The wet wheel mill 4 is provided with a dust removing device, the top of the weighing hopper 1 is provided with a dust gas outlet, and the dust removing device is connected through a dust gas pipeline.

2) The liquid bonding agent is delivered into a wet wheel mill after being metered by a liquid metering device, and is stirred with the mixed raw materials for more than 10 minutes; discharging the mixed materials into a trapping tank at the trapping tank level;
3) The material trapping tank filled with the mixed materials is pulled by a conveying chain to be sent to a material trapping tank lifting position at one side of a material trapping chamber, and is sent to a set material trapping position of a set material trapping frame by a lifting device, and the material trapping is carried out for 8-24 hours;
4) The trapped material tank after trapped material is conveyed to a unloading and empty tank lifting position through a trapped material chamber conveying chain, the materials in the trapped material tank are dumped into a buffer hopper II through a traction hook of a control crane, and then conveyed into a grinding wheel sand mixer through a discharge valve II to be secondarily mixed for more than 10 minutes;
5) The discharged trapping tank is hung on a conveying chain through a crane, and is returned to the trapping tank filling level through the conveying chain;
6) And (3) conveying the materials subjected to secondary mixing into a feed bin of a brick press through a rotating hopper conveyor, making green bricks by the brick press, and conveying into a drying kiln for drying to obtain finished bricks.
