 3, a bonding agent inlet is also formed in the top of the wet type edge runner mill 4, and the bonding agent inlet is connected with an outlet of the liquid metering device 5; a primary mixture outlet is formed in the bottom of the wet type wheel mill 4, and the ageing tank 6 is conveyed to an ageing tank material level below the wet type wheel mill 4 through a conveying chain 7; after the charging is finished, the trapping tank 6 is conveyed into the trapping chamber 8 through the conveying chain 7 for trapping; after the trapping is finished, the trapping tank 6 is conveyed to a discharging and empty tank hoisting position through a trapping chamber conveying chain 18, the trapping tank is inclined through a traction hook of a crane 13, and the mixed materials enter a buffer hopper II 10; the empty bucket is returned to the conveying chain 7 by the crane 13; the second buffer hopper 10 is connected with a material inlet at the top of the rolling wheel sand mixer 12 through a second discharge valve 11; the bottom of the roller sand mixer 12 is provided with a secondary mixture outlet which is connected to a feed inlet at the top of the rotary bucket conveyor 14 through a chute; the discharge port at the bottom of the rotary bucket conveyor is connected to a feeding bin 15 of the brick press, and the mixture enters the brick press for molding.
And a dust removal device is arranged on the wet type edge runner mill 4, and a dust gas outlet is arranged at the top of the weighing hopper 1 and is connected with the dust removal device through a dust gas pipeline.
In this embodiment, the material trapping chamber 8 is composed of a trapping chamber conveying chain 18, a lifting device and three layers of material trapping frames; the material trapping tank 6 firstly enters the lowest layer material trapping rack for trapping, and is sent out by a trapping chamber conveying chain 18 arranged on the uppermost layer material trapping rack after trapping is finished; the second buffer hopper 10 is arranged on a steel platform of a material trapping rack layer on which the material trapping chamber conveying chain 18 is arranged; the top of each trapped material frame is provided with an infrared radiation heating machine; the temperature in the ageing room was 30 ℃.
In this embodiment, the crane 13 is a single-beam crane, and a plurality of limit switches are provided thereon for controlling the positions of the lifting hook in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction.
The rotary hopper conveyor 14 is provided with a plurality of feeding holes and a plurality of discharging holes, can be connected with materials output by a plurality of rolling wheel sand mixers 12, and is sent to a plurality of feeding bins 15 of the brick press; the hopper of the rotating hopper conveyor 14 is made of stainless steel; the discharge port of the rotating bucket conveyor 14 is provided with a rapper.
A green brick conveying device is arranged between the brick press and the drying kiln, and the driving end of the green brick conveying device is connected with a PLC control system.
In the embodiment, the full-automatic material proportioning, ageing and mixing system for the clay unburned bricks further comprises a PLC control system; the weighing sensor, the first limit switch 9, the second limit switch 16 and the third limit switch 17 of the weighing hopper 1, and the driving ends of the first discharge valve 3, the wet type wheel mill 4, the liquid metering device 5, the conveying chain 7, the material trapping chamber conveying chain 18, the second discharge valve 11, the wheel milling sand mixer 12, the single-beam crane 13 and the rotating hopper conveyor 14 are respectively connected with a PLC control system. And the full-automatic operation of the whole production process is realized through a PLC control system.

A clay unburned brick batching, trapping and mixing system is characterized by comprising a weighing hopper, a first buffer hopper, a wet type edge runner mill, a conveying chain, a trapping chamber, a second buffer hopper, a rolling wheel sand mixer, a rotating hopper conveyor, a trapping tank and a crane; the weighing device comprises a plurality of weighing hoppers, a first buffer hopper is arranged below the weighing hoppers, and a feed inlet at the top of the first buffer hopper is connected with a discharge outlet at the bottom of each weighing hopper; the wet type edge runner mill is arranged below the first buffer hopper, the top of the wet type edge runner mill is provided with a material inlet and a bonding agent inlet, and the bottom of the wet type edge runner mill is provided with a primary mixture outlet; wherein the material inlet is connected with the discharge hole of the first buffer hopper, and the binder inlet is connected with the binder conveying pipeline; the conveying chain is used for conveying the trapped material tank, one end of the conveying chain is used for storing the trapped material tank and is arranged below the wet type edge runner mill, and the other end of the conveying chain is used for lifting the trapped material tank and is arranged on one side of the bottom of the trapped material chamber; the material trapping chamber consists of a plurality of layers of material trapping frames, a lifting device and a trapping chamber conveying chain, wherein the lifting device moves up and down along the plurality of layers of trapping frames, the trapping chamber conveying chain is arranged on the trapping chamber at the uppermost layer, and the trapping chamber conveying chain extends to the outer side of the trapping chamber and is provided with a discharging position and an empty tank hoisting position; a crane is arranged above the unloading and empty tank lifting position, a second buffer hopper is arranged below a material trapping chamber conveying chain corresponding to the unloading and empty tank lifting position, a roller sand mixer is arranged below the second buffer hopper, and a material inlet is formed in the top of the roller sand mixer and is connected with a material outlet in the bottom of the second buffer hopper; the bottom of the roller sand mixer is provided with a secondary mixture outlet which is connected with a feeding bin of a brick press through a rotating bucket conveyor.

The clay unburned brick batching, ageing and mixing system according to claim 1, further comprising a control system; a weighing sensor is arranged at the bottom of the weighing hopper, and a discharge valve I is arranged at the discharge outlet of the buffer hopper I; a liquid metering device is arranged on the binding agent conveying pipeline; a limit switch I is arranged on one side of the track of the conveying chain corresponding to the material trapping can lifting position, a limit switch II is arranged on the corresponding material trapping can lifting position, and a limit switch III is arranged on one side of the track of the conveying chain of the material trapping chamber corresponding to the material discharging and empty can lifting positions; a material outlet of the buffer hopper II is provided with a discharge valve II; the control system is respectively connected with a weighing sensor, a liquid metering device, a first limit switch, a second limit switch and a third limit switch, and the drive ends of a first discharge valve, a wet type wheel mill, a conveying chain, a lifting device, a material trapping chamber conveying chain, a second discharge valve, a crane, a wheel mill and a rotary hopper conveyor.

7. The clay unburned brick batching, ageing and mixing process based on the system of any one of claims 1-6, characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) Weighing various raw materials with set particle size respectively by corresponding weighing hoppers, then feeding the raw materials into a first buffer hopper, then feeding the raw materials into a wet type edge runner mill by a first discharge valve for mixing, and dry-mixing for more than 2 min;
2) The liquid binder is metered by a liquid metering device and then sent into a wet type edge runner mill, and is stirred with the mixed raw materials for more than 10 min; discharging the mixed materials into a trapping tank at the trapping tank material level;
3) The trapping tank filled with the mixed material is dragged by a conveying chain to be sent to a trapping tank lifting position at one side of the trapping chamber and then sent to a set trapping position of a set trapping rack by a lifting device, and trapping is carried out for 8-24 hours;
4) Conveying the trapped material tank to a discharging and empty tank lifting position through a trapping chamber conveying chain after trapping is finished, dumping the material trapped in the material tank to a second buffer hopper through a control crane traction hook, conveying the material to a rolling wheel sand mixer through a second discharging valve, and mixing for more than 10min for the second time;
5) Hoisting the discharged material trapping tank onto a conveying chain through a crane, and sending the material trapping tank back to the material loading position of the material trapping tank through the conveying chain;
6) And (4) conveying the secondarily mixed materials into a feeding bin of a brick press through a rotary hopper conveyor, making green bricks by the brick press, and then conveying the green bricks into a drying kiln for drying to obtain finished bricks.
8. The clay unburned brick batching, ageing and mixing process according to claim 7, wherein the full automatic control of the whole production process is realized by a control system, and the control system adopts a PLC control system.
9. The clay unburned brick batching, ageing, mixing process according to claim 7, wherein the temperature in the ageing chamber is 10 ℃ to 40 ℃.
10. The clay unburned brick batching, ageing and mixing process according to claim 7, wherein the particle size of the raw materials comprises more than 200 meshes, 0-1 mm, 1-3 mm, 3-5 mm and 5-8 mm.
